The location is excellent only 2 blocks walk into the City and an Uber for longer distances that we never had to wait more than 3 min for. The apartment was extremely large, with a seperate bedroom, bathroom, combined large living area and kitchen with cooking facilities and a full size fridge and a seperate laundry. The property was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable with extra large pillows, the property was also very quiet, we never had to wait for the lift at all it was very efficient, we stayed on the 19th floor.

The towels were not changed each day nor was the bed made, you could call housekeeping and they bought fresh towels and took the rubbish away, but they left the dirty towels on the bathroom floor and left the clean towels on the dining room table.

Spacious and comfortable. Clean and neat.

It was too hard to work out how the TV has to connect with my phone. Would be nice to have a complimentary water bottle on arrival.

The accommodation was great, spacious, very well equipped. The staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to Roma Street station and within 10 minutes walk of the South Bank. A recommendation from me, you should check out the Park behind Roma Street station. It's a beautiful place.

What I didn't like was the weather, Cyclone Alfred arrived during my stay, so I was forced to stay in the accommodation for days. Of course, Meriton Suites has nothing to do with that. It was just bad luck.

Excellent location. Generally well equipped but some strange anomalies that A community representative would have given them advice on. Lovely pool and health centre. Friendly staff.

We stayed for 4 nights, no clean towels till night 4, no cleaning, no resupply of coffee etc. Staff were very friendly and resupplied on request, but seeing it cost us the same for every night, as if it had been our only, I expected better. The layout of the bedroom was awkward. The wardrobe and only cupboard could only be entered when the door was shut. There was no storage for food, but a full size fridge, stove, oven microwave etc. just some odd features that were a bit annoying. They need a community consultation view on small improvements that would appeal.

Comfortably housed 6 of us, lots of space and the views were spectacular as always. Location is great, easy to get to Roma Station and walk across the bridge to Southbank. Our fridge was icy cold and I like having a washing machine and dryer at my disposal. Any requests or issues were handled quickly and efficiently. (We had no hot water and needed more supplies such as dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent)

The washing machine and dryer are very loud, even with the door closed. For a booking of 6 I'd suggest providing double the toiletries and supplies. Be aware there is no daily housekeeping and rubbish to be disposed of via garbage chutes on each floor.

Location-proximity to rail, bus and city centre walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Suite was comfortable. Efficient booking and checking out.

The bathroom flooring we thought was quite treacherous-it was difficult NOT to get it wet because of the shower-drain placed right where you needed to stand so didn't drain away quickly-therefore went under the door out into the main part of the room. Could not have the bath mat by the door because it would just get pushed away when you opened the door. Even the heat and the steam seemed to make the floor feel slippery. Having said that, the actual shower was good -good pressure.

Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff we polite, friendly and helpful. Our visit was just after ex-cyclone Alfred so our plans for using the river taxi to getting around wasn’t possible as there was no river traffic, so we ended up walking everywhere and to see the sights. This was possible from the hotel location. Using the pool, jacuzzi and sauna at the end of a long day sighting was lovely. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, a small supply of cooking oil would have been useful as we only stayed a couple of nights and buying a bottle in the supermarket was viable.

There was no razor charging point (fortunately our charger adapter plug had one) and the shower had no seal at the bottom of the shower door so water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was a second drain here but no squeegee of some sort to push the water down the drain so that you aren’t walking in water when you need to go into the bathroom.

The Meriton Suites is an excellent place to stay and was above our expectations. The room was large and generous and had all the facilities of a small apartments with washer dryer, cooking facilities and fridge/freezer. The location is great and not far from the river and downtown shops and restaurants. There is a swimming pool in the building with a jacuzzi. We found the price to stay to be very reasonable for the size and quality of the room.

We were asked to pay an amount to cover any breakages or issues during our stay which we knew to expect - But this did put us a bit on edge when we got to the room as there were some minor marks on things and we didn't know how this would be treated. When we spoke to reception they were friendly and put us at ease and said they had a record of all breakages and marks in rooms, but you never know what to expect in this situation. In the end it didn't effect the enjoyable stay and we would stay again if in the area.

The location was really good. Close to Queen Street, 5 minute walk and close to the walk bridge over to South Bank. You can also catch the City Cat over to South Bank and back for free making the walking shorter if preferable. Close to Convenience Stores. The apartment was very modern I loved it. Brisbane is becoming a very futuristic city. The Star Casino development is stunning. It’s becoming an exciting city!!! The Staff on the reception were outstanding!! Very professional, helpful and friendly.

The shower over the bath needs a handrail for getting in and out. The bath is quite slippery. Just a suggestion. Not just for older people but everyone in general. No actual complaints.

We had room 901,a one bedroom suite nice and spacious excellent laundry facilities, adequate kitchen and a comfortable bed. The suite had milk in the fridge teabags and coffee pods, a dishwasher tablet and essentials like a dishcloth and tea towel. We ate out in Brisbane, lots of choice and a 10 minute walk down George Street Very close to Roma Street Station, only $11 aussie dollars to the international airport and 25 mins . The trains were excellent and we also went from Roma Street to Helensvale , changing there onto the GLink tram to Surfers Paradise. Well worth a day trip by rail to see the Gold Coast Only cost us a dollar each (yes, what a bargain due to a hefty state subsidy). Best value way to get to see the Gold Coast beaches
