The beds were very comfy, perfect location to walk everywhere and staff are extremely friendly.

Had to pay for parking seperate to the hotel price when in states that there is parking available. It should state that you have to pay seperate. Also should state that the parking under the hotel fits cars under 1.8 metres. Otherwise you have to walk 2 blocks for a different car park.

Room: Clean, well-maintained, and everything worked as expected. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Location: Convenient and easily accessible, making it a great choice for travelers. Room service rang for a late dinner, good selection, and came quickly. Staff & Service: The staff were friendly and professional, making the stay enjoyable. Overall Experience: No issues at all—everything worked smoothly, the showers were great, and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend!

Location wise, the hotel is central and close to a lot of great restaurants. The room was spacious, with plenty of room to move about. Bottle of complimentary still water was a great touch - much appreciated. Particular shout out to Trevor at reception who went above and beyond to make sure he explained everything during check in.

There was a lack of a main light in the room - small lights next to the bed and a desk light. Good for those who light mood lighting. Turned out the room was actually an interconnecting one, with a door to the room next door - which would have been nice to have been told. The shower booth lacked a door, so water did splatter everywhere on the ground. A choice of handheld shower head or rain shower, but water pressure was on the weak side.

Our stay the City Centre Voco Hotel was exceptional. The staff was consistently friendly, respectful, and professional, making our experience truly enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an impressive variety and served by friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. The breakfast hours were perfectly timed to allow for a relaxed start to our day. Dining in the hotel's restaurant was equally delightful. The food and cocktails were not only well-priced but also fresh and delicious. The restaurant lead staff member provided top-notch service throughout our meals. He was so friendly and funny. The hotel's location is highly convenient, within easy walking distance to city shopping, South Bank, museums, and galleries. Our room on the 8th floor offered stunning views of the river and South Bank. Despite being adjacent to the highway, the excellent blackout curtains ensured a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from traffic noise. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful - Kassey at reception was great. Kids loved the buffet breakfast. Rooftop pool was good too. Interior renovation done well. Location is really good.

Externally, the building looks very old and run down. The bathroom did not have an extractor fan and the glass screen didn't stop any of the splashing, which meant 3 showers left the floor drenched. It was surprisingly expensive, but I think maybe because of the Luke Combs concert?

Excellence staffs service, nice and friendly. Offers us to check in early, you can also apply IHG member for free. No issues to asked for late check out for my case. Room is excellence and comfort especially beds and more space Location is good, near river so you can see the top view and river view from your room if you book the river view (my room is city view) Plus- you can walk along the bridge to visit Museum and other attraction places, if you love to sightseeing walk, I recommended, you can visit the attraction places in Brisbane! :D

High price per night without BF

Buffet Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was large enough for 3 people. Location was just a short walk to just about everything. Things like pool towels at the entrance to the rooftop pool, kids games area with complimentary popcorn, and hand wash rather than soap were all little extras that make the stay that much more enjoyable.

Really can’t fault anything. Beds were very soft and pillows were quite large. I like the opposite for both, but these things are down to personal preference really.

Location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to CBD and Southbank where our business conducted. Room was excellent, spacious and good aminities. Although external is a bit outdated, but internal renovation was done beautifully and modern.

Although the room was equiped with smart TV, as normal hotel the room should also include free access to NetFlix or Stan or others. This will also add value to the hotel as well as good value of money to the customers.

Upon check-in we had the best experience which set a nice tone for the entire stay (even though only one night). Chiquita was the staff member to check us in and she was in no rush, gave us great tips on local places and discussed the design details of the building as she could tell we were very interested. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and well maintained. Location was outstanding, we parked in the nearby wilson park 50m away which was very close and cheap to book online prior. We used ubers and electric scooters to travel between here and southbank, and one walk which wasn't too far. When we checked out the staff member again took his time with us, we didn't feel rushed away and he had genuine questions about our plans. We are really looking forward to staying again and are grateful we now have a 'go-to' hotel to stay at :)

Excellent stay for a night playing in Brisbane. All the comforts - comfortable bed and sheets, nice fluffy towels, excellent pillows. I really appreciated the kindness of reception staff for acknowledging a little mistake and repairing with a free hot brekky for my daughter and I. And the breakfast was delicious!!! Also the coffee was great. The roof top pool was really nice also. All in all a very pleasant and rewarding stay. I think the price is very fair for and affordable for a lovely stay. Like the way it ensures comfort and pleasure for those who are not in the 1%! Well Done.

The lifts and accessibility definitely need work. I think this may divert people from coming back. Luckily I enjoy using stairs for cardio. Also need more lounging chair’s around the pool and maybe another cabana. People want to lie back around the pool. A little shade also would not go astray.
