The lady (C. Zielinski) at reception when we attended was friendly, smiling and couldn't do enough for us. She had attention to detail and remembered little bits of information that really personalised our stay. The allowance for bag drop made our day a little less stressful and highly appreciated. I booked through bookings.com however on attendance she advised if we need to stay at the hospital again to mention this when booking next time. The communication from the Quest via bookings.com was responsive and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and accommodating to our needs. I was super impressed and would opt to stay again even if not visiting the hospital.

There really wasn't any thing I didn't like, other than my own personal dislike for the big hill LOL.

Close to the GABBA (great for AFL games), spacious well appointed, spotlessly clean, FANTASTIC reception staff (they remember me every time we stay). We organized a trundle bed - it was all made up with linen when we arrived. We've stayed here on numerous occasions & will continue to do so in the future. Great accommodation, facilities & staff.

There was very limited kitchen bench space & I couldn't reach the freezer in the fridge (a raised bar fridge) - luckily my husband is tall!

A good location for where I needed to go. The rooms are spacious and have all the facilities you could need. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

I wish it had some shops/cafes/restaurants a little closer. A little difficult to closer the heavy curtains without climbing behind the table. The bathroom could be a little larger as the sink/vanity was almost behind the door.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating with a clean room upon arriving. Bed was reasonably comfortable but extremely well-cleaned, ditto with the bathroom. Appliances in room were helpful for the longer stay. Very easy to travel via bus at the Mater Hill terminal.

Based on Mater Hill, which can be quite steep if walking or cycling. Close to Coles and Woolworths, but both are Metro/Local stores so you'll pay more than the regular stores.

Rebecca from Guest Services is amazing, every request we had was handled with care. She was so informative and gave us many options for entertainment and dining. Rebecca is fantastic and deserves a promotion.

The fact that my stay wasn't longer. The amenities are second to none and accommodation was more than acceptable. Well Done Team Quest, kudos to you all.

I like the rooms, spacious in the 2 bedroom apartment. The studio was small good enough for a couple. Clean and tidy. Clothes drier in the studio worked well. The under cover carparking was great and secure.

The heating system wasn’t working in my room, had to notify reception of the issue. They gave me a small heater to help accomodate my needs. Could hear the ambulance noisy.

Clean and tidy, lobby smelled lovely. Staff very nice. Vending machines in lobby were good, decent coffee.

Spare blanket in the room would have been nice. Link for hotel info on card in room doesn’t work. Picked the location due to its listed proximity to an event venue, which ended up being further away than listed, as the meterage was a direct line rather than travel distance.

Spacious, clean accommodation. Very convenient to access by car as very close to the Motorway. A short walk to the Mater Hill bus station. Walking distance to SouthBank.

Lots of ambulance sirens (to be expected being near hospital emergency departments). The good thing is that the ambulances don't need to use them much at night.

Location was excellent - very convenient for the bus and short walk to shops and restaurants. The balcony was very nice and spacious and the doors gave a good cross ventilation.

Some kitchen utensils were lacking or missing. Salt and pepper wasn't replaced in the complimentary coffee, tea, etc The sofa wasn't very comfortable - it was a bit soft and saggy. The shower stall leaked every time we showered through a gap cut in the glass screen near the bottom hinge, this caused the bathroom floor to be very wet.

Location close to SouthBank , Safe area to stay and park car on the street at night . The Apartment was quiet and clean and the other staff girls were excellent.

Just one girl on the front desk was APPALLINGLY RUDE , I have traveled all over the world for the last 20 years , she was one of the worst ever. BUT the other 3 girls were great . To emphasise just how bad she was , another building manger listening to the conversation jump in to rescue me by saying ' can I take you right now to see some different room lay outs ' . even though we very already booked in , I said yes lets go , just to get away from that god awful front desk check in girl...
