From the minute I arrived I felt welcome and the staff looked after all my requirements. Water and Lindt chocolates whilst checking in. Pastries while checking out. Late check out at the last hour of check out. I needed extra time to leave the room at no extra charge. Staff friendly and professional. Home away from home. Decor beautiful Food and drink options great. Quiet location for a Saturday night Easy walk into the CBD Thank you 😊

Everything really!! Me and my sister are travelling around tje World and it is one of The Best accomodations we stayed in. Special thanks!! To All the staff that is very lovely and were very attentive to our needs and made our stay very comfy and homely. Also the location is amazing, just 5 minutes walk into brisbane City and about 20 minutes walk ti south bank. Also in a quiet street. Very very nice :)

Everything was great!

Well equipped room with all the furnishings one needs for a short stay, very comfortable for a single traveller although it would have been a bit cramped if I had to share it with my better half. The room even has USB charging points next to the bed (which is something I don’t often see for reasons I don’t understand). The location is very good - a short walk into the main Brisbane shopping area and walking distance from South Bank (where the nice restaurants are) and other river walks.

Great location and it’s bed sheets and quilt covers and towels were very clean and present in a nice quality standard.

Wifi access information was very unclear when I arrived. The little fridge that was under the suitcase bench seems doesn’t work and the provided service phone on the table it was can not dial out to the reception.

The location was perfect to get to our event - not even a five minute walk. The room was clean, had a good bathroom, and staff, especially Ina went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Rate for the night was excellent too. If just want a bed for a night or two it’s great.

Room was very compact, a little on the small side, suitcases had to go on floor, my pillow was like a brick :(

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Was very easy to get around without having to use transport.

Car parking was difficult and we were not given great directions on how to get back to the accommodation once we had parked the car. If we had know there was quite a walk back to our accommodation we would have unloaded our luggage before we parked.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I loved the decor and style of the rooms. It's one of the few hotels who actually service the room without using "covid" as an excuse years later. Fantastic value for money.

I tried to order dinner from the bar downstairs via phone, and unfortunately after multiple attempts there was no answer. In all fairness, it was a Friday night.

The rooms were really nice and modern. Small but perfect for just what we needed for the weekend. Good location in the city area, away from the noise and busy city night life. Cafe next door downstairs and connivence store on the corner. Plenty of parking facilities around. First parking being cheap if you sign up online prior. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy access to everything. Near, tidy room with balcony and nice bathroom. This is my hotel of choice when visiting Brisbane as it's an easy check in and convenient to where I want to be. Room is great, pillows are nice and air conditioning and heating works perfect.

Only one lift operating. Room needs to be renovated. Water leaked from shower onto floor. I was charged a security deposit and should not have been as I am an to accor member Room quite small
