this is a great place to stay if you want to explore Brisbane cbd and nearby places! the apartment was nice, clean, and i was extremely happy that they would service our apartment daily and leave behind little chocolates . Thank you to those incredible workers!

Now, while the apartment itself is great, the dark skin lady at the check-in desk is NOT! Dear Quest, i want you to watch in your CCTv of how unwelcoming, rude, and insufferable she was! The day i got there, not even a proper greet, nor a smile, nothing! Its as if she was disgusted by us! Staff like her make us feel unwelcomed and its funny because Quest in collingwood, Melbourne has some of the friendliest people we have met! She on the other hand, needs retraining! Even at checkout, not even a greet, or didnt even bother to ask how our stay was, nothing! our stay here was ruined because of how unwelcoming she made us feel! we were in room 605AB, from 13th through to the 17th.

Fantastic views from suite balcony & rooftop garden. Bright clean lounge, bedroom and bathroom (I did a load of washing w the machine and dryer in suite). The bed was crisply made and so comfortable, pillows plump and soft. Full kitchen set up and comfy lounge with huge windows taking in balcony view. I was allowed to smoke on my balcony, saving me an elevator ride downstairs or to roof, which in our current climate was an unexpected bonus! The reception and cleaning staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Turn left or right coming on to main drag to be just minutes away from amazing variety of places to eat, drink, meet friends and make merry.

I didn't think any room service, eg meals and drinks, were available, so if they were that could've been made clearer, but that was no drama as just minutes walks up and down made drag to excellent cafes, restaurants and fancy cocktail/wine bars.

I quite simply could not be happier with my stay. From the moment I arrived at the property I could not have felt more comfortable. It was all the little things that made it for me. Whomever designed and operates the property clearly knows what they are trying to achieve and they have nailed it. The proerpty sits in a great location not too far from the city and other services. There are fantastic easy public transport options close by and a a range of food and groccery stores. Inside the property is so well set up and kept so wonderfully clean. I stayed for multiple days during this trip and I didn't find myself wanting for anything during the stay. I loved that the property has a very up market look but such a relateable and friendly feel inside. The music in reception, the smiles on the team members. It just all adds up to a wonderful experience. My main commendation however would have to be to the staff!! All the staff that I have dealt with during the trip have been beyond kind, friendly and professional. I would like to make a special mention for Jess who showed the most wonderful courtesy. Lina who assisted with arranging some details during my stay, who even when there was a small snag in the details was still professional and friendly. Amazingly done. And the young man with the Trainee name badge. I hope that young man goes far within the role., I truly do. The service that he provided was phenomenal. There's something to be said for a hotel receptionist who can make a guest feel immediatley at ease with their service. I was surprised and as a guest of hotel flattered that he remembered me from a previous interaction. For the housekeeping team. THANK YOU. The rooms are immaculate and it was a pleasure bumping into you all in the hallways.

Nothing at all.

Location handy to specialists and eateries nearby. Allocated room far away from elevator noise. Fairly quiet but it was a weekday. Reasonably clean and good facilities. Would consider staying again and having rural or interstate friends or family stay here when wanting to see us and the sights.

Some furnishings flimsy or outdated and tired. Needs to have accessible bathrooms and main entry doors easily accessible to push a wheelchair/pram through without wedging it open, holding furnishings against it but this is Structural not easily amended

Good local close to bus stop and shop. Great size room .

The dry in our room wasn't working. I had reported it after day 1 and was told it would be fixed. We booked for 4 nights out of our 15-day holiday, hoping to do some washing . I was a little disappointed with the view we were looking into people backyard would like to look on the main road . Didn't sit on our balcony for that reason . I also think you need to have a hand rail on the wall to help you in and out of the shower . I felt unsafe

Great location, close to shops, and a very short drive into the CBD.

The apartment wasn't just a two bedroom apartment - in addition to the keycard-locked outer door, the two inner doors (one leading to a studio-type room with bed/ensuite/kitchenette, and other to a one bedroom proper apartment) also were keycard-locked. If you went from the standalone studio into the other area, you needed your key card on you, otherwise you were locked out. There wasn't a way to keep the doors unlocked!

Our booking was confused with a separate booking with the same surname and our request to have all 3 apartments on the same floor was assured when booking though it didn't happen. Also occupants of one of the rooms had to move apartments for the last night which was not expected and it was only on checking that we found out about the necessary change. The reception staff did amazing in trying to accommodate our needs though it seems when the booking was made it was not clear in the system.

The location is actually pretty good. Takes about 15mins bus to the cbd and it only costs $0.50/trip! There are some amazing restaurants around, a supermarket and a cinema near by, even has a black metal record shop within 5 mins walk;). Feel like it’s an area that full of locals so no need to worry about crackheads like the cbd.

The duvet covers etc are all clean but the duvet inside has multiple brown stains D: looks like old blood stains.

The hotel was close to an event nearby and was chosen for this reason. Hotel reception staff were lovely and accommodating. We had multiple people arriving and the reception staff gave us a car parking card to at least put our cars and bags in a secure parking until check in. The rooms were well set up for two couples in each room with plenty of space .

The area is limited in terms of additional cafes and bars but the South City shopping area just next door is nice and new along with a Woolworths. It’s a short walk to Stones Corner if you wish .

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Quest, particularly selected due to the convenient location for a birthday party at a nearby restaurant. Staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room was a little late being prepared, but Luke managed to arrange an alternative room to minimise the delay.

We reported a very minor cleaning issue under the bedroom curtains to reception and would otherwise have scored the hotel perfect in all respects.
