The staff were so helpful and lovely, super sound proof apartments, we have a 1yr old and a 3yr old and we’re always conscious about them being awake early but felt really comfortable with how solid things are. Great coffee shop underneath, easy to park the car, good size units and very clean. Well priced, large apartments (we were in #28 a 2 bedroom). Good kitchen but only the very basics to cook with. Gym was tidy and well kept.

We read when booking “portacot always available” but it was going to be charged out at $20 per day, way too high so we didn’t go ahead. Parking is $10 which was okay but we weren’t aware before we booked (we may have missed that though). It is in Spring Hill so can be a hike back up from the cbd area with kids in a pram. Bedroom closest to the front door was lit up all night from the lights in the walkway, it made the room very light so wasn’t ideal for the baby who kept thinking it was day time in the middle of the night. Those are small things though, overall we felt it was really well priced for what it was. We had to use our room towels for the pool, next time I would bring our own as I don’t like taking the shower towels to the pool/spa.

Really nice location in Brisbane - we could walk to Storey Bridge, or get a train to further places from Central. It was clean, the apartment was very spacious. We arrived 2 hours before check in and we were allowed to check in early which was great, but it took a while to get through to reception as it was closed on weekends.

The weekend self online check in was a bit glitchy, took us quite a while to get checked in. I ended up using a free pay phone outside to call the property for help. I don’t know why reception wouldn’t just be open every day 9-5 and closed early mornings and evenings?

The apartment was spacious and roomy. Internet was excellent and I liked the office desk. Location was good with nearby facilities. Gym was OK some of the equipment was a bit dated

There were a couple of silverfish in the food cupboards. And I missed not having a tea towel to dry the dishes after I would eat. So I had to continue rinsing the plates and cups. As per instructions I put the dishes in the dishwasher before I left but did not start it. My room overlooked Leichardt Street and it was very noisy on week mornings from 6 to 6.30am.

Facilities were excellent, location was great. Felt safe and secure and apartment was perfect size

I froze the first night. The bed had only a sheet and a thin blanket in the middle of winter . There were no extra blankets to put on the bed. Ended up having to put the heater on all night to stay warm which is expensive and not ideal. Bed was on but probably needs a new mattress or something

The location was extremely convenient for us, especially with the lime scooters everywhere. We don't mind walking so everything we needed was pretty much walking distance for us.

The noise policy was a little bit intimidating. We were scared that anything could be deemed "too loud", to the point we were nervous to even run the washing machine/dryer because of the fine risk.

Apartment size was great and spacious, lap pool and spa pool were great for the kids. Access to gym was 24hours and they also had a sauna in the gym as well. Staff were friendly, there was free parking for the duration of our stay.

There was only elevator working for the first few days of our stay, the ladders for the pools were broken and not in use making it a bit of a challenge getting out of the lap pool.

Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. Clean. Great location.

Shower/bath a bit tired. Extra blanket would be good. Those mini milks don’t go far.

How close it was to Central Brisbane but still a comfortable distance away, the facilities in both the apartment and the building.

The only problem was my air conditioning would randomly turn itself off after a few minutes

It provided everything we needed in a hotel at a reasonable price.

When asked about parking we were only given the option to pay for private parking but on arrival on the information sheet they provided there was mention of free parking available as well.

Very nice location and easy after hours check in process. Pool was great and facilities very convenient.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. I could feel the mattress springs sticking into me in the night and slept terribly every night and woke up with a sore back.
