Great location - easy walk to South Brisbane, South Bank and over the bridge to the city. Easy access to buses and trains. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well enough appointed. Reception was open 9-5, the receptionist was very helpful, and they were happy to store our bags for us after check-out.

The only thing was the noise of the train. The elevated train line is just across the road, so about 30-40 metres from the apartment window. It wasn't too bad from the back bedroom but the person sleeping in the front bedroom needed ear plugs.

Location is excellent for close access to arts and culture areas. E-scooters are handy out front of property. Short walk to West End precinct where there’s a great choice of eateries. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and our room was ready a little bit earlier than anticipated. Handy to coffee shops, and eateries.

Cleaning smell was very overpowering indoors. Appliances were difficult to use due to lack of user manuals. Some appliances had no wording due to cleaning of appliances so didn’t know what setting to use. Train noise was disrupting to our sleep with property being close to rail overpass. If you’re used to trains then shouldn’t be an issue for others.

The location was great. Easy walking distance into Brisbane CBD and lots of local shops and restaurants to explore. The apartment was modern and well equipped. The elevators were effective. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. We benefitted from a weekly rate in the car park which saved quite a bit of money. Would definitely stay here again.

The car park was adequate, but not ideally suited to larger SUVs. Tight corners and narrow spaces with low overhangs. The location of the bedroom as an extension to the living area was unusual. In practice we left the sliding doors open to facilitate air flow. Provision of fans would have meant that we didn’t need to use the aircon quite as much. As we were staying 8 nights, we would have liked some drawers or shelves in the bedroom for clothes, and more cutlery and crockery so that we didn’t have to use the dishwasher after every meal.

Apartment 405 was tidy and clean, had a comfortable bed and a good shower - though it took a little time to heat up. In addition to washing machine and dryer there were sachets of washing powder and a useful clothes airer on the balcony. Instructions for arriving after hours were clear and it was possible to leave luggage between 9am and 5pm.

It would be useful to have a crockery dish with lid for use in the microwave. The location is just across the road from the bridge that the trains cross so might not suit a light sleeper. The location is in the quieter end of the street, if walking alone at night, suggest you maintain awareness of your surroundings.

My stay at the hotel was largely positive, with several aspects standing out. The room was comfortable and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Its location was ideal for exploring Brisbane's city and surrounding areas, with various restaurants and food outlets nearby that offered delicious options. The room's facilities were impressive, including the convenience of doing laundry. I also appreciated the spotless and well-maintained bathroom, which comforted me. I had a great stay, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. I'm looking forward to returning in the future!

One area for improvement, however, was the positioning of the air-conditioning unit concerning the room size. It took some time for the room to cool down, so having a fan or ceiling fan would enhance the experience.

The room was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Within walking distance of everthing I was planning to visit on my stay. Very good location. The room had a balcony however I did ot use it as it looked straight into another guests room and blank wall. No view whatsoever. However the room was very large and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Overall had a very enjoyable stay and would come back.

Location. Safe parking. Easy walk to Suncorp and Southbank. Comfy bed. Good size room. Nice kitchen area. Netflix etc. Friendly staff. Great value and reasonable daily parking costs. Fast lifts. Comfy lounge. Cute little balcony for fresh air (view of roof top next door and trains).

Very mouldy grout in the shower area - needs a professional clean or regrouting. No real view - but that’s the city for you - surrounded by buildings. The ramps to the carparks are tight.

Met my needs well. The rates are normally quite good compared to other properties. The location is close to Fish Lane precinct, and still walking distance from South Bank, Suncorp Stadium, and West End business districts resulting in being spoiled for choice when it comes to food and entertainment. Also has a cafe at the front entrance that has great coffee and opens every day from 5am. Underground Carpark and a parking lot across the road that is free after daytime hours add to the convenience. The apartment was clean and comfy for the most part although some furniture had not been dusted for many months. The apartment was reasonably quiet except when the balcony doors were open as there is a train line close by and trucks and emergency vehicles frequent the road below.

This is my preferred accommodation when I am in Brisbane, I don’t give it an absolute 10/10 but I definitely don’t have anything bad to say..

Location perfect for walking into Southbank with kids. Booked a one-bedroom and was given a two-bedroom which I am soo grateful for! Had my mum staying with us and figured me, my son, and my mum would just share the one double bed as we previously have. Made the stay so much better! Thank you! Everything was easy, no issues.

One elevator was being fixed so unfortunately only one to use which meant a solid lil wait at times (first-world problems). Would have been more than happy to take the stairs but tried and the area they lead to has a locked door and what would be an obvious fire door leading to what I assumed was outside based on the daylight coming in under the door? (not the lobby).

Brilliant location, easy walk to everything West End and South Bank have to offer. Exceptionally friendly staff, who dealt swiftly with a few small issues we had. Room was bigger and more comfortable than we'd expected for the price (we got a good deal).

The apartment wasn't sparkling clean - the couch had seen better days, with some stray hairs and stains. I carry antibacterial wipes when I travel and felt the need to do high-touch points once we got there - some smudges and things on light switches, for example. BUT I am pretty pedantic about these things, and it wasn't any worse than comparable aparthotels.
