Excellent location to ferry, train and restaurants. Apartment was very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Arrived after hours check in was very easy.

Bathroom a little tired but clean. 3 lights not working in apartment was told globes would be changed. Not done week we were in the apartment..

Big room with a nice view. Good facilities such as kitchen, washing machine and dryer, free wifi. Amenities can be choosen by ourselves.

No staff can be asked after workhours :( House keeping were not cleaning all part of the room. For example just cleaning the bathroom, not cleaning the floor and vacuum the carpet, not tiding up the bed. Or in another day only tiding up the bed, not the other parts of the room.

The Location is very convenient, with Ferry, Train & Buses a very short walk. There are many Restaurants & Cafes in the area. This was our 4th stay, 2nd time in a Studio Room. Made use of the kitchenette with microwave. Netflix was a bonus and watched a movie most nights. Aircon, washing machine, dryer, internet etc, all worked well. Bed was comfortable, so always slept well. The young lady on reception was very efficient and friendly. We were well supplied with toiletries, milk etc. They leave supplies at reception to take yourself when required, it was very much appreciated! We had a wonderful 9 nights and was sad to leave! This was the 4th room we have stayed in, but were disappointed in the cleaning standard this time. As we walked into our Studio on 4th Floor 410G, the "Do not disturb" sign fell from inside handle to floor. Upon picking it up, I was shocked to see dirt & dust on the floor in the corner against the kitchenette. Judging by the amount of dust, it looked like it had been there for a while. Considering a room is supposed to be thoroughly cleaned before the next guests enter, it was quite a shock to witness this. The grout on the bathroom floor could do with a good clean too! I couldn't fault the cleaning standard of my previous stays, I would have given a 10 if we hadn't encountered the poor cleaning of the room.

Central Cosmo is our favorite place to stay when in Brisbane. We have stayed in all types of Apartments here and never been disappointed. This time, we were delighted to have a lovely 1 bedroom appt on the 4th floor with a lovely view over the River from Living and bedroom. The place was clean and bed comfortable, everything worked well. Receptionists and cleaning staff are exceptional! Met a couple of receptionists who were very helpful and efficient. We were kept well equipped with toiletries etc. Cosmo is very convenient for travel, with Ferry, Buses & Trains close by. We mainly caught the Ferry which is conveniently across the road and just one stop into the City and 2 stops to Southbank. We had 8 wonderful nights here and was always a pleasure to return to the apartment at the end of each day. I can't speak highly enough of this place. THANKYOU to all the Staff!

The room was lovely, bright, airy, well set out. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. I loved being able to access things like coffee, shampoo, soap etc from a bureau next to reception. The location being on a well-lit street meant that I was comfortable walking back to the apartments from the train station after attending events. The train station was a short walk (down a fairly steep hill, harder on the way up than down so recommend walking to Park Rd and up that way rather than up Manning St which was a nightmare while pulling a suitcase with a backpack on my back!). Trains ran regularly, and were comfortable. A shorter walk the other way took you to Brisbane River and the Cat Ferry's where I spent an enjoyable afternoon just sightseeing on the ferry.

This is really quite minor, but a TV in the bedroom, or the ability to manoeuvre the TV in the living area so it could have been watched from the bed would have been an added benefit.

A comfortable apartment in a perfect location, only a short walk to places to eat and the River Cat ferry. Access and parking are very good, staff excellent and we liked the fact that it is a small property, not a high-rise. Our one bedroom king apartment had plenty of space with a good kitchenette and although we didn't use the laundry facilities, it was good to have them. The bed was very good and we liked the older-style air conditioning that worked as set and was very quiet.

A few more plates etc in the kitchenette would mean running the dishwasher less and for older people the tall stools at the kitchen counter weren't good for dining. There's room for a small dining table/chairs, which would be a good addition.

Location is very good. Lots of restaurants near Central Cosmo Apartment Hotel. Close to Brisbane River for walks. Washing machine, drier and washing powder are available all the time. House keeping is everyday except weekend and bedsheets are changed once a week which is excellent. Staff gave us top floor with Brisbane River view (not guranteed) which was a bonus and we are thankful.

Drains in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink need to put in pine o clean disinfectant as they stink. I think the plates given are too big to put into the dish washer as they obstruct the water spray, consequently the dishes couldn't clean properly. We only just found out during the last 2 days of our stay.

The location was fantastic - close to the ferry stop, which takes you to the town for 0.5$. It is even a walking distance from the city center - some 20 minutes of nice walk along the river. The staff is very helpful. We decided to extend our stay by one day in Brisbane and were very happy that we did not have to move from the apartment. The bed was excellent. Spacious room. There is a Chinese restaurant of good quality serving Cantonese food on the ground floor. Don't miss it if you like Chinese food. The service was excellent. The parking is relatively cheap: 10$ for a day in an underground parking. It is much better to leave the car there and go by ferry to the town, where 1 hour of a parking is 16$. In general the public transport in Brisbane is excellent.

The cleanliness was not perfect. Look behind the washing machine to verify my opinion. Room service was very basic.

Size of apartment, easy access, kept very clean, plenty of amenities available - even laundry powder for the in room washing machine and dryer . Location is spot on - can walk to ferry , bus or train and plenty of restaurants nearby

The over bath shower - it’s time to replace the bath with a modern walk in shower and better plumbing giving easier control of water temperature and pressure . A new kitchen benchtop would lift the overall appearance. There was some road noise so double glazing would help in apartments facing main road

The apartment had everything we needed, even a fan heater! Although it wasn’t cold enough to need it. Bath was lovely, plentiful hot water, perfect for a post flight soak! We had a lovely view of the river. It is just a stones throw to the Bicentennial Bike/Walk way that takes you along the river all the way into town, it’s an easy and all abilities accessible walk/roll/ride to the Queen St Mall.

The iron was full of gunk - this is pretty common though, always iron a towel on high steam setting before using a hotel iron on your clothes!
