Simple place. Easy to access. Very clean. Good facilities. Good aircon. The staff were lovely. The space setup was great and spacious.

The bathroom was not quite up to standard expected. The roof was like office building ceiling tiles which are not designed to be in a wet bathroom. The glass shower door wasn’t sealed at the base which caused water to leak out. One light fitting near the mirror would go out after 10 minutes of being turned on. Gave us x2 toilet paper rolls and two towels for a 3 night stay for x3 people. Didn’t know that room service wouldn’t be available so had to ask for more toilet paper which is fine.

Really comfortable bed and clean linen and towels. Charge point next to bed Great facilities for cooking my dinner, and full laundry , ironing facilities too . Balcony with morning sun Lovely friendly and helpful reception staff. Right next door to St Andrew’s hospital where my daughter was having surgery ( 2 mins away!) Excellent wifi Short walk to city and Woolworth metro Free parking! Very accommodating and friendly staff

It’s an old building with very old facilities and fittings, but also means it is spacious. Bed was very comfortable

Spacious one bedroom suite with full kitchen, full-sized furniture (big, comfy couch), washer and dryer and large balcony. Free parking, nice lobby and helpful staff. We stayed there because my husband was having surgery right next door. This place is not decorated in any kind of trendy way — it was very basic and we loved our stay there. Great Japanese restaurant around the corner. We will book in there again in six weeks when we return to Brisbane for follow up appointment with surgeon.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like.

Excellent location. Good.roomy apartment for three adults. Competitive pricing for city. Good free and secure parking. Say walk to city centre. Self contained apartment with laundry and cooking facilities including cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and full laundry facilities. We have been staying here for over 30 years and always have been more than satisfied. Pool area closed for renovations currently.

Even though there is not service of rooms each day,apart from removal of rubbish, the supply of soap, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent was insufficient for three adults for three days and was not monitored or replenished.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Arriving late I was, exhausted after a long drive and the lady at reception was genuine and helpful even though it was after hours. The unit was clean and beds comfy. The shower had really great water pressure. I was impressed with it being completely self contained. Being so reasonably priced, compared to other hotels, I expected more of hotell style but it had a washer and dryer, a decent fridge and oven. .

The room was really comfortable to stay in. Was really clean & quiet. Had a very nice view from the room.

I didn’t really like that they was no bathtub for my baby to have a bath and you couldn’t control the aircon yourself. It was hard to find the toilet cause it was behind the door, didn’t really expect it to be there. And it was had to work out where to park the car so you can get your room key before getting into the car park.

Location to St Andrews Hospital was fantastic. Easy walk of five minutes. Staff were exceptionally accommodating as we did not arrive until around 9pm, and they met us at reception after a phone call made to them. The room was quite big, more like a small apartment, fully self contained.

Lounge was not particularly comfortable, but the beds were amazing.

The location was excellent as we had to go to an event 900 metres away. It is also close to a park. We were on one of the upper floors so had a good view and there is also a balcony with the apartment.

We were there in June so did not need an air conditioner. There was a switch for a heater but we could see no air conditioner, so it could be hot in summer.

Inside the apartment was very clean. I was being admitted to St Andrew's War Memorial hospital the next day which was only a 5 minute walk. Secure underground carparking was great.

Balcony was dirty. Long strands of hair on the floor and the floor was generally dirty. Freezer was blocked with ice. Needed defrosting.

Needs an oven, and needs more advertising about breakfast across road we would have been there every morning
