we had 3pax and the single bed was in a seperate corner so it gave some sense of privacy. good kitchen (though it didn’t have an oven), good location very near train station, comfy beds, washer & dryer avail for $4/ cycle each but since we had nice balcony with laundry rack, didn’t use dryer. toilets and showers were good w body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

parking was very ex so we didn’t use it and was a big hassle looking for affordable parking elsewhere. lift in building was very slow but good enough. pool closes in the evenings but we were out all day so i didn’t see it.

Location excellent and positioned close to a number of eateries. There is a convenience store also on the corner. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable bedding. Parking onsite great. Customer service exceptional.

The pool was under renovation and unable to be accessed. This was not declared when booking accommodation with a pool. The builder working on the pool regularly started working prior to 7am. The extra noise was very noticeable particularly when he accidentally smashed a glass pool fence panel early one morning….

Comfortable Mattress and bed , pillow quality. Strong Ac. Kitchen had all required equipment's and gadgets. Nice location and clean fresh property with a swimming pool which we did not use though many other guests did use it a lot. Friendly staff and reception personnel. All requests were well attended too. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for the 3 weeks we had at Brisbane. Overall very happy and satisfied with the property and our stay was quite comfortable.

Probably they had the washing machine and dryer down below at a very small cost of 4AUD for each wash which is never a fuss. Also I would personally wish that they carry our in room cleaning and change of bed spreads and towels once every 3 to 4 days instead of a week. Other than this its a very good property at manageable price.

The rooms were really nice and spacious, great quality for the price point, in my opinion. The beds were very comfy and quite big and the kitchenette made our trip a bit cheaper as we could make our own food. It's also in an amazing location, not far from brisbane showgrounds and fortitude valley but only a quick walk to queen street.

My only issue was there was only one elevator, and we stayed up there for a music festival, so it made it a bit hard to both leave and get up to our room as many people were staying there that night.

The layout of the room was handy. A king and a single, but at diagonally opposing ends of the room. Good for an element of separation or privacy without being divided by walls. Kitchen and dining area, while modestly sized was well laid out and user friendly. Beds were comfortable, the King surprisingly so for two mattresses joined together. Generally a quiet building and surroundings, far enough away from the centre of the CBD for peace and quiet but close enough to be in walking distance to Queen St Mall. The staff are pleasant, approachable and helpful. Room service from the neighbouring restaurant is a great touch. Pleasantly surprised with our stay and would visit again.

The bathroom is very small with an inward swinging door. If you've never met a two-piece feed you haven't liked, you will need to squeeze yourself into the shower (itself a small opening) to open the door to get out! The bathroom would benefit from a sliding door on tracks for ease of manoeuvrability. It's a minor issue that doesn't affect all guests. But worth mentioning. Curtains need to be rehung onto the rails at the ends closest to the centre. Other than that, the room was nice and well presented.

Great location, near the city centre with good pubic transport options. Helpful staff, generous size rooms and good facilities. I would stay again.

There is only one lift so it can be a slow process getting up and down. I used the stairs, and noticed they coukd have been a bit cleaner. Some more hooks and/or hanging space in the room would have been good.

I liked the confitable beds and the friendly staff. I will admit I was a little worried after reading some of the google reviews. However I can say I never experienced anything worth stressing about.

The elevator was so slow. Also on floor 8 it slams itself open if you press to keep the door open. Also the door isn't sound proof could hear every noice on the outside of it

The location was very convenient - walking distance to the CBD and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The bed linen and pillows were actually the best thing about our stay here - we couldn't get enough of how comfy the bed was!

Compared to other hotels/apartments nearby, this place charged $30/night for parking and had a coin-operated laundry. Pool was also closed (we visited during Autumn but the weather was nice enough for a swim, just sad we couldn't enjoy the pool).

The location was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the sheets were lovely, crisp and clean. The aircon was cold. The artwork in the bathroom was brilliant. Couldn't hear any street noise.

The damaged flooring in the lobby, the one really slow elevator, the place that we received a text from Punthill about having happy hr wasn't open. Photos of the room were outdated.

On the edge of the CBD so it is relatively quiet while still close to key sights. The reception staff were excellent and communication was very efficient before our arrival. The room was spacious, clean and well set up. The lack of a place to hang clothes mentioned in other reviews was compensated for by the provision of two large clothing racks which served a dual purpose - washing and storage. There is a free Spring Hill bus which runs a circuit through the area for those who can’t face the climb (moderate) up the hill from the central city. The wonderful Roma St Parklands are only few minutes walk away.
