did not have breakfast , location is brilliant. look forward to going back there & having a meal. Management care factor & willingness to assist was my biggest reason to want to go back & stay there again. I hope I am not to nice that I cannot even get a room. Sometime staff can turn issues big in your own life into small issues that they can organize or assist to go away.

did not get new biscuits and milk each day but the bikkies were nice & should not be eating so many anyway

Loved the comfy bed, crisp white sheets and the excellent quiet air-conditioner. The bathroom looked newly renovated with new fresh modern look and brand new shower fittings. Spotless!! I found the motel manager to be very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I enquired whether I would be able to extend my original booking by a few extra nights if needed and that was accommodated no problem. I wish them every success in the business. There was a restaurant attached to the motel with a great selection of Malaysian/ Vietnamese and western dishes. However it was also very handy to have a toaster, microwave and decent sized fridge freezer in the room to self cater as well. Great value for money and felt safe and secure for a solo traveller.

These are only suggestions and not criticisms - but would be handy to have a dish cloth and tea towel to wash/dry dishes. Also might be an idea to install a voile or net curtain in windows for more privacy in the daytime - as my room window was facing onto the street.

I needed to be close to the Greenslopes Hospital. It was only short drive to the hospital or a twenty minute walk. Convenience stores were not far away. The motel was a little outdated, however, clean and comfortable. I liked that it had a toaster, microwave and a kettle so I could make breakfast each morning before departing for the day. It had a great restaurant (Vindie) on site with delicious food. I dined both nights and highly recommend it. The manager was approachable and friendly. The location wasn't too noisy.

This is a really good motel with most of the amenities available. The staff is a nice person and very helpful. The neighbourhood is quite. The motel restaurant is good, although I had only one meal during my stay. There is a bus stop just beside the motel but that one has limited options. But the other stops are not that far away (12-13 min walk). Overall, it is a very good deal.

I had only one minor issue experienced with the washing machine (which is free by the way). The clothes got some rust stains.

Stayed here for 5 nights because my daughter is going to study here. I arrived past work hour and they notified me that they put my key inside my room. The staffs are so nice and helpful. Location is more to the suburb, but it's a nice one to stay when you need a break from the noise of the city. The bed, sheets, bathroom, and cupboard is clean, overall the room is neat! Very worth the price.

To enter a motel room that is clean, smells fresh, and air con pre set, so room.was at comfortable temperature was awesome. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the fridge worked well. Staff met us with a friendly smile and demeanour. On-site restaurant was well priced food was delicious. Knowing the car had undercover parking was great.

Knowing the motel is under renovations, the only small issue we had was we had to lift the bathroom door to close as hinge had dropped.

Because we were a late bookin the manager was there to welcome us and offered to help take up our ports to our room. The staff was very polite. We were able to walk to Greenslopes hospital about a 1.5km, some ways a bit hilly so work out your root don't go by GPS only.

There wasn't much to dislike. They could supply a bowl/ dish to wash up in, a teatowel, washingup liquid and chux to wipe down the bench after use. Otherwise no complaints.

Motel not flash but I stayed in a renovated room, with a new bathroom. Worthy of 3& half star rating. Clean facilities. Quiet location. Ideal location for travelling to & from the Greenslopes Hospital. Motel has Easy access to bus stops & well known by both taxi & Uber drivers. Walking distance to Corner stores & also Stones Corner. Manager (Ben) very helpful.

Price suited my budget. Room was quiet with facilities such as jug,basic cutlery and crockery and microwave. Extra blankets and heater. Huge bonus was Vinnies restaurant on site with great meals and service. Bus stop to city nearby. Quick access by car to highway to Gold Coast or north

This was my third stay, so I knew what to expect, great location, easy late arrival, value for money, it is dated in general and I expected that for the price. Was pleasantly surprised to arrive and find a room with a beautifully renovated bathroom. Very impressed with the room, and while I don't usually find the time to review, wanted to give a big congratulations on the recent improvements made to this property. We will be staying again!
