We had a fantastic stay at Founda Gardens Apartments! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but what really made our experience exceptional was the incredible hospitality. Due to a cyclone disrupting our travel plans, we needed to extend our stay, and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their kindness and flexibility made a stressful situation so much easier, and we truly appreciated the warm and understanding service. From the friendly staff to the great amenities, everything about our stay was wonderful. We highly recommend Founda Gardens to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about its guests. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the accommodation was exceptional, for a 2 bedroom apartment it was very spacious. Decent size bedrooms and bathrooms! The water pressure of the showers - AMAZING. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great! The whole apartment was clean with fresh linen. Washing machine/dryer a bonus. Views were of the river and street. The location location location was fantastic. Public transport via bus, ferry or train just a short walk away. Made getting around so much easier with the city just down the road. Bell was great and went above and beyond by compensating us for a taxi to the airport which was very unexpected but muchly appreciated. Definitely recommend Founda Gardens and will be back in the near future.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Large rooms, large balcony, two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. Location to buses was excellent. Great location to Wesley and train station and within easy (15mins) walking distance to Toowong shopping centre.

It was disconcerting to have all the signs about heat sensors in the roof setting off fire alarms at substantial cost to unit renters if they are activated. This is normal in a kitchen but the signs applied to the laundry and bathroom as the heat sensors are so sensitive in the ceilings that even having a shower could set them off, so it was recommended that we shower with the bathroom door ajar.

Great location-easy trains and citycat to central brisbane, Very helpful and friendly manager

dated furnishings , broken sliding door locks to balcony on 8th floor(we had a 3 year old with us)

Great location, just a short walk( our 4 and 7 yr old handled it to the Milton City cat connection. Lots of places to eat a block away. Quiet area. Spacious lounge area and large balcony. Showers were great and a bath a bonus. Huge fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't like the horizontal blinds. Hard to manage and got stuck.

The location is excellent, close to bus stops and train station. Parking at apartments is a bonus. Huge apartment, we stayed as a family of 5 and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was full of items to cook with, bowels, trays, pots, etc.

Dryer wasn't working properly, other then that everything was good.

Aircon/Heating in each room was great, large unit, safe and secure building with parking on site.

Lighting in unit, half light bulbs were blown, bathrooms could use an upgrade, hoses spurt, towel racks broken, systern runs all the time. But nothing to not warrant staying there.

Perfect location, bus stop outside the door gave us access to so many options and activities Friendly staff ensured our needs were met, thanks Bella. Comfortable and large outdoor area to relax and have an afternoon drink soaking up the atmosphere

Bedrooms were a little cramped

Very quiet area- we stays here as a family to go to suncorp stadium ( and recover from jet lag). Special thanks to Bel the manager for excellent help and a little flexibility on check in/out to help us. Very spacious- very comfy beds- well equipped. Exactly what we needed .

Be aware there is not a full time reception- there is phone contact and good reply- this was fine with us but some would not like that.

I like the facilities and the ambience of the apartment.

The rooms were not having any lock from inside. Other than this door latch came out once.
