Difficulty checking in

As a solo traveler I felt very safe. Sadly the pool is not heated so wasn’t gonna try that out in the middle of winter! Location is excellent and close to the Central Business District. I was in 119 on 2 nd floor which in June had full sun until 3pm. It has everything you need, home from home I didn’t want to leave tbh! The sliding doors to the balcony had some issues, one wouldn’t lock and the other wouldn’t open but the next day the repair guy sorted it out no bother.

Out of hours check in, I kid you not is an absolute farce! If you’re tired after a long flight there is not a chance in hell you’re getting into your apartment! Even with the kind help of 2 other residence we were all wandering around for half an hour clueless!!

I really loved the cosy feel to the place as well as the convenience of the location, plus having a full kitchen was great for me since it meant I didn't need to order out every day and night The smart TV with access to everything plus the incredible free WiFi were also great to have! I loved the view from the balcony and the incredibly short distance from the CDB & Central Station, though be prepared for a mostly up hill walk from those areas to get back to the hotel. Neighbours weren't loud, only time I noticed anyone else was when anybody used the garbage chute.

The curtains in the living room seem to have room for an extra set that would potentially block out light, but it didn't have that and instead I was left with a really stained curtain. The kitchen utensils were lacking a little, mainly in having sharp knives & having no tongs or oven mitts. I also wasn't crazy about the toilet barely being able to flush. The whole place needed a slight increase in water pressure.

Such an amazing apartment. We have stayed at a number of "nice" apartments in the past, but this was a real step above. Great selection of appliances, huge storage, totally quiet - no noisey neighbours, close to the free bus, lovely warm pool. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the jist. We will always be back !

One thing, (which the cleaners had obviously done their best with) was a faint cigarette smell. Not the owner's fault, because the agreement says "no smoking". But we got used to it almost immediately :-). (We live in the bush, so are rather sensitive to foul smells).

Very friendly staff, reception and housekeeping. The lady you have working in reception (Landella? Sorry bad with names) was a pleasure to talk to. Good gym equipment and location. Very comfortable apartment that could feel like home for a week. We had an issue with a shower head and it was resolved promptly.

Some water damage in the gym on the ceiling that has leaked onto the mats but it's hardly a deal breaker and was just glad to have the facility. A vending machine also wouldn't go astray.

The location was great!! We were central to the city and we were able to travel by Uber between the various venues that we were interested in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were adequate for our stay.

We wanted to use the shared BBQ facilities however their use was not well documented or highlighted. We had to chase the onsite manager on a public holiday (And he was not happy) about booking the BBQ. We obtained access to the BBQ expecting a gas bottle. Instead, there was mainline gas. That's great, again, unexplained or unexpected. The development and documentation of a manual or portfolio of information (Similar to those available in a hotel/motel) that explains the process for parking, BBQ and pool facilities, local venues for food and beverages, things to see (Seasonal), etc. would improve people's stay.

Location was very central and suited our needs. The manager of Trilogy Residences is excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Overall we would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to other guests.

The apartment we stayed in has been allowed to run down by its owner and needs a refresh, such as painting the walls etc, new carpet - would suggest carpet tiles as easy to replace when sections are damaged. The bathrooms could do with an extra good clean. We had to ask for a few extra utensils eg can opener and scissors which weren't supplied, initially. The excellent manager, Grant, was very responsive and helpful and supplied them straight away. We were also unlucky to have some rowdy guests nearby who were directly above us and were noisy outside of the usual hours. Not sure if the unit above has hard floors (rather than carpet) but we could hear a lot of noise from upstairs eg moving chairs etc.

Clean, neat well equipped rooms- We particularly liked having the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Safe for children Wifi was fast and reliable throughout our stay View from the balcony was great

It would have been better if we had a, 1. Kitchen knife 2. Liquid hand wash in the kitchen 3. Several garbage bags 4. Trolly to take baggage to the apartment Some guests From overseas might find ‘contactless check-in’ a bit challenging.

The apartment was clean, spacious and a great view. looking out over the area had all the facilities I needed and everything was in fantastic working order. I love that there is a comfy blanket in the wardrobe which I used while relaxing on the couch and I liked the artwork, my kind of style. The area that it was situated in was fantastic. lots of great places to eat and local shops all around the corner.

It was a whole entire apartment in a great location it was clean and comfortable. The smart Tv was also a great perk because we were able to relax and watch tv of a night. The bed was comfortable and the view on the 5th floor was awesome! The bathroom was clean and well equipped and the bonus of have a washing machine and dryer was awesome! The pool and gym also amazing!
