East process of booking and checkin. Helpful staff and room was clean and bed comfortable. Appliances was useful eg..microwave the little fridge, kettle and had the coffee, tea sugar even As well as the iron and bathrooms had clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Definately would stay here again❤❤

I stayed in room 7. Comfortable with all the basic amenities. Smelled fresh and clean. It even had a toaster included. Even though I did not use it, it would be useful for other people. There were even 230 V to 5V USB charging sockets on the wall - amazing.

Looks a bit rundown from outside but this was not reflected inside. The bathroom could use some lighter colours as it would be difficult to spot any stains / dirt. Current arrangement merely hides any such material.

I loved the bed super comfortable the bathroom was great the air-conditioning was so good I had a great time here ☺️.

There was a cockroach but I think it left the room when the door was open cause I didn't see it the rest of the stay but I didn't care the room was really nice and cockroaches aren't really a threat to me so I didn't care about it that much.

Lovely staff considering the last minute check in at 9.30pm or so. Were just the most tolerant lovely people who didn’t seem to mind that I had to completely reorganise my car so I could have like 80% of clothing ready for a laundromat visit afterwards & definitely was going at my own easygoing pace too!

There wasn’t much to complain about after that experience! Great place to relax and unwind

I was so stressed fighting with family so I took off and had no where to go and check in was at 2 but i was an hour early, so the worker, don't know if it was the manager or owner, said I was welcome to check in early. It was such a beautiful motel. I wish I could live in this motel. The TV was awesome, connected straight to YouTube, netflix. It took away my stress and depression in was going through. The bed was so comfy as well

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had all the amenities that I required for a short stay. It was located in an ideal position to suit my needs.

Respectfully, I suggest a bit more TLC in the maintenance area would improve the star rating and signage to assist arriving guests would be beneficial.

Our room was recently renovated so it was great all around. The Aircon was wonderful, a large flat screen tv, our own personal balcony, a standing shower AND a tub!

The door to our room was wearing and tearing at the bottom (rubber part) so the first night we found and killed 3 cockroaches. It had nothing to do with the hotels cleanliness and more to do with a simple fix of the door :)

Location was right at a bus stop so took buses to get to Greek festival at Musgrave Park and dinners at westend. Great staff.

There is unpleasant smell though not sure where it came from. Host was professional and friendly. Really went to next level to please, sorry I didn't discover s1 sooner.

The motel is quiet and close to amenities. The staff are friendly and greet us by name. I've stayed in motels regularly, monthly for over 5 years and this motel is my favourite.

I couldn't find a general fault.

All furniture was exceptional for location and price

Drains in bathroom has a sewage smell coming from them so had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the stink coming into the room
