The hotel was across the road from a work related conference venue I was attending. The apartment was well appointed, very large rooms with more than ample cupboards for luggage. fantastic views of the cities northern suburbs, a full-length verandah with sliding doors to access fresh breezes for those that hate 24 seven aircon, which is still an option the room is airconditioned The kitchen and fulled sized laundry facilities are again a huge benefit to anyone looking for longer stays and have the ability to self cater and cook is appreciated. Free parking was great. The apartment building is not new, hence the old mega sized rooms and some of the furnishings are a bit tired but all clean and comfortable.

Simple place. Easy to access. Very clean. Good facilities. Good aircon. The staff were lovely. The space setup was great and spacious.

The bathroom was not quite up to standard expected. The roof was like office building ceiling tiles which are not designed to be in a wet bathroom. The glass shower door wasn’t sealed at the base which caused water to leak out. One light fitting near the mirror would go out after 10 minutes of being turned on. Gave us x2 toilet paper rolls and two towels for a 3 night stay for x3 people. Didn’t know that room service wouldn’t be available so had to ask for more toilet paper which is fine.

Really comfortable bed and clean linen and towels. Charge point next to bed Great facilities for cooking my dinner, and full laundry , ironing facilities too . Balcony with morning sun Lovely friendly and helpful reception staff. Right next door to St Andrew’s hospital where my daughter was having surgery ( 2 mins away!) Excellent wifi Short walk to city and Woolworth metro Free parking! Very accommodating and friendly staff

It’s an old building with very old facilities and fittings, but also means it is spacious. Bed was very comfortable

It's located halfway between Roma St transit centre and Central train station. Very quiet for being so close to city and emergency services.

Carpark is quite sloped, I use a wheelchair and came in via taxi, it was a little difficult to work out unloading. Wheelchair ramp from entrance to carpark ends in an unmarked visitor car space, so I had to go back up and then come down around on the footpath next to the road when there was a car parked there.

Spacious one bedroom suite with full kitchen, full-sized furniture (big, comfy couch), washer and dryer and large balcony. Free parking, nice lobby and helpful staff. We stayed there because my husband was having surgery right next door. This place is not decorated in any kind of trendy way — it was very basic and we loved our stay there. Great Japanese restaurant around the corner. We will book in there again in six weeks when we return to Brisbane for follow up appointment with surgeon.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like.

The lady on reception was wonderful. We had our room upgraded and even got a text during our stay asking if all was good or if we needed anything. The room, though a little dated was large and had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable and fine for the amount paid. The location was perfect for attending St Andrew’s hospital. Parking was free also.

Great location close to St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital and Roma Street Parklands. Large studio apartment with lovely city views. Good size bathroom and kitchenette.

Older furnishings and flooring. A small step down from entry and dining area into bedroom and lounge area was a trip hazard particularly at night time if going to the bathroom. Toilet seat didn't fit pedestal and was not fastened.

Excellent location. Good.roomy apartment for three adults. Competitive pricing for city. Good free and secure parking. Say walk to city centre. Self contained apartment with laundry and cooking facilities including cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and full laundry facilities. We have been staying here for over 30 years and always have been more than satisfied. Pool area closed for renovations currently.

Even though there is not service of rooms each day,apart from removal of rubbish, the supply of soap, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent was insufficient for three adults for three days and was not monitored or replenished.

An older apartment, but it is the largest I have stayed in with amazing 180 degree views and great balcony. Bed very comfortable, bedrooms large. Would have been amazing when first built. We stayed in the two bedroom executive views apartment. Reception very helpful. Good value for families.

Generally happy, decor not current, but size of the apartment and the views was great.

Location was good on outskirts of CBD, could walk to town and to dinner. Close to Roma Gardens. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was a benefit to be able to open the slider door to let in fresh air and not too noisy. It was also good to be able to park underneath.

The bathroom floor could get wet from the shower.
