Very spacious and well equipped 3 bedroom unit. Modern with good facilities and good parking, lovely view of the river, great pool and spa

Wasn’t the cleanest apartment we’ve ever stayed in - dishwasher smelled, crumbs in cutlery drawer etc. only 3 rolls of toilet paper across 2 bathrooms for a 4 day stay. Needs clearer instructions on how to enter/exit building on foot (not just from carpark) and needs instructions on how to do a key drop out of hours. An early flight meant we had to leave before reception opened and we couldn’t contact anyone so had to return the keys to the room and lock them inside which added a lot of stress to our trip to the airport

It was opportune that having arrived after the reception had closed, we were fortunate to come across the manager who explained access to the onsite garage parking and provided us with our key. Without his assistance, we would have been quite lost. The room overlooked the river, so its location was superb. Each bedroom had its own ensuite. The city was within easy walking distance.

Although wifi was available, it appeared not to come with an Internet connection, so this was rather strange, though we did not follow this up.

Unit was bigger than I was expecting with a lovely view over the river. Location was good for me as I did a lot of walking into the city etc. Nice big fridge. I didn't do any cooking (apart from putting something in the microwave) but I think there would have been enough utensils etc to cook a full meal. Furniture was adequate. Pool was nice.

Unit is looking tired. Brown carpet was worn in some places. Rug under coffee table was very stained and old. A new one would certainly make a big difference in the lounge room. Fly screens on the sliding door to the patio from the lounge were very damaged. Water pressure was a bit low.

The apartment is very tired. Carpet very old and pilling. Need changing. Moreover it wasn’t great that we made effort to remove food stuff from the fridge and clean before we left, took pictures and exactly as we thought, they sent a note … to advise me that they have taken my deposit - as if deposit was part of the booking payment 😀😀 I am reading that many other guest were in similar circumstances

Superb staff, helpful, check in was a breeze, with the added bonus of really detailed and full printed out instructions and information for all aspects of the apartment. The apartment itself was bigger than we expected, bright and clean, with superb facilities and veiws to the river and bridge. Comfotable beds, superb showers, excellent storage facilites, and spacious kitchen and living area.

Nothing much at all. Everything was great! Nothing to complain about.

Everything - location was outstanding being right on the river boardwalk, close to Historical Pub and MIcro Brewery down the road, with more Brewery/Restaurants across the river and a cafe with excellent coffee right next door, not to mention the superb French Patisserie just down the street! Ferry pier less than 1k along boardwalk. There was a superb pool and BBQ facility which we all enjoyed, as well as a gym, so everybody was catered for and we had 4 generations attending.

The only thing I could think of was the smell at night from the bathroom/Toilet open drain vent, but which was easily fixed by covering with a folded bathmat.

Everything, staff wonderful, apartment clean and comfortable. Great location we had one overlooking the river. Gardens were beautiful and well maintained, very pretty. Very sorry to leave even though we have an apartment on the Sunshine Coast overlooking a river we did love this trip to Brisbane staying in such a perfect place. We had a party to attend next door at Medley so apartment was a perfect location.,

Could not fault anything except we were given a copy of the by laws pertaining to do and don'ts and by law 19 says "No animals or birds on the premises" but there was dogs on the premises and did not enjoy the barking.

Great location on the waterfront and close to everything we needed for 4 nights. 3 bedroom apartment had been renovated and was very comfortable for our group. Good cafe just next door for breakfast and lunch, ferry stop 10 minutes walk away and easy 25 minutes walk over the bridge to restaurants and brewery.

Management reception staff are quite abrupt . There is a charge for pool towels and also parking

The room was lovely, spacious and filled with natural light. The view from the balcony was amazing - definitely a highlight.

The outdoor deck was quite dirty and had lots of old debris on the floor. It also was a bit squishy with 5 of us. The bed in the main bedroom was only a queen size. I would have expected a king sized bed for the price we paid. However it was quite comfortable.

We loved that we were right on the boardwalk & river and that it wasnt far to walk to the ferries & restaurants. The pool was lovely

It didnt live up to the pictures, it was very tired, carpets were ripped, cupboard doors in kitchen were broken. The screen door was tattered so much that you couldnt just have that shut. The process to get into the apartment was complicated after hrs.
