Great location, central to everything. The staff were lovely. We were put in a room in which we were not happy with due to the view of air-conditioning units when we looked outside our windows. The room was dark didn't have a pleasant feel so they upgrade us the next day with no extra charge. Pool facilities were good for the little one and having the bar right next to it was another luxury.

There surfaces of the bedside tables and walls were not cleaned properly, they could have used more attention. And buffet breakfast was nice, a bit expensive, would have been nice to have it included

We loved everything about Pullman, from location to all the very friendly and accommodating staff. The valet parked our car straight away, and we had help with our bags. Pullman has a lot to offer, and the kids absolutely loved our stay here. Just a short walk to Queen Street Mall. I've read a fair few negative reviews, and I honestly can't see why, we all enjoyed our stay, and the rooms were incredibly spacious for all 4 of us. The pool is quite large with sun chairs, and the buffet for breakfast was divine! Literally had anything you could ever want for breakfast. We will be back for sure!

The only bad thing was the rattling of the pipes early in the morning from other rooms that woke us up, but ours was doing it as well, so I would say it's all the pipes. Regardless of this, we would stay again.

Great hotel and lovely rooms, the bed was really perfect for us. Was nice to be able to see the Christmas Tree out the window to the right too. The facilities were good, we paid for breakfast in the morning at the restaurant, not the buffet style most was having. The young lad at check in (I didnt get his name but was in training I think) was so friendly and professional, was lovely start to our trip.

Cafe didnt want to accept cash as payment, we didnt pre purchase breakfast, we just used the general cafe area and ordered off menu. They didnt want to take cash which was annoying. Sun blasted the room and heated it up more than the ducted aircon could handle, it was like 38c on the Sunday though so probably not a fair comparison, but a fan would be good in that room i think. Toilet was making a flushing sound often, but you cant hear it when the bathroom door is closed. A lot of dust settled in areas like the top of the bed frame, window still, top of tv etc, but the floors and bed were very clean.

The gluten free option at breakfast with pastries was disgusting Every one else got beautiful pastries and I was given a semi frozen stale donut that tasted like dirty I did inform the kitchen staff who were amazing about this and apologise for this but it wasn't their fault it was who ever ordered them and they should be made eat them to know how disgusting they are Why am I not allowed to have as nice a choice of pastries you can buy them and they do have a chef who can make them

The staff were highly competent and friendly. // The decor (especially in reception) is hard for me to categorise but I like it! // It was a joy to hear the little grand piano being tinkled by guests near the lifts.// The Goldfinch restaurant food, ambience and staff are all excellent. Even the "RM Williams" look about the restaurant staff is stylish.// The Pullman is very close to the centre of everything (shopping, entertainment, business) in BNE, and close to many cheap public transport options.// And, a big THANK YOU to those unseen staff/contractors who keep the plumbing, HVAC, lifts, electricity, cleaning and housekeeping going so well.

The price! BNE prices are OTT compared to other Australian cities, so the Pullman is no worse in that respect to the alternatives in BNE.

Proximity; location;

I was not new to Brisbane and I had to phone 3 times before someone answered and even then they could not give me definite directions. The info on your paperwork is 3 minutes walk via Anne street. The gentleman kept saying no Roma Street. My niece within half an hour of arriving was told she could park no problem $50. Upon arrival was told the car park was full. The duty manager was called and the matter was sorted out. However an uncomfortable experience. We were told that calls go to a call centre which seemed very strange?! Thank you we did enjoy our stay however had to eat elsewhere because the restaurant was full. Maybe next time.

Close to amenities and can walk everywhere on the city to eat or just experience the city

The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable & suited my needs. Everything was within easy walking distance, a great location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the room service dessert I ordered.

I found the scent or air freshener that had been used in the lobby a bit overpowering. It was quite strong walking out of the lifts. It was also hard to know which floor you were on, as the lift didn't have clear enough signage. The bathroom facilities were not great. Lighting was poor, and one of the ceiling light covers was coming off (which I managed to fix back into place). The shower water also leaked/spilled over onto the floor which needed to be mopped up afterwards.

THis reservation was for my daughter who found herself in the middle of the night requiring accomodation with her three year old son, I had previously stayed at this hotel for business and advised her to drive to there and I would ensure that payment was made by myself. She noted that they were due to close reception in a few minutes and she was an hour away, I rang the hotel and advised of the situation and that she would not reach the hotel for an hour, Reception advised that they would remain until she got there. I was so impressed, this hotel has earnt my eternal loyalty for going above and beyond on that Saturday night.

There is absolutely nothing to fault this hotel on, I have been to the hotel on two occasions myself and now my daughter and grandson have also stayed here, and service has been faultless.

Lovely hotel. Downstairs newly renovated and very lush. Bright restaurant with great buffet breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and the bed is super comfy. A highlight was the cleanliness and each day my room was serviced the team did a brilliant job. The conference was well serviced and the food was great and always on time for our breaks. The hotel is central and I could easily walk to Southbank, the Botanical gardens and restaurants.

Rooms/bathrooms are dated. Pillows are uncomfortable (have just lost volume). The view from my room was not great. Food at the conference was great, but repeated the same meals/snacks over and over during the five days.
