The room is large, but very dated. For example the shower, while lovely and hot, only had a rose head and no hose attachment. Fittings looked original, The bed was large and comfortable, but there was only one spare pillow. While there is a wonderful full size fridge and and microwave and two sets of cutlery and crockery are provided, the only place to wash u[p is in the very small bathroom wash hand basin. There is a large 2 seater lounge that is comfortable and a decent table and chairs.

Needs a renovation and with a proper kitchenette and modernised bathroom. Some sort of streaming service would be a benefit.

Location was great close to shopping centre. Excellent communication and helped with arrangement for a very late check in (after 3am). Room was comfy with excellent aircon and wonderful modern bathroom. Prompt help from caring staff. The onsite Jeans Thai restaurant had excellent food and great caring staff. Decent onsite pool.

The area can hear a lot of sirens from police/ambulance but this didn’t bother me as much as it may others. The double bed was was 2 single beds made together and I’m not a fan of this arrangement, just a small personal preference but definitely not a deal breaker. My experience of the free wifi, was that it was too slow. I ended up using hotspot on my mobile to watch Netflix on room TV.

Room 21, what a gem. We were absolutely taken with the size of the room. It was very quiet, had a KB, plus a single bed, plenty of cupboards and drawers, well stocked kitchen, large fridge, large bathroom with plenty of toiletries. There were several power boards making it easy to charge multiple items at once. It had a lovely outdoor area with a table and chairs but was too wet to use it. But all in all it was a very welcome stay and we are returning for another night on 6th June.

There were only 4 minor negatives: I had to hold the hair dryer button in, otherwise it would stop working. The shower was fixed ie you couldn't raise or lower it. And the floor was very slippery especially when soap/shampoo was used. The armchair seat was at a very steep angle and extremely hard to get out of, especially if you have had knees/hips like me

The room was very large, important for more than a one-night stay, as we could spread our stuff around, without looking too messy. It was not ostentatious but everything worked and was easy to work. Nothing was shabby. Linen was great on the comfortable bed and we slept well. The room was very clean, serviced daily and there was no sign of dust anywhere. We chose this establishment for a family visit and would certainly choose this establishment again. Highly recommended.

Minor details. Bins emptied daily, but not the pedal type which are easier and cleaner to use. The garden, where we parked, was a little overgrown. After rain, it was difficult t getting in and out of the car, without spraying water onto your clothes.

Clean, great location for us visiting nearby family, leafy surrounds, friendly, helpful staff. Pool and BBQ area great for families with children erc. Pretty comfortable overall.

Horrid sewer smell in room we first had, worse in room we moved to also in another room our relative had. In bathroom drains we think but seeping throughout. Small things that needed maintenance like battery ci wr in remote missing, burnt out bedside light, curtain rod, base iof oilet grout gone so sliding around a bit. Also it rained and outside tiles very slippery and dangerous.

This was our 2nd stay during our holiday and this time was as lovely as the last time. The room was large with a KB and a single. A large kitchen area with small fridge, along with lots of bench space in both kitchen area and sleeping area was great. It was very quiet and only 20 mins from the airport. We will certainly be coming back on our next visit to Queensland.

Our only gripe was that the bathroom fan turned on every time we turned on the light, so that if anyone used the bathroom during the night It woke the other person up.

Everything was perfect. Just the pillows were a little hard. But always clean and smells fresh when you walk in. The staff are super friendly! Will be back again for a 3rd time.

We were in an adjoining locked room. We didn't have a kitchen sink but we had the bathroom sink. The last time we had a sink in the kitchen area. The next door people were there with their kids, which kept us awake and therefore we didn't get a good night's sleep. But there's not much that can be done about that. That was the only downfall. Will be requesting a non-adjoined room next time as well as a sink. This hasn't deterred us though. We will be back!!

The convenience to the Brissy entertainment centre as we were there for a concert. The pool was nice, the room was huge, air con was lovely. The outdoor areas were lovely & our room had a back yard which was really nice. We were given 2 bottles of complimentary water which were well received in the heat.

Our flight was at night so we arrived in the dark, a map to the room would have been very helpful as it was pitch black & the complex is huge.

We have stayed here before as the location is great to attend events at the Brisbane entertainment Centre. Beds are hugs and so comfy. The rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offered at the restaurant was limited with just one option. The lady in the restaurant did allow us just to have a piece of toast and a glass of juice, however charged us $15 each for this which we thought was a little excessive.

Such an easy last minute / late night check in process … Spacious rooms with parking right outside your door which was great for us tired travellers . Located on a main road so super easy to find &lots of food options a few minutes drive down the road . Will definitely return here as it was a great price for a weekend night at the last minute and perfect for our need of a good nights sleep
