We choose the Lancaster Motel because it is located only 12 mn walk from my family leaving in Brisbane, however, from that location you are not far from the West End and the city center. only 15 mn by car. There is a pool very well maintained where you may swim to relax. Owners are very welcoming and attentive to your confort.

Just a small detail: a hole in the moskito net of the balcony, which obliged us always have the window closed at night to avoid moskito bites. However, the hotel in located in a well ventilated area and moskitos were not a lot.

It was a very relaxing place to stay with lovely views from the deck and a very homely environment inside. We arrived late and the owner was more than accommodating to insure easy access to our room

We had no means for cleaning our coffee cups and felt given we were there 5 nights, that the room could of been serviced during our stay. I would of liked a couch instead of a single bed for more comfort.

The Managers - Danielle & Pete were so helpful and friendly. My husband was in hospital and my daughter came to stay with me. Pete put another single bed in the room for my daughter. When we came home from the hospital, they had given us another set of fresh towels and turned the air con. on so that we were not cold when we arrived back at around 9.00pm. it was a lovely thought, and we are very appreciative of their kindness and understanding. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Lancaster Court Motel to everyone. Thankyou once again Danielle & Pete. Cheryl Gratton

As I have a back injury, I find lying down difficult. I was amazed by the kindness of the managers supplying a recliner & moving things in the room so I could reach them from my recliner. I have never experienced such consideration for my comfort & safety.

I was asked if there was anything else I needed. There was nothing to dislike. Everything was 10/10. I will certainly be recommending The Lancaster Court to my family & friends.

Lovely motel, great location and exceptional communication. I arrived later in the evening and yet the manager took the time to introduce himself and welcome me which I appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. I am back again in November for 5 nights and looking forward to my staty.

There was absolutely nothing not to like about this motel.

We had excellent support from the Manager (Pete) to help us with late check-in and early check-out. This helped us so much with our requirements due to family health issues. Great service and very comfortable facility without the annoying 'glitz' and BS that seems to be emerging these days.

Owner/Manager very helpful & friendly. We gtg out of his way to make sure our room was easy for us (mobility issues) Close to Greenslopes Private. Bed was very comfortable & shower was great!

The rooms were generally a bit dated, but clean. Was very noisy from the nearby main road.

It's very close to the Brisbane city and if you need to buy some groceries, Woolworths is at walking distance... There is a subway and Hungry Jack's at walking distance.. Like next to the hotel... Staff was very friendly... Everything was perfect...

The welcoming I received from Peter was exceptional. He reached out the morning of check-in and even changed my room to fit my needs. He even placed a witches hat in my parking space so I could park directly outside my room. The room was value for money and close to a supermarket and fast food restaurants.

Good location, eateries and supermarket nearby. Hosts Pete and Dianelle are friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to help us with our requests. Basic but overall a great place to stay

Occasional sirens can be heard but we are fine with it
