The accommodation is fabulous, staff are super friendly and helpful. We were 2 adults traveling together and wanted 2 single beds, we emailed in advance and the staff went above and beyond. The location is fabulous, with an amazing. patisserie below and masses of facilities in the vacinity. We we're upgraded on arrival to an amazing 2 bedroom suite, everything was perfect and it made our first visit to Brtisbane amazing. Our only regret is we were only there for 2 nights,, I cannot thank you enough, we will be back.

Liked the spacious hallways to rooms. Was clean & smelt lovely. Good size room with wardrobe & drawer space. Comfy bed. Spacious apartment, nice & clean. Had daily housekeeping if needed. Big balcony which was nice so was the view. Desk space was handy & also laundry. Big shower space. Aircon for heating/cooling was great. Location was perfect, 10min walk to PA hospital which was so handy as that was where I needed to go daily.

Small bathroom. Their was a big dining table & chairs squashed against the wall behind the sofa so not much space to sit at the table. It actually looked out of place. It was also hard to get to the window to roll up the roller blinds because the table was in the way. Perhaps a smaller table & less chairs would look nicer & save space.

Loved the roof top pool to relax in after a very hot humid day of travelling. Staff were VERY helpful. Beds super comfy and loved the balcony view. Even let us check in early after getting times wrong crossing the boarder!! Fully recommend this place, very accommodating

Not a biggy for us but if we had to say something, Couple of carpet moths in the corners of the bedroom, plus shower on the wall could do with a wipe as was growing mold up top. However, we could not fault the staff, bed, lovely apartments and balcony and pool use. We will definitely be back to stay.

The location to the hospital for my appointment was excellent. Very spacious apartment with everything you could wish to have at your fingertips.

I like a big coffee mug, so that would be handy, and a couple of dishes to use in the microwave would be useful - these are only small details. My only bit of pickiness was the countertops - to me, they could do with a good bleaching and a bit of elbow grease to clean them up. I did a little bit but they could be better. Overall my stay was great🌹

Nice modern building and apartment. We have stayed here multiple times and the rooms are always clean and tidy, the beds are comfy and the apartments well furnished. Convenient location for travel around Brisbane. There are somewhat limited food options within walking distance, although the downstairs coffee shop is great for a quick breakfast and caffeine hit in the morning.

Paid parking is a bit ridiculous in a building like this with assigned parking spots. It should be catered for in the room rate or free. We have been able to park on the street (for free) on many occasions.

I have previously stayed at the property when I attended a work conference and was also able to visit my niece who had just had her first baby and had made my booking at that time based on it's location and proximity to where she lived. I found the property was well appointed and was in a great location. 16 months later I had to go to the PA Hospital for Gamma Knife treatment from Cairns and unbeknown to me at the time, found that the hospital is located on minutes away from the Oaks. I was really pleased and relieved to be able to return to the property for my 10 night stay this trip with my daughter and sister as my support team as I was familiar with the property and the comfort and facilities that were available. The two bedroom apartments have enough room to adequately house their guests (my sister and I required our own bedrooms). I also ordered a trundle bed for my daughter which had a spring mattress (not just a foam mattress) and she found it to be very comfortable and there was plenty of room for it in the lounge room. The roof top pool area with the uninterrupted views of the city skyline are beautiful. The location is great as it is close to the city, shops, public transport and the PA Hospital. The double insulated windows adequately keep out traffic noise from trains and motor vehicles also. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful at all times.

With portable steam cleaning equipment so readily available these days, I would have liked to have seen the upholstered furniture and carpet square in the lounge area in a cleaner and unmarked state.

We liked the apartment facilities, the pool and spa and the secure parking

We did have some ongoing issues with our dishwasher and although staff organised a repair man we still had issues- staff were very good about this though. Main negative issue was the apartment didn’t have much in terms of cooking implements. We didn’t have a chopping board or salad bowl but again the staff corrected this for us. As the kitchen is ideal for families….it is important to provide the tools and equip enemy to actually cook

Absolutely loved it! From the price, the location, the cleanliness, the staff, the rooftop pool. It was all great. Big shout out to the staff, the courtesy call after booking to confirm bedding. Lovely lady and far more personal than other hotels that get you to check in online. The man at the front desk when we checked in was so lovely, and when we requested a late check in, it was no problem. The rooftop pool was special, such an epic view of the city.

Staff was extra helpful and always so polite whenever we needed anything. I was making a 5 tier wedding cake from our room and the first room we were in had a small fridge so I had asked reception if we could move to the room we were in laat year for a cake and they had arranged it so smoothly within the first 15 minutes of us being there.

Parking costs. I think the apartment is already so pricey so parking could've been free or next to nothing atleast. We considered parking at other parking buildings because they were more cheaper but wasn't bothered to walk back and forth lol

It was spacious and the location was excellent

There were night works on the road adjacent to our windows which we didn't know was happening and did disturb us. I know that this isn't the fault of the Oaks but a heads up would have been appreciated. Drain in shower was very slow to clear water and bathroom would have water everywhere this was reported when we left. We would still go back to these rooms again because of the location.
