Very nice and cozy. Quiet with very comfy beds. Room dark so perfect for sleeping in. Spacious and close to all the restaurants

At check in we were given our room but when we entered t was a disabled room and whilst this is not an issue we should of been advised at checkin. We, however asked to be be moved to the room we booked. Everything from there was smooth. The pool is small bit beautiful however the entrance and exit is through the fuime bar where everyone is all dressed up 🥹

Thie staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The mews breakfast restaurant is absolutely superb, with a fresh made bespoke breakfast selection available... again the staff are just amazing people. The rooms are well appointed, and the rooftop bar and pool offer stunning views of the river and city. So many eating and drinking options are on your doorstep,this is highly recommended.

The ONLY little disappointment was the gym, which is limited in terms of weights options, rower etc. Accepting that the basic options are available, but for a 5 star service a greater selection would be desirable.

The hotel is really nice, we loved all the different art on the walls and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, we walked everywhere we needed to go, and it was easy for our kids to come and visit us. Great restaurants just across the road and close to the city and the valley. The room was lovely, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was really cool. We also really appreciated them emailing us a week or so to tell us about an event that was happening outside the hotel that might impact our stay. Many places just wouldn't have said anything and left the guests frustrated and inconvenienced. By letting us know beforehand we were prepared and planned around it, and woke up early to watch the event from the window. We will definitely be back to stay again. Oh, and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.

Riverside location. Great walks around the area. Wonderfull bars and restaurants close by..

Our room has lots of images of half dressed males… my husband wasn’t too impressed 😂 I was also disappointed when I asked for late checkout: staff member wanted to charge an extra $45.00 for an hour. We spent over a month since beginning of May in Chrystalbrook hotels in QLD, as my mother was in palliative care. This potential $45 charge made the hotels otherwise intimate and personal service feel really impersonal. Bad ending to our short otherwise perfect stay.

The location of this hotel is fabulous ! Highly recommend booking a room with a view of the Story Bridge. Walking distance to everything, great fun bars & restaurants right at your doorstep with a wonderful walking / running track along the river. If you like an early night, book at room at the rear of the hotel. The noise from the bars on the waterfront didn't worry us at all and was quiet by midnight. Spacious rooms with a functional layout and small lounge/ desk area. Nicely furnished.

The service downstairs at the Mews (breakfast cafe) wasn't great. The body lotion in the room upon check in was empty and to fill the water we had to go down or up to another floor of the hotel which was annoying. $50/day carparking which is very expensive ! The pool area is very small with only a few sunlounges.

- Modern decor with prints of Australian photography and art - Cool ‘nature wall’ that makes for a private stay, even if you don’t have a room with a river view - Accessible bathroom - Stunning rooftop bar & pool - Excellent, attentive service - Cafe which served exceptional quality breakfast

- I wouldn’t recommend for people with accessibility requirements, as the pool is inaccessible in terms of access to the area & into the pool itself - It is a fair walk to public transport, which is fine unless you have difficulties with walking - The cafe is only open at certain times of the day - There are no other cafes nearby that just serve coffee or breakfast - You have to walk through a public bar to get to the pool. This makes for a very awkward walk through strangers (even if wearing a hotel robe) - There seem to be regular conferences/work events in the events rooms, which are also located on the walk to the pool, which again detracts from feelings of privacy and relaxation (although it might not be as busy at other times of the year. We went in December)

Obviously the location is fantastic, right on Howard Smith Wharves and near all the restaurants and walkways. Beautiful decor, great art and interesting furnishings. Awesome view under the Story Bridge. Staff were friendly

Mews Cafe was a handy location, however it is pretty expensive and the coffee was a tad weak and disappointing for a City Hotel. Carparking can be a bit challenging over the weekend, it is very busy and the swipe QR code is not the most user friendly. Very busy outside on Friday and Saturday nights, so can hear a bit of noise if you are in a riverside room.

Everything was awesome - the large window and outlook, the location is unbelievable - we could pop out for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a run and not have to go very far. It was fabulous. The staff are a delight and were so so helpful and lovely. The breakfast is five star - make the time to enjoy breakfast - I didn't get to rooftop on this trip but I will definately next time

When you share a room - the last thing you want is a window into the bathroom. Having said that I get there is a curtain and it is easily fixzed but this is just a note for designers... no windows into bathrooms please and doors in bathrooms - make them sound proof please.... with my personal preferences aside (and I feel I am speaking on behalf of so many) the rooms were spacious - both bathroom with the window and the room. It's always nice to have enough room to sit somewhere other than on your bed.

The staff and overall experience at Crystalbrook Vincent and the Howard Smith Wharf precinct was seriously wonderful, I stayed for four nights and was very pleased with the room clean each day. Location-wise, you couldn't ask for better, with the city just a short stroll along the Brisbane River.

Noise on both Friday and Saturday nights was a bit of a problem, despite the double glazed glass windows, it was still very noisy particularly around midnight/1am with people and cars.

Fabulous ‘very different’ Brisbane location. Easy access to everything Howard Smiths Wharfs has to offer. Our nature wall room was away from the anticipated noise at the front. After our travels around NZ and Aus, this was our best choice and room. The bathroom was well appointed, for easy use. Staff were polite and efficient, when requested to book an early morning taxi. Would definitely stay again.

Too bad the rooftop pool restaurant was not open. As this is a feature of the hotel, opening just at the end of the week should be reconsidered. The views up there are to die for, of the Story bridge and Brisbane skyline. This is a wasted opportunity for guests. Our room and the next room were behind a hallway door, which made for slamming, unfortunately.
