We stayed on a Sunday night and after a long trip navigating unfamiliar and busy roads it was such a relief to arrive at the hotel in South Brisbane. It did not disappoint in any way - our one bedroom apartment was spacious, well maintained and had everything we thought we might have wanted for a longer stay. The enormous balcony gave wonderful views, particularly at night. Would be a lovely spot to stay in warmer weather to fully appreciate. The housekeeping was excellent and we would love to have stayed longer to enjoy a walk to South Bank and other hotel facilities. Our room was not noisy at night (surprisingly). Enjoyable stay.

Parking was $25 for a one night stay.

Everything about this place was great. The location is everything, bus way got me everywhere I needed in a very quick time frame. Short walk to Southbank and city if you decide to walk instead. The unit was spacious with everything I needed. Balcony was huge also. I loved it here. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The only one very minor thing that could be a slight negative was the shower grout. Just needed a quick bleach and scrub in some sections however this was minimal. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The staff were exceptional during our one night stay - we had some queries around parking for our medical appointments and they all went out of their way to assist. Perfect location for what we needed - easy walking distance to hospitals for our appointments. And walking distance to Southbank to fill in time in between. We were so happy with the friendliness of the staff that we’ll rebook when we need to stay in Brisbane even if we don’t need to be near the hospitals.

Very close to everything. The room was clean, and furnished with everything needed. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating. My son and I enjoyed our trip. For as close to the hospital we were the rooms were very quiet. Also great access to public transport having the bus interchange about a 3 minute walk. We stayed two nights and explored Brisbane.

A downside was the rooftop was under construction, which would have made for some beautiful photo opportunities.

The lady (C. Zielinski) at reception when we attended was friendly, smiling and couldn't do enough for us. She had attention to detail and remembered little bits of information that really personalised our stay. The allowance for bag drop made our day a little less stressful and highly appreciated. I booked through bookings.com however on attendance she advised if we need to stay at the hospital again to mention this when booking next time. The communication from the Quest via bookings.com was responsive and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and accommodating to our needs. I was super impressed and would opt to stay again even if not visiting the hospital.

There really wasn't any thing I didn't like, other than my own personal dislike for the big hill LOL.

I liked the fact that the room was located very close to a hospital and yet it was very quiet at night. I was half expecting sirens to be quite active during the night hours, but we never heard any of them and we were located on the side the ambulances would access. The room was large, modern and even had 2 hotplates, cooking utensils and a mini dishwasher. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

I enjoyed the space and ability to prepare my own meals. The team are very welcoming and make you feel at home. It’s nice and close to the Mater Hospital so makes coming and going and absolute breeze. It’s an easy walk to great cafes and restaurants and coffee. Southbank is also within walking distance. Once there you don’t need a car to get to the things you need.

When I arrived there were guests checking in. They were making random small talk for about 15mins which is a long time to wait in line. The receptionist was being polite but should have asked them to step aside, as they were wasting my time and hers.

Close to the GABBA (great for AFL games), spacious well appointed, spotlessly clean, FANTASTIC reception staff (they remember me every time we stay). We organized a trundle bed - it was all made up with linen when we arrived. We've stayed here on numerous occasions & will continue to do so in the future. Great accommodation, facilities & staff.

There was very limited kitchen bench space & I couldn't reach the freezer in the fridge (a raised bar fridge) - luckily my husband is tall!

A good location for where I needed to go. The rooms are spacious and have all the facilities you could need. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

I wish it had some shops/cafes/restaurants a little closer. A little difficult to closer the heavy curtains without climbing behind the table. The bathroom could be a little larger as the sink/vanity was almost behind the door.
