Apartment and common areas where great,. Centrally located and peaceful

Everything was great until the last day. I left the keys during check out at due time but to my surprise a couple of hours later I received an email saying that I had to return the keys or they will fine me with 200AUD. After exchanging 2 emails with them, I had to come back to the premises to see what had happened. They apologize telling me that they've realised latter that the key was handed to a contractor. I think sending an email threatening a customer with a fine should be a last measure.

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location - roughly 10/15 minutes walk from South Bank. Lots of great restaurants in the area (all within walking distance). There is a small convenience store just downstairs and a 7/11 within 5 minutes walk also. The beds were comfortable, it was easy to control the temperature, the kitchen was well stocked and they provided free toiletries and tea and coffee. There was also a washer and a dryer to get that all important laundry done! The Thai lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment and will stay again for sure if we come back to Brisbane. The apartment is also super close to the Gallery of Modern Art - if you stay before 26 October be sure to check out the Wonder Struck exhibition - my whole family loved it!

Was a great place to stay, quiet apartment building (not sure why I seen other reviews saying the train is loud, you’re literally staying in the city and Google maps shows that the train tracks are nearby??), apartment had all equipment necessary, smart tv was great. I’d stay again!

Got a little confused with the 3 building towers but got there in the end. Our kettle wasn’t very clean, think you guys might be better off buying a new one. I also seen a few reviews about the place not being clean, the only things I could pick on are the kettle and the walls. But I think if you guys spend a few hours cleaning the walls it’d make the place 100% feel more cleaner.

Lovely new building with plenty of facilities, a brilliant terrace, gym and laundry options. The location is really good too for visiting Brisbane.

They operate with cheap labor who don't even speak English most of them. Cleaning is lacking - the toilet was not cleaned properly, we had a dead roach near our bed when we arrived and the washing machine is all molded up... Shower was not draining so if you spend more than 2 mins, it would start flooding the bathroom, asked for help at reception during the day - said someone would fix it, nobody came after all. No hot water at the pool toilets... Asked for late checkin instructions to be sent via email, was sent by sms instead... Can't always rely on sms as an overseas tourist...

The one-bedroomed apartments really are excellent, with a fantastic view of the city. The living area was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. After a rocky start with a tiny studio apartment that had no view and did not suit my needs, I was given options to move over to a one-bedroomed apartment by a very helpful receptionist, Cam, who went out of her way to make sure that my extended period stay was going to be to my liking. Cam and Cindy behind the front desk deserve a commendation for being incredibly helpful and professional in their jobs - if only more receptionists were like this!

The bedroom was very cosy and had limited power points, which meant that there was no appropriate bedroom lighting available except for the bright overhead.

The spa on the top floor and a sitting area there are excellent to spend time out of the room. The internet was fast and the location of the hotel meant that is was right in between the West End with plenty of shops, restaurants and the museum, the gallery and close enough to cbd.

The after hours check in is a bit confusing. When calling the hotel before my trip l was told to give them a call 15min prior to arrival to arrange the key collection. On the day it turned out l had to do a self check-in in the foyer as well as wait for someone to come in to give me the keys anyways. The pool area only had a few sun beds.

The rooms are comfortable and quite well equipped. The cost is also very reasonable. Great location close to West Village.

The staff were ordered to close off the facilities such as playroom, spas and even the lifts days before cyclone Alfred was due to cross the coast. It was frustrating as we had a bored toddler stuck in a small apartment. We couldn't take him out or use the playroom. The updated the lifts from time to time but didn't notify when they were turned back on. I walk up to 17th level only to find the lift was actually working.

The staff were helpful and professional I lost my credit card, drivers license and Medicare card, a very kind honest person handed them to the receptionist and she telephoned me immediately. I was very grateful to staff for being prompt and professional

The extractor fan above the stove was peeling. Lights did not come on and extractor fan did not work. On Saturday night we were looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi but it was cold. We did not get to use it The bathroom tap in guest bathroom needed a washer, water spraying out of tap. Toilet makes an odd noise when being flushed The beds were lovely, very comfortable The overall apartment was very clean and tidy Thank you

Spacious, good views, comfortable beds. Brilliant having washing machine, dryer & clothes screen.

Sparse kitchen accessories for cooking. Lacking in small amount of foil, cling film would be helpful having stayed in multiple apartments on my trip this was so useful having a little of that to use being a 5 night stay. Basic cooking condiments would be an asset - salt, pepper, cooking oil.

The views from the apartment were absolutely amazing. 180 degree view looking across over towards the city centre. Beautiful at night with all the lights. We stayed on the 27th floor. The communal rooftop had a bbq area and some of the best views overlooking Brisbane. Location was great and about a 15min walk to Southbank parklands area. 10min walk to Coles or Woolworths. Many food options nearby with 2 right outside main entrance. Great coffee directly opposite entrance.

The only issues were the big step up into bathrooms caused us to trip several times. Quite dangerous and needs to be ramped or have a fluro strip to stand out. Kitchen and laundry were gross and not cleaned in certain areas like the splashback behind cooktop had oil on it. Laundry extraction fan had huge amounts of fluff clogging it. There was no milk to have a coffee and only tiny options of tea, coffee and sugar provided.
