Comfortable , good location ,clean, facilities to cook my own food ,easy walking distance to supermarket ,coffee shop and easy access to public transport ,allocated a room at the back upstairs away from the main road , very quiet Staff were very friendly and helpful and patient when i was having problems with using technology and contacted me to enable me to check in Water pressure and temperature in shower were excellent

Bathroom ceiling had small amount of mould (as is common in houses and older buildings in Brisbane). However the rest of the bathroom was clean and it was just a few little patches on the ceiling.

I had a problem with my booking being cancelled by a different booking site. paramount staff were able to get me a room the same night despite online saying the place was sold out. That fixed my issue quickly and were very easy and fun to chat to on the phone. also, the shower wash/shampoo/conditioner they have smells and feels like heaven. I'm taking note of the brand next time so I can buy it for myself!

everything was great. although would've liked spare sheets in the wardrobe. the wardrobe had one door missing and it made the area look messy because I couldn't hide away mmy clothes when i unpunpacked.

Having an office on site would have been handy. I am not very tech savvy. Had I been outside of phone hours I don't know how I would have gotten in. My code to my room was different.

Location was good however there were some suspect character lurking around which as a solo female traveler I felt a little uncomfortable with. No fault of the establishment of course.

Shame the room didn't have a ceiling fan or freestanding fan, because the air conditioner unit sounded like a jet plane landing on my head, so was not able to sleep with it running meaning it was quite hot in the room.

The location was great, within walking distance to South Bank, Brisbane, The Gabba, and to the Pineapple Motel which was one of the best cheap feeds. The large room had everything we needed for the 4 nights there : a comfy bed & and a great shower. The cleaners were also very friendly.

I dont have anything negative to say about the room. All l can say is that the neighbours were a little noisy at times.

Spacious rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy check in service with contactless check in. Great for not wanting to socialise or if you've got social anxiety.

Inspection of the mattress skirt/bed frame is very old and needs cleaning. Toilet roll holder was broken from the wall. Besides these two minor things, I've always enjoyed staying here especially in regards to my privacy and the spacious rooms.

While my stay was good, the toaster slide wasn't working, I didn't have any other problems, the room could have done with a freshen up, and new curtains which are starting to get eaten out...other people staying close to me were complaining about things not working...apparently the room next to me....number 9 was saying their carpet was soaking wet and smelly. .in short u guys just need a maintenance guy to do some small repairs around the place, in general

Convenience store, Subway, Maccas and KFC are just a very short walk away. Close to the hospitals. The family rooms we were in had a back courtyard, close to the laundry and washing lines. Full sized kitchen, two bathrooms. Was great!

Just a couple minor things, no teaspoons or washcloth/scourer. Didn't detract from our stay.

Bus stop very close by. (Easy to go to/from city) Large room. Parking space available. Larger than average hotel sized fridge. Online check in is easy. Large and comfortable bed.

You can hear water / boiler working hard when other unit is using water. Security deposit of 100dollars using non-booking.com platform.

Awesome Customer Service. Worth the money and convenient to the city with everything, like KFC, McDonald's , Stadium , Church, plus Hotels with , Laundry Mart with car wash place. Peaceful and quite. Bed and bedroom Awesome and comfortable with bathroom and kitchen. Best Air-conditioning. Keep up the Awesome Service.
