The place was exactly as described. The location is very accessible from the city centre. The staff member was very friendly and well-behaved. All amenities were exceptionally well-maintained and clean. The view from the room was great as well. Just for your information, there's a ferry wharf—Mowbray Park—just a 4-minute drive away, offering one of the cheapest fares to the city. Oh, they do have a thai restaurant on the Ground floor inside the property.

The price was a bit high and the room lighting could've been brighter.

We loved the studio apartment, the location and how clean it was, bed was also very comfortable.

We had stated our check in time at time of booking,3 weeks prior to the date, but unfortunately reception was not manned when we arrived and due to the kindness of other occupants, they were able to contact the manager who promptly drove from home to check us in,otherwise we would have had to try to locate other accommodation and miss the event we had travelled to attend. The manager was wonderful.

The main double bed was really comfortable. I had asked for twin single beds as i was travelling with a friend. Unfortunately the temporary bed wasnt very comfortable for her. A/c worked well, nice shower. Having undercover parking was great, the facility was able to provide an extra parking spot for my friend. Great coffee roaters close by, walking distance over Story bridge to get to restaurants was great as we both like walking.

No exhaust in the bathroom. Being on the first floor behind reception was noisy as people came in at night

I booked it for the proximity to the city, and it delivered great value for the location. View isn't inspiring, but we were out and about exploring Brisbane, perfect for a comfortable place to come back to, good amenities and clean.

We got a great communication about getting in, and accessing garage etc. If they added how to check out after hours that would be great. Apart from that, couldn't fault it. It's not 5 star, it's comfortable and situated near some great cafes, parks and restaurants. Nice looking Thai place on the ground floor.

We enjoyed the setting, especially the views from the balcony, the comfortable beds and furniture. Public transport links were pretty good, but with hindsight, we should have visited the main Tourist information office sooner, to ask for the relevant local bus timetables. Brisbane is a busy, but interesting city, with plenty of variety & expanding public transport links. We can recommend Miramar Cruises, for their excellent guided river journey & visit to the amazing Lone Pine Reserve upstream.

We had already spent 2 nights at the property at the beginning of a month's holiday in Australia, but hadn't done any cooking. When we returned to the property at the end of the stay, we were a little bit limited by there only being 2 electric rings in the kitchen area & very nearly got caught out by a smoke alarm scare, which could have been avoided if the instructions in the room had been more consistent - hopefully that will have been attended to, by the time I submit this, so may not be as relevant.

The apartment was well appointed. So many power points there was even magnifying lamp on the desk ready fir my cross stitching. Unexpected and very welcome bonus. Easy check in and check out. Secure car parking underneath. excellent restaurant next to reception. Close to ferry and buses to city.

Slight downside was shower over the bath but this was not a biggie.

Location was great, close to everything, room was clean and had everything we needed. The room was well priced for what we got.

Interior and furniture is a little dated. Wouldn't be comfortable for a long term stay.

Very convenient to Hospital (reason we booked in first place). Clean and tidy and suitable for 1 or two night stay. We found a hotel over the road to have a meal - convenient. Basic set up but that is all we needed. Parking a bit dicy with very steep and awkward drive into carpark. Would not go again for this reason.

Easy to book, staff very polite and so helpful. We were given an early check in which was so wonderful after a late flight from WA. We just need to sleep and the bed was so comfy. The parking is a great convenience. Close to shops, cafe and the pub over the road was great for lunch. We had dinner the restaurant which was wonderful.

The shower in a bath situation.

It suited our needs perfectly. We needed to stay overnight following an appointment in Brisbane. We wanted something within walking distance of appointment location, that had secure parking and preferably a kitchenette so we could make brekkie. It was a large room space with a big spa bath too. It had double glass doors on the balcony which definitely reduced any traffic noise. It was absolutely spot on for us.

The only thing it was missing was a toaster and a the TV wasn’t ‘smart’ - ie didn’t have apps so we couldn’t log in to Prime or Netflix.
