Location mainly, as I traveled by train it was handy to Roma Street Station, cafes nearby, bottle shop across the road and walking distance to city. Plenty of room in apartment with natural daylight, comfortable bed and lounge and a big plus was the kitchenette.

Very satisfied with apartment but showing signs of needing some minor maintenance update, carpet lumps could be dangerous for some older people. The microwave is positioned quite high above fridge for use by shorter guests, I had no real problem. A suggestion would be some user guide instructions for the cooktop and oven also for microwave. Bedside light wasn’t very appealing with base be wrapped up with packing tape. Maybe a box of tissues could be handy in appartments.

The room was well equipped, spacious and well appointed, its very close to the city and attractions, my bed and pillows were very comfortable and slept so well, very comfortable room. i have enjoyed the upgrades that have been made over the years and the rear patio is always nice to sit at.

A toaster in the room might be nice and handy. The pool. it is very cold and was not enjoyable or swim able. years ago, I have been there in the summer and the pool was always cold

We were blown away with the apartment and facilities. I would also like to give a huge thank you to Beau at reception… he went above and beyond for us , with his easy going manner, kindness and respect. He should be praised for his awesome work. The entertaining area was absolutely fantastic! We will most definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

Great location, close to the event we were attending. The apartment was clean with great wifi.

The morons in the apartment next to us - loud music and TV at all times of the day and night, partying and yelling from the pool deck. Whilst not the management’s fault, it really showed that the walls are very thin with no sound proofing.

The power plug in downstairs bedroom, coming out of the wall - dangerous. Lefthand blind in same room, came off the railing, unable to use. Couldn't find the aircon remote on first night. Had to ask reception, was in upstairs bedroom. No plug in upstairs bathroom sink

The location was perfect. 15 minute walk to the main bus station, 7 minutes to the central train station and 10 minutes to the ferry terminal. Convenience stores close by. There are some steep hills which are a mission with suitcases but at only a short distance from the train station, it wasn't much of a big deal. The room was a great base with everything needed including a washing machine in the bathroom with 2 sachets of washing powder. Bed comfy. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The location was very nice very close to the city, the apartment was very spacious with every necessary facility, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice and aircon in every room. The view was also very nice. Parking was also good and convenient.

One of the aircons was broken in one of the bedrooms and dripped a lot of water. The couch is also prone to tipping forward when recliner. Nothing major

Location was ideal for our needs there were ample shops and restaurants near by.

The doonas on the single bed one was stained , looked like blood spots, both were old and though not dirty looked like they were. Need replacing or at least a good soaking . Inadequate towels we requested more from reception but it would have been nice to have had spares in the wardrobe or cupboards. Also there were no spare blankets or pillows had there been we would have used them in place of the doona.

The location is excellent - close to the city and was good for shuttle drop off and pick up. And it was great to open the windows for fresh air Also great to have a washing machine

Decor needs upgrading - would be nice to have a large mirror in the room

Very comfortable and easy to get in and out of. In a good spot as well for food, shopping, etc.

The room was slightly dark and could’ve done with a bit more lighting in the bedroom/living room but other than that the facility was great
