very clean, spacious and quiet. Really nice room, well maintained, good value for money. car parking was an extra $15 which was unfortunate and made it a bit too expensive.

I locked myself out of my room due to being in a rush to leave. Didn’t realise until I returned home at 2120. Unfortunately the number on office rang out x 2. I tried another number which answered, took 15 minutes for someone to arrive and let me in. I was charged $50 for this service. I understand it was my fault, but I was on my own, it was an honest mistake and not having a reception service made things difficult for me and to be charged so much to unlock my door after the $235 plus $15 parking I’d already paid for my studio was very excessive. Unfortunately this lack and cost of onsite service means I’ll stay in a hotel next time for my safety if I’m travelling solo.

Great location, easy to get to and from the city. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Paying extra for parking seems a bit much, it should be included. We also found it quite disappointing that we were expected to clear out all our rubbish into the outside bins. when we leave otherwise we would be fined. Considering the price of the room you'd at the very least expect a little more hospitality where this in concerned.

Good location. A quick walk to all the local retailers and transport. Buses and trains to anywhere. Villas were very clean and tidy. Gardens well kept.

Only very small compliant no lift. But information does state that.

The room was comfortable and clean and we had good rest and relaxation over what was a busy working weekend. It was in close proximity to the venue we needed to attend and the facilities were great.

The parking was a little squeezy and there were times when we had to wait to park - we had to pay extra to park on site which we felt was a little much considering there were not many parking spaces to be had.

location was good - didn’t love being upstairs as last visit we were on ground level but rooms are super spacious

price up so high compared to other stays here - we came for magic round this visit and cost was at least double what we normally pay - same as all accommodations though so not just this motel - would recommend more milk and a couple bottles of water as out of Towner a we don’t like to drink town water when travelling

The staff very polite and friendly, the parking was covered, but not gated. The location was good, ten minute walk to the train station. The nearby ferry service wasn't operating while we were there, but that would also add to the convenience of the location.

There were some people living at the apartments and had noisy pets. This put us off using the outside patio.

The room was fabulous for our family needs (2 adults, 4 children). Everyone had a bit of space without being on top of each other. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and I loved having a washing machine in the room.

My only complaint is there was no air-conditioning in the room. In saying that, we didn't require it on the days we were there.

Elton John was in town so they took advantage and seriously put the price up - fair enough I guess but also charged $15 parking and there actually was no parking left and we had to park on street .

This is a wonderful, clean and comfortable property. Great to be walking distance to Wests rugby at Sylvan Road and to drinking and dining spots like the RE and The Regatta. Very warm for a winter stay, I will definitely keep in mind.

Can't think of anything I didn't like, hardest part was just walking up a flight of stairs to get to my room. Could have been warmer if I remembered to close all the windows but living in Toowoomba, Brisbane's really not cold at all.

Excellent room for a pet with a private enclosed courtyard and vinyl flooring. Lovely leafy quiet area. Short walk to shops and excellent coffee.

It would have been good to receive the pet rules prior to arrival rather than post arrival.
