Great location, staff very accommodating.

Breakfast was average, small room, too crowded. Would prefer option of paying less and going out for breakfast.

My room had everything I needed and would suit a longer stay with kitchen amenities. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. It's an inner city room so there is going to be police sirens etc. I could not hear any other traffic. Location was within comfortable walking distance of the Mall, entertainment and food options. Service from all staff was lovely and the prior text messages to assist with check in and address my parking stress was unexpected, above and beyond. The included breakfast was expansive and delicious. They only criticism is I would have liked a larger coffee cup. The breakfast room was tight room wise and busy so I would recommend checking for availability if you have a larger group.

The property bathrooms, particularly the showers are starting to look a little tired.

We had a great overnight stay at the Manor Apartment Hotel. Our 2‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large lounge area easily big enough for an extra fold‑out bed. The kitchen was a great size, although we didn’t really need it for just the one night. The location is excellent – close to parking, shops, and with Woolworths right next door, which made things very convenient. The buffet breakfast was small and simple but tasty, and the service was fantastic. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Brisbane – we’d happily stay again.

Bit of street noise but you expect that staying in the city. The accomodation itself is quiet.

Very good location near the river. We walked to shops, cafes and restaurants. Importantly, I had a day long course I was attending and it was 100m away. The apartment was spacious. We were upgraded to a 2BR which was not really necessary but it was very comfortable to have 2 bathrooms.

The sound proofing isn't amazing. Thankfully it was a Monday night so not too noisy but you could hear all the traffic easily. The staff were all very friendly but there was a bit of confusion as we paid for an extra night so we didn't have to check out at 10am when our flight was 9pm. The next morning, I was rung to see if I had left yet! Strange this was not noted.

I arrived late in the evening. An after hours Night Supervisor is in residence and I was greeted very friendly. Check-in was very fast. I liked the spacious and well-appointed One Bedroom Superior Apartment at the moment I entered. Everything was very clean and the bed very comfortable. In the morning I enjoyed the European style continental breakfast but it's really much more than that it includes cereal, toast, fruit, but also scrambled or boiled eggs, sausages and bacon. A big thank you to all employees: reception, housekeeping and the ladies in the breakfast room. I miss you already. Ingrid

Everything was perfect. It exceeded my expectations. Nothing to complain.

It's a well appointed little apartment in the centre of the CBD.

Having a two hour window to check in (2-4pm) and then when we called the "after hours" number to get our lock box code, they wanted me to give them my credit card details over the phone. No. Why? I'm not handing my cc details to someone over the phone who is in a call centre who isn't even employed by the apartments. I'd already paid, booking has my cc details, and there was nothing I could use anyway - no mini bar, no restaurant etc, nowhere I could spend any money. Ridiculous. I also didn't like the late breakfast on Sunday - meaning we missed out on our included breakfast.

The The location was great.

We had problems with the lights in the living area. One was out and the other flickered. Although it was Friday afternoon when I reported it reception said it would be attended to- never was. Still out when we checked out on Sunday. I also think they should check the TV after each booking as we has someone’s details kept coming up on the screen. In the end used the bedroom TV

The apartment was very well furnished; beds were comfortable; kitchen was well-supplied; the location was very convenient, and having a washer and dryer in the front bathroom was a very pleasant and appreciated amenity.

Being from the USA, and with one of our travelers having digestive "issues", the breakfast was not what we are typically used to and we only ate the free breakfast one of four mornings.

location was brilliant close to all the places i needed to be at

afterhours check in as the ode sent to me didnt work. When I used the intercom the person i spoke to wanted my details which was in an open air situation. Not ideal in these days of cyber breeches to be standing outside and reading your credit card details outloud.

The property was located in the centre of Brisbane and within walking distance to all of the main attractions. The apartment itself was very clean, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast which was included was great. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.
