Very convenient to where we were attending an event

Parking was very tight, bit concerned that the smoke alarms are covered with plastic bags and when you turn on the fan in the lounge area the smoke alarm makes squeaking sounds

Walking distance to everything we needed, convenience store directly next to hotel, e-scooters for hire available out front, $10 overnight parking available, apartment quite big compared to others in Brisbane, kitchen appliances/equipment in good working order, extra blankets in wardrobes which are needed during colder months, AC worked well to heat the main room, large balcony’s and great bathrooms.

Beds not the comfiest however for an overnight stay if you’re not too picky it’s fine. Bring your own pillow if you can, otherwise the pillows offered aren’t the best (paper thin and only 1 per bed in the 2 x single bed rooms). Carpark is tight, big cars may find it tricky to get down to the lower levels. Apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and furniture upgrades on beds and living room seating.

This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment in the centre of Brisbane. This was our second time staying here, and won’t be our last. The views for the city view rooms are absolutely stunning and the beds were comfortable. It’s quiet , has parking available and is easy to find. Free washer and dryer in the room. Staff were AMAZING! We arrived very late having not done any of the pre checkin stuff because we were on a flight and didn’t see it, they quickly got us sorted on the phone well after regular sleeping hours and got us after hours access.

It took me a few wiggles to get the shower head to stay put. But this has two bathrooms so… Once it was seated properly in the holder it was a great shower! It’s worth knowing to park underneath you need to first go to the front of the building and get a key, then go to the back and park before heading up to your room.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was in Brisbane with my daughter while we waited daily for her partner to go into surgery for an urgent operation. The staff made what was a very stressful time easier by allowing us to update our booking at short notice and gave us extended leave time to allow us to get things sorted at the hospital before we left. The room was clean, tidy and it is a short walk to both train and bus services. The access tonparking for a small fee is also helpful so close to the city. Will definitely stay again.

Homeless and rough people outside venue at check in and coming home at night . Females didn’t feel safe!

It is within walking distance to QPAC where we went to go see a very much awaited musical of Wicked. The bedding was clean and I highly appreciated this as I had some concerns as some of the areas in the rooms were very dusty and somewhat unclean. The rooftop view is gorgeous and had surrounding stunning views. Checkout was a very simple and easy process.

A surprise deposit of $200 bond upon arrival for check in with no notification in any of the messages prior. The parking space allocated, it took over 10 minutes get into the designated parallel parking spot as it was right up against a wall and making sure that our car wouldn't be hit by passing vehicles as they passed by as the underground parking was very awkward and cramped. The rooms did smell strongly of bleach and there were some dusty surfaces.

Large and spacious, clean and tidy. This is an excellent place to stay with a bigger family or group of friends. Location is super convenient, walk to Southbank. It was quiet despite the sometimes noisy area it’s located in. Kitchen well stocked, with a setting for every bed guest.

Not a big deal but good to know- You need to checkin before you can access the parking. Parking is form a rear street. There is guest parking at the garage entrance to use while getting keys to the garage. This garage is not for large cars- so if you have a big car request a space near the entry.

The view from rooftop was beautiful. A staff was really lovely. We arrived there around 11am to ask for luggage storage. He said our room was ready and let us do early check in without extra fees.

We loved everything what the property offered. I just hope the property has smaller rooms as we are only a group of two, my 10 year old daughter and myself. My daughter definitely loves the property and asks me to come back, but it cost more than other hotels as the property is made for bigger group. Wish there is a 1 bedroom room with more reasonable price.

The apartment was a good size. We travelled in a group of 4 and each had our own spaces and really enjoyed the communal space. It was also great to have so many different balconies to enjoy. Access to everything we needed and the kitchen was a great size.

That car park is perilous. We had to go down to basement level 2 and it was so tight getting down to the car park and absolutely no room for one car to go down the ramp - let alone cars travelling in the opposite direction. Thank goodness the car parks were deep because they were very narrow parks and barely enough room for the car on each side of where the doors for passengers/driver were.
