Our apartment was twin beds smallest apartment: Good location, just infront Woolloongabba bus station. Safe area. Supermarket in the same building. Clean and comfortable apartment. Comfortable beds. Quiet apartment, two windows not in the main road. Good wifi. Good shower. Full equiped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Provide invoice. Nice staff. AC cold and hot. Provide two keys. Small table for work and eat. Gym. Leave suitcase after checkout in reception.

We spent 8 days and the apartment was cleaned only once. Not in the city center, but there are plenty of busses from Woollongabba station, 5 minutes to Cultural center and 10 minutes to city center (50 cents by trip paying directly with Visa or Mastercard) Lack of socket close to one bed, it was designed for double bed and with twin beds one doesn't have socket nearby. No light in the bathroom mirror, difficult for shaving.

The man who checked me in at front desk was very friendly and very helpful. We've stayed before but he took time to go through few things again and explain very busy for them so just to be aware when looking for car park and using the facilities. The rooms are good size in the 2bedroom apartment that we stayed in and we have been able to get rollaway bed for 3rd child to sleep on which is helpful rather than having to use couch which is not comfortable for her. The location is great, we were going to Gabba for cricket match and right across the road as well as Coles downstairs and bottle shop/pub/cafe etc so everything you need is close. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here because it is convenient to Gabba and very short drive into South Bank. Kids also loved the roof top pool to cool off in.

The overall apartment is clean and presented well, just a few things with age that need updating/replacing which is too be expected but nothing major that impacted on our stay here. If I had to pick on anything....just having soap/shampoo/conditioner in showers full would be a better look. One was empty and the others in 2nd bathroom were nearly empty and while we had enough for our 2 night stay, visually is better when supplies are topped up. It didn't impact us though and I would have called reception if issue but it wasn't

The location was outstanding for our needs. Supermarket and food options close by. Transport is also very easy and on the doorstep (well not literally, but very close!). The receptionists were very helpful. The indoor pool lots better than the outdoor pool too! Rooms are well set up and well equipped.

It was a little noisy (traffic noise), but coming from a rural residence this was probably always likely! Another seat or two in the lounge would be useful too - but definitely not a deal breaker.

The location is in a decent spot. Was busy but school holidays is expected. Has pretty much everything around that is needed shop wise. Otherwise door dash came in handy 😂.

They show on the paperwork once check in that noise level has to be a to a minimum after 10pm. Can’t help others not respecting the rules I guess. On check out, receptionist looked like she just rolled out of bed, did her hair and got dressed and went to work. Was on her phone while taking the keys back from me. No smile no welcome or thanks, nothing, her response to my questions were yelp yelp.

Room and facilities

Room was in need of a proper deep clean! The general clean would be ok in most instances however a proper deep clean is long over due. Carpet was filthy shower pretty bad - table has been wiped over but not properly cleaned in a long time - what I thought was the texture of the coffee table top was actually built up dirt and grime- I properly cleaned it. Curtains are visibly dirty and dusty and need replacing or a proper cleaning.

Location, spacious apartment. Foremost, reception/ office staff Alice was exceptional in sorting out our booking ( the booking had not flowed from Booking.com) and getting us settled temporarily and then permanently with minimal disruption. She was amazing!!

Shame sauna didn’t function. Some deeper cleaning required- dishwasher, inside wardrobes very dusty. Full sized kitchen but lacked some basic cooking equipment.

The three bedroom apartment was massive and easily accommodated six hyperactive young adults. It was also clean and tidy, and the beds were lovely.

The outside of the building looks dated and dirty (the sign really could do with a good clean). Pigeo poo on the ground right at the entrance to the building. The elevator is very small and a bit dirty and dingy. Waited almost 30 minutes at checkout because the receptionist had to repeat whatever she was doing three times with the person ahead of me

Bedding had a rip in it. Parts of unit run down and requiring redecoration eg marks on walls, stains on carpert. Carpert ripped in one area. Hinges on fold out bed broken. Couches uncomfortable. Given its listed as 4* i expected better. Dishwashing facilities could be better eg washing detergent and scouring pad. Would be helpful if there was a teatowel. There was hair in the drain of the shower. Would have been a bigger issue but we were only there for 1 night. Kitchen outdated and tap on sink leeked.

Pleasant rooms recently refurbished and looked modern and welcoming. All facilities/utilities there for either a short or long stay. Location to supermarket, hospital, transport and the Gabba Stadium excellent. A short walk to Southbank.

Well, the room is small which cannot be changed though the price should reflect this. Due to the location of the room there was no view.

The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely. There was everything a person needed for a night or two - including a microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, milk, plates & cutlery, and a fridge, as well as the usual hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location is very central and buses are just across the road which take you to the city and train stations, walk across diagonally and you're at The Gabba. There is a supermarket, bakery, and a couple of restaurants in the complex. Perfect.

The lift is slow, but it is big enough to carry a number of people and bags and so I don't think this is really much of a negative.
