We initially booked a two-bedroom suite for one night for me and my parents. The next day, my dad flew to another destination, and my mom and I moved to a one-bedroom suite for the following two nights. The two-bedroom suite was absolutely luxurious, with an amazing view. The one-bedroom was also very warm and cozy. It’s worth mentioning that on the second day, my dad wasn’t feeling well. I went downstairs around 6 a.m. to see if we could extend our stay in the two-bedroom suite so he could get more rest during the day. Although the staff told me the room was fully booked, they were incredibly helpful and proactive. They offered us a late check-out and prioritized the cleaning of our next room. As soon as it was ready, they even called to let us know we could check in early. We were truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and support.

The location is excellent only 2 blocks walk into the City and an Uber for longer distances that we never had to wait more than 3 min for. The apartment was extremely large, with a seperate bedroom, bathroom, combined large living area and kitchen with cooking facilities and a full size fridge and a seperate laundry. The property was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable with extra large pillows, the property was also very quiet, we never had to wait for the lift at all it was very efficient, we stayed on the 19th floor.

The towels were not changed each day nor was the bed made, you could call housekeeping and they bought fresh towels and took the rubbish away, but they left the dirty towels on the bathroom floor and left the clean towels on the dining room table.

Spacious and comfortable. Clean and neat.

It was too hard to work out how the TV has to connect with my phone. Would be nice to have a complimentary water bottle on arrival.

The accommodation was great, spacious, very well equipped. The staff were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is in a very good location, close to Roma Street station and within 10 minutes walk of the South Bank. A recommendation from me, you should check out the Park behind Roma Street station. It's a beautiful place.

What I didn't like was the weather, Cyclone Alfred arrived during my stay, so I was forced to stay in the accommodation for days. Of course, Meriton Suites has nothing to do with that. It was just bad luck.

Excellent location. Generally well equipped but some strange anomalies that A community representative would have given them advice on. Lovely pool and health centre. Friendly staff.

We stayed for 4 nights, no clean towels till night 4, no cleaning, no resupply of coffee etc. Staff were very friendly and resupplied on request, but seeing it cost us the same for every night, as if it had been our only, I expected better. The layout of the bedroom was awkward. The wardrobe and only cupboard could only be entered when the door was shut. There was no storage for food, but a full size fridge, stove, oven microwave etc. just some odd features that were a bit annoying. They need a community consultation view on small improvements that would appeal.

The room was big and spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the apartment has a kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher, the shower was great and had good pressure, the location was very convenient, the WiFi was fast, and I liked the pool and hot tub. Overall, a great stay.

Only minor issues - for example, the aircon wasn't working reliably and it would have been nice to have some slippers, a robe, and an extra towel provided for the use of the pool/sauna. Also note that there is no bar or restaurant on site, but the hotel is very central and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Comfortably housed 6 of us, lots of space and the views were spectacular as always. Location is great, easy to get to Roma Station and walk across the bridge to Southbank. Our fridge was icy cold and I like having a washing machine and dryer at my disposal. Any requests or issues were handled quickly and efficiently. (We had no hot water and needed more supplies such as dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent)

The washing machine and dryer are very loud, even with the door closed. For a booking of 6 I'd suggest providing double the toiletries and supplies. Be aware there is no daily housekeeping and rubbish to be disposed of via garbage chutes on each floor.

Location-proximity to rail, bus and city centre walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Suite was comfortable. Efficient booking and checking out.

The bathroom flooring we thought was quite treacherous-it was difficult NOT to get it wet because of the shower-drain placed right where you needed to stand so didn't drain away quickly-therefore went under the door out into the main part of the room. Could not have the bath mat by the door because it would just get pushed away when you opened the door. Even the heat and the steam seemed to make the floor feel slippery. Having said that, the actual shower was good -good pressure.

Great location, clean and comfortable. The staff we polite, friendly and helpful. Our visit was just after ex-cyclone Alfred so our plans for using the river taxi to getting around wasn’t possible as there was no river traffic, so we ended up walking everywhere and to see the sights. This was possible from the hotel location. Using the pool, jacuzzi and sauna at the end of a long day sighting was lovely. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, a small supply of cooking oil would have been useful as we only stayed a couple of nights and buying a bottle in the supermarket was viable.

There was no razor charging point (fortunately our charger adapter plug had one) and the shower had no seal at the bottom of the shower door so water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was a second drain here but no squeegee of some sort to push the water down the drain so that you aren’t walking in water when you need to go into the bathroom.

Perfect location for my husband and I to spend our wedding night. The view was spectacular.

The staff never acknowledged or asked the reason for our stay. We requested express housekeeping to ensure the apartment was ready for wedding photos but staff did nothing to try and accomodate this request. They just gave us extra towels. We ended up tidying the apartment ourselves. Made the bed ourselves and folded all the towels ourselves. We were more than willing to pay extra but they didn’t even attempt to help us with the request.
