Loved the location. Short walk to southbank. Short walk to shops. Very comfortable beautiful apartment. It was clean and very spacious. The shower was wonderful the balcony wonderful. It was all amazing compared to a few other places we have stayed. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others and would happily stay here again myself 100%. Thank you so much
There was a very stong overwhelming unpleasant smell in the ground level of building 1 when exiting the elevators or entering the building. Also a slight septic like smell when entering the apartment. Only noticed when entering the room. The smell was not noticeable after being in the room for a while. The inside of the kettle was full of calcium/limescale. It didnt bother me or my family but It might bother some people so I thought it'd be best to recommend descaling it.

Idea location for us over the weekend
Could not open sliding doors . Locked on purpose with no key to open .So no access to our large outdoor area on the ground floor. Checking in was very slow due to their computer not working. But we arrived during torrential rain and we were soaked but couldn’t go to our apartment. Also, we ordered an extra bed which they forgot. We did get it but it was unable to fit in a bedroom. Also due to heavy storm we asked for a courtesy umbrella but none available. So, finer details were lacking

Great location, close to food
Roomy apartment with everything we needed. Only issue was the car space. We have a land cruiser and the parking space we were allocated was agains a wall and had a large storage cabinet at the end (which many have). We asked for a different space and that was even worse. If I had been able to park in it I would not have been able to open the doors and get out. I ended up parking in the 4 hour visitor space and letting reception know. This wasn’t near the lift for our building so it was a bit inconvenient and we did pay $25 per night for parking so it would have been great to actually park under our building. Otherwise it was great.

Large apartment with nice balcony. Superb location for dining and grocery shopping, walking and access to public transport. We had appointments to attend in West End and Woollongabba and the apartment was perfectly positioned for that too. No issue with checking in or checking out. Pool was large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
One of our key fobs didn't always work which could have been an issue after hours. However it wasn't a problem. A few more condiments in the kitchen would have been nice; eg salt and pepper.

Very good location. Easy walk to everything. Clean and well equipped room. Lovely view. Beds comfy. Air con was excellent. Lots of storage in the room which was unexpected but we were pleased with. Laundry facilities in room were nice and quiet and very quick. Made such a difference being able to store bags and laundry.
Dogs were on the same level as us. Therefore the smell in the hallway isn’t pleasant. Reception not 24hrs and there were a couple noise issues from neighbours within the building. Parties and someone vacuuming right above us at 11pm! All not directly hotels fault but worth mentioning.

The apartment we booked, two bedroom two bathroom, was great for our trip and was quiet at night. Location was an easy walk to supermarket and the wonderful selection of West end restaurants. A bit longer but manageable walk to all that the river front offers including the walking bridge from the Brisbane Wheel over to the Star. The pool was lovely in the heat. Staff were friendly.
Unfortunately we had to spend our first night in a different appartment while the lock on our booked one was fixed. This was quite noisey and it was a hassle to move twice. We were also charged the original price.

The location was great and within waking distance to south bank parklands and lots of great eateries in the area. Coles supermarket is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment so it was easy to stock up on groceries.
The beds were really low to the floor and not very comfortable. It would be great if they provided more than 1 sachet of dishwashing powder and liquid and laundry powder for the week of our stay. I realise it isn’t a serviced apartment but that would have been helpful.

My family and I really liked it here. We were worried that we wouldn't be able to find parking or reception, but it was pretty straight forward. Managed to find our designated car park. Getting to our apartment was simple too if you read the instructions reception gives you. Our apartment was on level 11 so we had a pretty awesome view. Watching the cars at night can be therapeutic, and it wasn't noisy at all. The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean. I couldn't find any fault. I would definitely stay here again. We also checked out early and were a little confused when we tried to put our key into the letterbox. Luckily, this lovely lady who obviously works there came over to help us. For future reference, if you decide to check out early. You'll find the check out early letterbox opposite reception down the bottom. Just feel around the top for an opening and put the keys in there. Although I would advise you do this after you've collected your car from the underground car park because you need the fob to access the parking area. We didn't use the pool because I was only there for one night, and I was out celebrating a friend's going away party at one of the nearby bars.

The apartment was well equipped and really nice. The balcony extended the living space well. For my young daughter and I it was really suitable. Having the washer and dryer proved very useful after walking home from an event in the rain. The pool looked very inviting, but we just didn’t have time to use it on this trip. It was a short walk to shops and grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and we even enjoyed a snack and some drinks at the small takeaway downstairs.
It looked very clean, but there was some evidence of the previous visitors in the bathroom.

The facilities & location was great, parking was very easy.
I was a little disappointed with that apartment we stayed in, as it wasn’t similar to the photos of the ‘deluxe 2 bedroom’ apartment online. We paid the extra money for a very simple room. We didn’t have much of a city view either and the apartment inside was completely different to what was advertised online, there wasn’t much decor, different curtains, walls needed a good paint & it felt very empty. I think with a fresh paint & a different approach on decor/similar to the website, it would have been great.
