Clean ,most things that I needed , spacious . Overall very nice unit and very relaxing .close to pool and good parking .The spacious wardrobe , multiple shirt hangers and drawers is excellent. Very good kitchen with everything I needed when i wanted to prepare and cook fresh meals. Good size fridge ,kept food fresh and excellent freezer .

Only 2 teabags bags &3 little milks for 3 night stay . reception was barely open . Shower hot water was temperamental. Could only use washing machine on one cycle and cold water only .screen door downstairs did not lock and no key for screen door upstairs . And one pillow was very average and other pillow was very unsatisfactory. And would be helpful if there were trouser hangers .

Unit 31 was clean and best of all, no smell at all from the floor or cleaning products. Excellent city location. Unit was spacious. I love that it has 2 bathrooms. Kids loved the pool, too.

The room upstairs was a bit hot even with air-con on, because of the big wall gap/balcony. It’s also a bit dangerous, and provides little privacy for this room.

We liked the layout of the unit. Very convenient. Also enjoyed the on-site parking. The bed was very comfortable. Will be booking again.

The Unit we had was upstairs. Next visit we will acquire one on lower level. I have back problems and stairs are a worry. Also the inside of the drawers in the unit need a clean, and the lounge needs replacing. Very uncomfortable. Internet poor and couldn't get the Oven to work.

The quietness of the area given it was in the middle of the city. It was peaceful

Great location and central to everything but very hilly area and steep climbs in the street. Very clean and tidy grounds in complex.

Too many steps to get to the rooms on upper floors with bags to carry up and no lifts. A few non-working lights, heater and exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, hence a bit of mould in shower. Big crack in bathroom vanity. Toaster crumbs not wiped up in kitchen cupboard and food splashes on counters not cleaned. Glass top dining and coffee tables are a disaster waiting to happen and white leather dining chairs are looking a bit weary and grubby. Mattress was too soft for us.

Location was a short walk to the queen street mall, but public transport was also available, as well as places to eat or have a drink with friends or family. It was also easy to find and parking was easily accessible.

Although wifi was said to be included in the booking, unfortunately due to technical issues we were unable to access the free wifi that was listed as included in our booking. Luckily most public areas away from the accommodation had wifi or I had to hotspot my mobile data so my partner could access the internet.

Great value for money given proximity to city and excellent location on the edge of the parklands. Set in a heritage listed area, alongside beautifully restored Queenslanders. A steep walk from Roma Street Station through attractive parklands to the hotel, but there is a free Spring Hill Loop bus service from Central Station that drops off and picks up outside the neighbouring Pacific Hotel just 100m away. Clean, tidy and well provisioned rooms. Ample, free, undercover parking for those who need it. Attractive and well maintained terraces and pool area, with great city views. The hotel is spread over several levels connected by steps, without lifts, so not ideal for those with mobility issues.

I was in Apt 11 which had been remodelled and was very attractive. The kitchen facilities were good including decent sharp cooking knives. Very rare in rental places and such a help for cooking. The location of the apartment was great. There was a decent IGA supermarket less than 5 mins away. The Southbank for theatre, galleries and free ferry rides was a 30 minute very pleasant walk with other pleasant central squares and attractions being closer. There are ample local parks. It's really well located for the Greyhound Bus Stop, bus station and Roma tube station. The staff at reception were very helpful informing me where to find the nearest supermarket and providing cleaning products and additional milk and tea as I was staying longer than the one night supply.

I could not get connected to the WiFi in the apartment throughout my stay. Luckily I have heaps of mobile data. On arrival the apartment looked clean but the cleaners had missed cleaning the mucky marks off the front of the fridge and edges of work surfaces. But I got some cleaning product from the friendly receptionist and I had dealt with it in 5 mins

Location. Free parking. Near to free bus stops. Spacious 1 bedroom. Reasonable clean. Good wi fi ans kitchen facilities and laundry/dryer. Just need additional aluminium foil to use in the oven. This will keep the oven clean.

1 set of small toiletries (shampho, bath gel and soap, all very small size) for 2 people staying for 3 nights. Should be at least 1 set per night. Even though, it may be around 5 -10$ to buy, but it is just not practical to buy these toiletries at shop for 3 nights stays and through away the rest. Only 1 key available.

Spacious. All the basic facilities in the room except they are abit old. Love the balcony. Can't commend about the pool as we never use it but my guess should be good.Good secure parking too. Washing machine and dryer.10 mins walk to Brisbane city centre. Will stay again.

Overall, the interior of apartment not properly cleaned. No lift. This is quite a factor that loses 1 to 2 stars.
