I loved the convenient location, close enough to everything you need but not so close you couldn't get away from the noise either. The room was clean and comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee provided too and the staff were very helpful as well. Easy late check in option, good communication too. Pool was lovely & clean and the bed was very comfortable!

No milk provided so it was lucky I had brought some, the pool isn't heated (but that's obviously not mandatory and I knew that when booking) but was so nice the kids refused not to go in (I warned them so that's their own fault 🤣). The info booklet wasn't very detailed & the shower needs a ledge or door rather than a curtain to ensure the water doesn't go absolutely everywhere.

It was close to where we needed to be (entertainment centre), the apartment was huge, balcony was nice, the shower had great hot water supply and doubled up as a bath tub for our toddler, dishwasher meant minimal washing up, the aircon and fans worked very well. Overall a very affordable stay with all the main things working well.

It needed a decent clean- a lot of surfaces were quite dusty and the floors could use a mop. The couch in the family room was very small, despite a lot of space to have a bigger one to accommodate all guests comfortably. The pool was cold which was a bit disappointing.

Nice resort, very green and looked beautiful from my room window, easy walk down the road to the shopping centre or bus stop to travel towards the city made it super convenient to get around or get myself food. Room was nice and simple, the bed was comfy and provided fridge and ironing board.

Bathroom was quite small but everything was functional, maybe a deep clean and renovation could look cleaner. as grout and around shower appeared to have some damage/grime and water would be all over the floor after a shower.

We liked the pool, the staff and the general facilities. It was easy to check in and check out. We were only there for one night as we had a cruise to attend the next day but it was worth the money. The location was a quick walk to the shops, the staff let us leave our bags at reception while we went to the shops/waited for our check in time and the whole process was very easy. There was even a function room you could use to play ping pong, watch tv or just have a chat with the family.

The showers were tiny but that was our only concern.

I love the location and how the Billabong was sent out They have a pool a small gym a room for the kids to play 8ball and chill i do think they need a playground for the kids as they do get bored a little bit other than that amazing area

I didn't like there was no playground i didn't like how the last people left the urine stain on my couch and didn't tell the staff but as soon as I found it and staff knew it was fixed straight away and very apologetic I didn't like how I didn't have a dryer in my room but it said I was meant to

Communication was prompt and helpful, receptionist went above and beyond, exceptional!

I would have liked an option to be on the ground floor or had access to a luggage lift as I had extra luggage and it was heavy. I requested a later check out as my ongoing travel was late in the day, but this could not be accommodated, not was my request initially acknowledged in the first reply. The location was not close walking distance to much of interest. It was $40 for uber from the airport, ($20 on the way back with 'ride share' option).

The bathroom was really small, we were given 2 rolls of toilet paper and ended up running out towards the end of our stay, when showering the water was getting all over the floor and we had to use towels to stop it going under the door, and the gap under the room door was quite large that massive cockraoches were coming into the room.

It was clean, well priced, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The cabins have plenty of room and even the lounges are comfy. Also, there is a covered balcony plus a covered carport to keep the car safe.

The evening lights don’t come on early enough making it a bit unsafe getting from the car to the cabin during dark time if you don’t have a torch. The carport supports would be better painted white as the reversing camera doesn’t pick up the brown at night. Minor improvements only.

This beautiful park is very resort style, we we're lucky enough to book a villa with complete modern facilities, including a Spa, washing Machine, dish washer and the most comfortable separate lounge and bedrooms. Do yourself a favour and book into this perfect little hideaway.

absolutely nothing! we stayed 2 nights, there are many permanent residents who make the park feel homy and very welcoming, the staff are awesome and nothing is an issue. love, love, love this place!
