My stay at the hotel was largely positive, with several aspects standing out. The room was comfortable and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Its location was ideal for exploring Brisbane's city and surrounding areas, with various restaurants and food outlets nearby that offered delicious options. The room's facilities were impressive, including the convenience of doing laundry. I also appreciated the spotless and well-maintained bathroom, which comforted me. I had a great stay, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. I'm looking forward to returning in the future!

One area for improvement, however, was the positioning of the air-conditioning unit concerning the room size. It took some time for the room to cool down, so having a fan or ceiling fan would enhance the experience.

Met my needs well. The rates are normally quite good compared to other properties. The location is close to Fish Lane precinct, and still walking distance from South Bank, Suncorp Stadium, and West End business districts resulting in being spoiled for choice when it comes to food and entertainment. Also has a cafe at the front entrance that has great coffee and opens every day from 5am. Underground Carpark and a parking lot across the road that is free after daytime hours add to the convenience. The apartment was clean and comfy for the most part although some furniture had not been dusted for many months. The apartment was reasonably quiet except when the balcony doors were open as there is a train line close by and trucks and emergency vehicles frequent the road below.

This is my preferred accommodation when I am in Brisbane, I don’t give it an absolute 10/10 but I definitely don’t have anything bad to say..

Location perfect for walking into Southbank with kids. Booked a one-bedroom and was given a two-bedroom which I am soo grateful for! Had my mum staying with us and figured me, my son, and my mum would just share the one double bed as we previously have. Made the stay so much better! Thank you! Everything was easy, no issues.

One elevator was being fixed so unfortunately only one to use which meant a solid lil wait at times (first-world problems). Would have been more than happy to take the stairs but tried and the area they lead to has a locked door and what would be an obvious fire door leading to what I assumed was outside based on the daylight coming in under the door? (not the lobby).

The front desk staff (a girl) was very nice, friendly and polite. It was surprised me that no one clean the room during 1 week I stayed. No changing towel or bed sheet.

Brilliant location, easy walk to everything West End and South Bank have to offer. Exceptionally friendly staff, who dealt swiftly with a few small issues we had. Room was bigger and more comfortable than we'd expected for the price (we got a good deal).

The apartment wasn't sparkling clean - the couch had seen better days, with some stray hairs and stains. I carry antibacterial wipes when I travel and felt the need to do high-touch points once we got there - some smudges and things on light switches, for example. BUT I am pretty pedantic about these things, and it wasn't any worse than comparable aparthotels.

A very centrally situated South Bank property. We arrived from the airport by train and it was no more than 10 minutes from the train station to Morgan Suites. As we arrived after hours a seamless and efficient system sent us a text message with a code to access the dropbox and get our key. We were on level seven in a well worn but clean and tidy unit with a balcony view of the city. The unit was very well equipped with everything that you would need for a self-catering stay. There are two pricey, but well stocked Metro supermarkets close by as well as the restaurants and eating establishments of Fish Lane and the Southbank area. This is an excellent location for a city stay-vacation. We attended a show at the performing arts center visited the Queensland museum and art galleries and also the Brisbane City Museum and MacArthur Museum just across the river. We explored malls and inner-city shops. All within an easy walking distance.

The living room couch was a bit lumpy and could do with replacement as it is no longer comfortable. Nothing else at this price point.

The location of the facility was perfect for us, especially with our plans to visit the Brisbane Exhibition Centre—it was just a short walk away. The room was generally clean and comfortable. While there was a pre-existing hole in the wall, it didn’t affect our stay, and the room overall was great and livable. The café right at the hotel entrance was a convenient bonus. Parking was easy to find, with accessible lifts leading directly to the rooms. Compared to other places we’ve stayed in Brisbane, the car park was definitely one of the easiest to navigate.

There was a bit of the smell in the hallway but that seems to be only on the floor we were staying in. This didn't affect our stay, just a little uncomfortable when we stepped out. Overall really good, comfortable, affordable stay for a short term.

Location and comfortable room. Good facilities, plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, dishwashing and washing powder. Good frypan. These small things were appreciated. Location was good for my needs. The out of hours check in and key drop and parking was good.

The stovetop. It would keep turning off. Annoying. Trying to cook breakfast and it would show an error and stop heating. Not sure if it was faulty or just a stupid design? The garbage shute door was outside my room door and it stank. I had to put a towel against the door to stop the odour creeping in. I was so busy with work commitments last week I had no opportunity to mention this while there. I also sent a notice that I never was given a parking voucher to display on my car window when I checked at the desk and no response to an inquiry I sent about that.

The apartment was a great size for the family. We appreciated the balcony and two bathrooms. The location was really convenient and only a short walk into the city or to Southbank. Parking onsite was really helpful. It was great to have a laundry with some laundry powder provided and a clothes rack on the balcony to dry the clothes.

The kitchen was fit out with the bare minimum. 4x cutlery, plates, bowls etc. There were no items we could use to store food. Found a little mould and dust in the bathrooms. In the main bathroom the exhaust fan made a terrible noise whenever it was in use. Both mattresses were really soft and this bothered 3 of us who had sore backs from sleeping on them.

We arrived between 10 and 11 am. We were immediately given a room that had just been cleaned although check in is at 2 pm. The 1 bedroom apartment was very clean. Good queen size bed; it was as if sleeping at home :)

A lady with longish dark hair was downstairs in the carpark. We didn't know who she was. We thought she might have been one of the guests. She started talking to us in a not so friendly way. We got quite confused. She told us she was from the building or something. Why wasn't she wearing a Morgan Suites uniform, or at least a badge so we would have known she is part of your team? I would however have a talk to her about her tone of voice. She seemed very impatient as well. We managed to find a parking spot. We also think that the spray the cleaners use in the room should be kept to a minimum or changed to a different fragrance.
