The location is convenient and quiet. There are bus stops close by, and the Riverside ferry terminal is about an 8-10 minute walk. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There's a full kitchen, and a supermarket is just downstairs. Ideal for a few days' stay.

There is no housekeeping unless you stay for eight days or more, which is understandable. However, guests are also asked to take their trash out to the garbage room upon checkout. It would feel more welcoming if this could be handled by the staff instead.

We had a two bed/2 bathroom apartment. Well equipped. Loved having a balcony outside. Good location, a 15 minute walk to Queen street mall or 10 minutes to the river. Woolworths next door was handy. The pool/spa and gym was great. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Allowed us to keep our luggage there before and after check in/out and organised a late check out for us which was welcomed! We will be back.

If I was to be picky, our apartment was a little tired, some of the furniture like the dining room chairs which were faux leather were cracked and the main bed frame was worn so probably needs to be replaced but it didn’t impact our stay.

Very central to everything we needed. 3 minute walk to Woolworths, 5 minute walk to Central Station, 15 minute walk to the Valley, 30 minute walk to TK Max. Kitchen with kitchen equipment/dishes was useful, large clean fridge was perfect for all our food and drinks, lounge great to veg out watching Netflix, view was good. And my daughter loved soaking in the bathtub for hours. I really really really liked Albert at reception. Nothing was too much even though I had queries every day. He went above and beyond - the apartments are very lucky to have him as he is made a normal experience to a wonderful experience. Firstly I arrived HOURS early and Albert had the room speed cleaned so I could check in extra early which I did not expect. Treated us with kindness and had a lovely gift for my daughter’s birthday. He upgraded us when the booking wasn’t what was on my app. And he was able to store my luggage at checkout as we still had 7 hours to wander Brisbane. I would stay again. A travel tips: it’s only 1.5hrs to Surfers Paradise beach & shops from Central Station. A easy relaxing train & tram ride for only 50 cents per person! The Valley has 15 nightclubs and bars. TKMax is bargain heaven.

I was happy with everything.

The location was perfect for a family. Literally on top of a woolworths (and coffee shop). Made getting meals and necessities so easy. About a 1km walk to the Queen Street Mall and Riverside ferry if going the long way. Also close to central station, which was easy getting to on the day we went to the Gold Coast, or Boondall for a concert. Our room was clean, some scratches and scuffs but nothing that made our stay unpleasant. Big dining table perfect for meal times. Standard pool and spa, but kids love any pool or spa. Overall, highly recommended this place for families for the pure convenience on location and surroundings.

The balcony… We were on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view. However, with a 20-month-old, I couldn’t help but feel uneasy about a few gaps in the balcony wall. While I doubt anything would have happened, the thought alone was enough to make me cautious. We were always so busy that we didn’t spend much time out there, but I didn’t allow her on the balcony at all.

Staff were super helpful and accomodating. The apartment location was excellent with buses and the ferry a short walk away. Despite being close to attractions it was still quiet in the evenings which we appreciated with 2 small children.

We didn't know before we arrived that the pool would not be open for our whole trip (currently closed for upgrades). The kitchen facilities were OK, but there was no baking tray for the oven and one of the burners wouldn't light on the stove.

Excellent location and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Good sized kitchen to cook meals. Great pool and spa facilities. Gym was suitable and clean. 50m walk to Woolworths, pharmacy and liquor store (and under cover)

Bed was quite hard (even for me who has a firm mattress) but sheets were very clean! Only basic Foxtel package on TV. No free to air (stayed during Aus Open fortnight) or streaming capabilities (only screen sharing and the quality was poor) but had my laptop so not an issue as WiFi was suitable for streaming.

Location is really convenient, really central and near bus stops and decent walk to the train station. Really spacious and the staff are super accommodating and helpful

The pool and gym were unfortunately closed for renovations. Just really unlucky but it sucked that I couldn't use those facilities The wardrobe was a lil dusty.

Republic Apartments offered a spacious room in a prime location which was perfect for our stay in Brisbane. We had a great view of Fortitude Valley and the towers on Adelaide/Queen street. The facilities inside the room were very useful and helped us have a very comfortable stay. With a supermarket at our doorstep and Story bridge + restaurants a 5 minute walk (or 2 minute E-scooter) away we were thrilled with the location. 5 stars from us!

Gym needed more weights. Corridor had a lingering consistent smell of spices and cooking

The apartment was very spacious and the rooms were well stocked with all that you'd need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a great location near the river and entertainment spots. Great deal for the price we paid.

I thought paying extra for the parking was a bit unreasonable.

Location is excellent, walking distance to the City centre. Love the large space and apartment. Most facilities were great and plentiful. Easy afterhour check-in and staff at front desk were awesome.

The shower over the bath. Sometimes felt a bit unsafe stepping out. Perhaps a nonslip slip mat would be helpful. Paid for 6 nights, extra coffee and toilet paper would have been appreciated to reflect our length of stay n
