- Convenient location and accessibility - The hotel's prime location was a standout feature. Its proximity to The Gabba allowed us to easily walk to and from a BBL cricket match. The area surrounding the hotel was equally convenient, with supermarkets like Woolworths just across the street and various restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed our meal at Mirch Masala. - Our apartment was generously sized and featured a spacious balcony, providing ample room for relaxation - Secure basement parking - Smooth and hassle-free check-in and check-out processes - Value for money - The apartment proved to be an affordable choice for our week-long stay in the area. We used it as a base for various excursions, including visits to Australia Zoo, Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, and the Gold Coast theme parks, which were about a 45-minute drive away.

None, we liked the overall experience

Everything was great. Cecelia on reception was so fantastic We were staying 10 minutes walk from a wedding we were attending normally we would stay in the city. However was best decision we made. The apartment one bedroom was clean comfortable and well stocked. The location was fab had a Woolworths BWS 5 mins walk away plus an amazing Thai Cafe Chilli coco over the road. Buses rum just outside to city 10 mins !! If you want to enjoy Brisbane and city costs are too high would recommend !! We had 311 apartment fab !!

Location was easy to and from Chandler Pool. Bed was comfortable. Close to a Woolies. Good parking facilities.

Wasn’t too keen on the blinds in the bedroom They were sheer, not blockout.

It was perfect location and made getting to and from places very easy. Communication with hotel staff was great. The room was very nice and considering we were on the lower level it surprisingly wasn’t too loud during the night.

The bathroom was hit and miss. On a bonus shower was massive if you wanted you could fit 3 people in there but when it came to toilet and sink/mirror space it was tiny you could only fit 1 person at the sink no room for toiletries bag or anything. There was only 1 mirror in the whole apartment which was the bathroom and it was tiny. The toilet was as if they forgot the bathroom needed one and just was like it had been shoved into a hole in the wall. The bathroom was mainly a shower but in reality you don’t need to be able to fit a tonne of people in there at once. Overall room was amazing just the bathroom was a bit of a miss and the room needs more mirrors.

Location in the Gabba area is convenient for travel in and around Brisbane. Apartments are well furnished and its a good layout. A few food options nearby (although at the slightly more expensive end). Having a Woolworths across the road was very handy. L.O.V.E.D the free parking - honestly paid parking at other similar apartments around Brisbane is simply a rip-off. I would stay here again just because of that.

Only has air con in one bedroom and the ceiling fan in the other bedroom didn't work. The apartment was generally clean, but a bit dusty in some of the harder to reach places - which triggered a few sneezing fits. Its a simple fix, with a slightly more thorough clean required.

Awesome location, easy to walk to the Gabba, the beds were a little hard, but comfortable. We asked for an ice cube tray and we had one when we returned from our daily adventures. Great outlook to the City and Gabba grounds from the verandah/patio. We had three outdoor chairs on the patio but we were four people, not sure why.

They took our deposit of $200 and I am still waiting for it to be returned after a week and half, I was told it should take 2-3 days. There was no damage and we did not smoke or break anything, we were in Brisbane for my sons birthday, it was a family trip. If I don't get my deposit back, I will not ever stay here again.

Really great location for going to the Gabba! Opposite a shopping complex with a supermarket, bottleo, lots of restaurants and shops. Lovely balcony to relax on. Decor was pretty (no crazy paintings or bedsheet/ blankets/ pillows). Comfy big bed. Kitchen great amenities, can easily cook if you don’t want to go out (although great food spots around as mentioned). Bathroom is great, clean and comfortable. Parking spot allocated to the room which is great, no need to book and possibly not get a space! Great communication before we arrived so knew where to put the car.

No salt and pepper (only very minor). Room/ lobby is a little noisy as lots of apartments in the building are not holiday lettings. Would have been better not having big keys/ fobs as they were a bit annoying to carry around. Very small problems outweighed by the quality of the stay though

Staff were lovely. We met them as we arrived early in the day and were able to leave our car parked at the hotel and go to our function. We received a text when our room was ready and collection of keys was simple and straight forward. The room was fine, we had a balcony too was was nice to have fresh air. Bed was okay. I would have no hesitation to stay again. Location great - just a short walk to the Gabba. Also noticed a complex across road that had a Woolworths that would be handy should you wish to cook in the apartment.

Like the location, especially

I had to call twice and left a voice note to follow up on my security bond fee after checking out. Was told, it should be ready in a week by the lady at the counter 🤷🏾‍♀️ Good thing I got it back after a day of calling for it. I'm not sure if they keep track of people checking in and out, so the security bond fees are refunded as soon as one checks out. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Our flight was late to arrive and Griffin helped with a late check in which was appreciated. Conveniently located near south city square, had restaurants and wollies. Bus outside to take you to city. Secure parking. Had a washing machine and dryer which was great to have included
