Location was epic. We used those electric scooters to ride over the bridge to check out the new Star Casino and CBD. Awesome experience that was. Courtyard by Marriot is virtually at the entrance to the gardens, which lead to South Bank with all bars/eateries/restaurants. Beautiful walkthrough and to those that love gardens/plants/tranquility, then this is for you. Breakfast here was 10/10. Omg! The Avocado/fetta/poached eggs were brilliant. Coffee was excellent. Service on reception was excellent. Super friendly staff and the rooms were cleaner daily too. There’s nothing to complain about here. Great value for money and a great location. It was a corner room on the top floor (8th floor above ground) with a great view, but I suddenly felt suffocated as soon I realized there is no balcony or openable windows, but I liked it because the air conditioning is by DAIKIN the highly reliable company, and the room was spacious, clean, and modern. The beds were high quality mattresses, and even with one king and two singles comfortably lying next each other, the room was still comfortable. The shower and toilet are very spacious and clean. The shower, toilet, and sink are my favorite of all the hotels I have stayed in.

There are no balcony nor openable windows on my floor but you still can enjoy the beautiful river view. Another thing i didnt like about is the water sever in the corridor didnt get replaced after everyone fills up their own bottle. I asked for a replacement but i didnt happen before i checked out.

The property was so close to the hospital my daughter had just given birth in. Also close to Southbank had it been a leisure trip. On arrival the staff welcomed me / asked about my visit reasons so it became personal with front desk Johnny upgrading me to top floor with balcony and Southbank views to avoid overlooking the hospital for a change . There was nothing to not like about the property

The concierge check in and check out where polite and efficient. The room was clean, tidy and modern, very hospitable and had everything I needed. I would suggest, sugar sachets and more milk to be available. The beds were very comfy indeed and all my requirements that I requested were adhered to, king beds, parking space, balcony in one of the rooms, the booking of the second bedroom. The amenities were exceptional, the pool and gym, were clean, modern, well equipped. The parking was a great bonus, as directly under the apartments, and a lift up to reception. The parking was also very reasonably priced

The location is great. Everything is walking distance and so convenient. The cafe is downstairs to get a good coffee and muffin. Although, we are early risers and walk to botanic garden and southbank witch has number of good cafes. Front desk people are friendly and professional. Our room is clean and comfortable for family (our 2 sons are very tall) to sleep.

We have a rental car, and the carpark costs $35 per day extra charge. The hotel is on the busy road so next time we may not have a car. At night, the mini fridge makes clock (rattle) noise, and it keeps waking me up. I may be too sensitive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, easy walking to Southbank, city and easy bus ride. Well maintained. Felt clean and smelled nice. Great cafe onsite. Good facilities. Very comfortable beds. Easy parking, although expensive at $40 per night. That said, this is similar to many other places.

Cost of parking If I was to be picky, windows outside were not clean and there were a number of strands of hair on bathroom wall.

Beds were extremely comfortable, room spacious and impeccably clean. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, including front desk staff and maintenance.

The swipe keys didn’t work very well in the lift (and met various other people in the lift having the same frustrations) even though we had our pass replaced they would need to be swiped about 10 times to be able to press your lift level. Walk was a little further than expected from South Bank. The cafe below wasn’t great- quite overpriced. Breakfast is from a menu, not buffet.

Location is great and the rooms are comfortable and spacious

The Cafe/Restaurant should stay open in the afternoon between lunch and dinner. It would be a great spot for an afternoon drink I also find it odd that there is no water in the room and that the only option is to purchase reusable drink bottles at a cost of $7 to refill

Perfect location, really comfortable beds, nice and tidy, very friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is fantastic also. I've stayed here before and will continue to stay here because I know it's comfortable.

The only downside side to the room we stayed in was the noise, we were on the side closest to the Rd and directly facing the helipad, it's very loud with the traffic and when the helicopter lands over at the children's hospital, so if you're a light sleeper I would aim to get a room furthest away from Vulture Street.

The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the location was almost great but it was a bit far from everything, especially since it rained while we were there.

Breakfast was a letdown. There was a separate menu from the regular cafe menu and it was a bit restrictive. The service was ok but not very attentive.
