Check in was really good, very helpful staff
Parking was a bit awkward if you drive past reception as it's on a one-way street. Advise people staying at the hotel that of this situation to avoid them driving around the block.

Location ..easy access to the city.. Clear instructions for parking. Very comfortable. Very quiet of a night Easy checking and out
I had a room with a balcony..I assumed I would have a view..looking at a concrete wall instead..probably should mention that not all rooms with balconies have views.

I was very positively surprised by this apartment because I just didn't expect it to be this good (and true to the description) for that low price given its location. It was absolutely lovely and the apartment was true to the photos. It's located in the centre of Brisbane 5 minutes from a central bus stop, a conference centre, shops and restaurants, the view was stunning (note that you will only have the view from one of the higher floors, I spent a few extra nights on the 5th floor which obviously doesn't have that view). It was very clean and equipped with everything you might need (kitchen appliances, cutlery and dishes, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave, basic toiletries). The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked well. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I was able to extend my stay flexible via phone call as well as check in late at night by collecting my keys from a locker. Note that reception is only there between 8am and 8pm but with careful planning that shouldn't be a problem.

It's a very short walk to good coffee, food, grocery shops, public transport and walking/running paths. The busways make it so easy to get from Ivy & Eve to meetings in the city and we were even able to take a ferry in the evening to the restaurant we went to under the Story Bridge. West End is a very quick walk so there's even more cafes, great restaurants, Harris Farms, Yochi, Coles and Woolies and retail shops so close. The room was very clean and well appointed, perfect size for what I needed and it had a great view of the city, especially at night. Added bonus - I got to watch the trains arriving into South Brisbane station (more public transport so close!) from my balcony while I had coffee in the mornings. I love the kitchen, very well set up and, with a full sized fridge you could easily stay for a week. There's a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron & ironing board. It would have been very easy to stay longer, I'll be back to explore more of the restaurants around.
The only thing that was missing compared to other places I usually say is 24 hour reception but, honestly, the key safe option worked really well for my colleague who arrived after hours so even that's not an issue as I made payment for both rooms. I'm guessing pre-payment would be required for late arrival otherwise but it worked for this trip.

Location was convenient for us and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Great value for money and would highly recommend.
The construction across the road was no problem, however, it would have been nice to be told this when we checked in at Reception. They could have told us the street would be closed off and that we would be able to still drive down the street by talking to the traffic control person who was allowing access to the street for residents and visitors only. Just some instructions would have been helpful. Also recommend changing the carpet in our room - there is some water damage that extends through majority of the living area to the bedroom and it does not look good. I would hate to know if there was any mould.

Best location near Fish Lane, super easy for the cultural centre and South Bank/West End. Great views of the city. good size and comfy bed. I liked having the staffed reception until 8pm, and the recreation terrace with the pool. Washing machine and dishwasher very handy. Communication was clear and helpful.
The couch in the living room of my apartment was not very clean, had grubby marks all over it and I didn't feel like sitting on it at all. Bathroom was also a little bit less clean that I would appreciate, with marks on the walls and at the bottom of the shower.

I have stayed here quite a few times now. This time I was in room 22402 and had an excellent view of the city from my room. The building is quiet, close to south bank, restaurants, good coffee and trains and buses. The pool is quiet in the day time and there is a decent gym as well. It was clean, a good size and the balcony is covered so you can sit out there even when it is raining. I will definitely stay again.
I liked everything but I can see the construction work across the road and a big crane. I think over the next couple of years the view will disappear which will be very sad.

Great location, easy key collection after hours, felt safe in the location, beautiful views from 19th floor city view apartment.
It's not quite as clean as expected. Stains on couch & dining chairs meant we used a throw rug from the bed to sit on the couch first. A sign in both bathrooms read not to touch the soap dispenser holders due to wet silicone back in November. We checked in 5th December, so this puzzled me as to why the blue masking tape & signs were still on display & dispensers not in use. Queen bed configuration was 2 single beds pushed together, but sheets made up to a make a queen bed. If you moved into the bed centre, you felt the beds join line which was odd. We would return again as the location was great. Outdoor pool was refreshing. Appreciated being able to leave our luggage after checkout & prior to flight in the reception office.

Staying in South Bank for a conference at the Convention Centre. The apartments (Ivy and Eve buildings) are only ~100m from the northern end of the Centre and are a short walk to the train (South Brisbane) and Cultural Centre bus terminus, and a 10min walk into the CBD. My apartment had a brilliant view (a 'City View' from Booking.com) from the 21st floor over South Bank, the river and the City, with the ever-changing light show on the new Star Hotel a real highlight. It was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening.
Only small niggle was that the bed had quite a sag on one side.

Location perfect for my needs, I was attending the Convention Centre. The view was perfect, city view and I sat one night on the balcony watching the lightning storm.
The rooms could benefit with black-out curtains (especially with a high floor facing the city, catching the morning sunrise) as the sun comes up at 5am in November and brightens the whole room (there is no daylight savings time in Queensland). The mattress felt like it had an electric blanket on it (under the sheets - not something I needed) and I could feel the ridges/bumps from it.
