The location was perfect for what we needed. The unit was neat and tidy. The kitchenette had everything we needed.

The blankets were not warm enough. We had the air-conditioner on warm to heat the room as we don't like sleeping with it all night. I didn't like the raised step going into the bathroom. My father nearly tripped over coming out.

i liked that the beds, sheets, pillows, pillow cases were clean. i liked that the venue was as quiet as it could be on a main road. everything was fine. no complaints.

one small thing was that the shower in rm 41 wasnt great. the flow was rather lackluster even when turning it to full. Also, when i was about to leave i checked under the bed to see if i had dropped anything and there were a few old packets of chips and things under the bed. when cleaning the rooms they need to vacuum under the beds too.

I like the place for it's location and it has a large bed plus another single bed for sleeping. The place has restaurants, fast food outlets and bus stop around 200 metres as walking distance. There was a microwave, an electric kettle and hand soap in supply. I was given a milk to make my coffee upon arrival 💖! The hotel was clean and neat. Laundry such as beddings and towels were clean and in supply. Manager Genome and Jessica were very helpful to assist me upon the arrival 🥰!!!

🙋All was well sorted only information that I was not given was that for the lights in the bathroom I had to slot a physical key kind of tag to put in. In other hotels the key tags are like a card which you normally slot in so i had to reconfirm this as to whether you can use this kind of keys for the same purpose. Apart from that I meet some good personality's during my stay 💖!

For the price range, the facility is what you’d expect. The bathroom was clean though and the bedding was well made and presented. Friendly staff and easy access to nearby attractions.

I am still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded. It should really be a quicker process.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy!

There's nothing I can think of that I didn't like, it was a little loud next to our room a few people laughing and drinking until 11:30pm but it was a Saturday night.

The staff are very accommodating. We were displaced after the Qld floods and have been moving around with three kids and alot of our belongings in tow making it difficult to be packed and out by ten each time we've stayed. They were nothing but freindly, patient and helpful here. I felt more than comfortable and despite the kids having cabin fever and just wanting to run amock, they communicated with me and still maintained nothing but patience and kindness.

Some of the fixtures could use some repairs/replacing however all are working and only a result of fair wear and tear with age.

Great little motel, very central to where we needed to go, the staff were lovely and check in was a breeze

The staff were very friendly. The room was simple but clean. Great location. It was very convenient to go to the city, just 1min walk to the bus stop.

No food offered. Was the first of five motels I tried near Mt Gravatt that had two nights available. Quite comfortable. Suitable location.

Steps very steep. Difficulty finding a space to park car till a friendly person moved his car allowing a park close to stairs.

Room was ready by 1pm so I checked in alright

I found a bed bug in the black blanket when I removed it from the top cupboard
