Excellent safe and quite quiet location, an easy walk from the train station, short distances to market and supermarkets or cafes and restaurants for meals. Also pleasant walks to all South Brisbane has to see, including art galleries, the museum and the river bank. The bed was fine, free laundry and a clothes airer were much appreciated. Staff were polite and helpful.

Some of the facilities in the room were a little awkward - crockery quite high up for a short person to reach, doors and drawers of wardrobe needed care to open and close. Bathroom was acceptably clean but corners, skirting boards needed more attention.

Location was great, close to train and bus stations and multiple cafes and shops etc, good size for a couple to have space to live and sleep in separate zones, not sure I’d have loved it so much with a couple of kids but it would have worked. Loved the washer and dryer in the bedroom.

The bathroom was only accessible through the bedroom and then walking through the large walk in robe (which seems a bit wasted ina. Holiday apartment. Just would have preferred guests not to have to walk through all they to use the toilet. The unit seemed to have very poor ventilation in the bathroom especially and anyone having a shower or drying clothes with the fan going. The bedroom especially all became very damp feeling. Windows were covered in condensation every day

The overall amenities provided are very good in this apartment. Was able to find everything required within from the point of view of a family with a 6-year-old kid. The apartment was well cleaned and nicely maintained with all the required appliances were in good working condition. Beds were comfortable and nicely done with ample number of pillows, bed covers, quilts etc. Washrooms were in pretty good condition and well maintained with all the bath accessories, toiletries, hair dryer. The property is well connected with all the public transport easily accessible with lot of different types of food joints and Grocery stores easily available within the close proximity. We had a pleasant stay at this property and would definitely like to book this place again for our future visits. I would highly recommend this property to others for their stay, especially if they are looking for an accommodation in or around South bank area.

Wifi network connectivity was poor in this apartment. Definitely, it should be improved for overall good experience.

I was less than a 10 minute walk to The Queensland Conservatorium, AND I didn't have to pay for parking, unlike my colleagues who stayed across the river. Spacious room with a king size bed. Plenty of room for two people not to trip over each other. Block was very secure, I felt quite safe. Will definitely stay here again.

Some of the power switches in room 25A need replacing. I would have liked a lamp to make it to the bathroom at night, instead of needing to leave the bathroom light on. Rooms are generally quite quiet, but there were a couple of people down the hall that were opening and slamming doors repeatedly at around 1.00 in the morning, which probably would have woken most people on the floor.

We were there to participate in ‘MS Brisbane to the Bay’, and Parkview is at the starting line, and overlooks the finish line. We dined in the first night, utilising the kitchen, and walked to the close by restaurants for dinner the second. Walking distance from Southbank; Convention Centre, museums, Art Gallery, QPAC, restaurants and weekend markets. Also walking distance from CBD. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure. The apartment was quiet day and night. Check in and checkout was easy. Secure parking for 1 car. Parking on the street also easy with 12 hour metre parking.

I struggle to find anything negative. Like any apartment accommodation, the kitchen utensils are limited, so if you plan to cook, come prepared. For a simple meal you should be fine.

A great location to walk or catch a bus. The room was clean. The bed is 2 twins put together but no pad was put on top so the seam was uncomfortable. I stayed on one side. Housekeeping was daily, took towels and trash daily. The owner or manager however, acted as if people are a pain in his ass. Checking in, you have to press a call button, several times and hope someone opens the gate. From there he was just so bothered. No hello, how are you. Just..here's your key, that way. And he walked away. I ignored him after that. Everything else was fine. Loved Brisbane and the river ferry..Kitty Cat. Walking over Victoria bridge for the mall and fun. All the restaurants near the hotel, amazing.

I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. It was very central and easy to get around, the conference I was involved with was at the exhibition centre so easy to walk to. It was easy to get to the train station. The room was a good size with natural light which was appreciated.

There was no air con remote in my room (26) so I was reliant on the ceiling fan. I could only find 2 tv channels and neither was very good re variety. However, I was in Brisbane for a conference so not a lot of time in my room so not a big issue.

Location was excellent, I walked to everywhere I needed to go The room was modern and clean and had everything I needed. The pool was perfect for what I wanted, somewhere for a quick dip and long enough to do mini laps. I used the spa on the first evening as I didn't feel like too much of a swim

There was a dog that lived in the resident apartments that was a barking a lot on my last day, I had heard it a little bit through my stay but it was really not happy that last day. But dogs will be dogs and it didn't really affect my stay too much.

Convenient location. Ground floor was easy to access. Spacious tidy rooms and patio. Full kitchen facilities. Powerpoints for charging available. Full laundry facilities in bedroom. Each room has a/c.

Minor things were noticed but not certainly didn't detract away from the overall very satisfied experience. 1 unclean item in the wrong cutlery drawer. 1 flickering light bulb in main bedroom needed to be replaced. Firm matress. I do recommend this as a great place for solo, couples to quiet families to stay.

Lots of amenities provided. Fairly secure parking. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Enjoyed the no contact Check in

I appreciate that having 2 single beds combine to make a queen makes it a lot easier to accommodate as many booking types as possible, but those beds are so uncomfortable. If I were with a partner and wanted a bigger bed to share, I'd end up preferring to sleep in my own anyway. The atmosphere of the apartment was also fairly different from the pictures advertised.
