We booked the two bedrooms suite top floor of the building with panoramic view of Brisbane river, such beautiful and amazing view! We enjoyed very much seating outdoors big balcony drinking coffee or beer at morning or evening time. The spacious and bright living room and kitchen are one of the highlights of the suite. The location is great near everything you may need. Ferry is only 50 meters beside. The management team is another highlight of this apartment. Good service quickly feedback and helpful

If there is a blackout curtains in guest bedroom would be wonderful

Excellent location, close to ferry and apartment overlooks the river with very nice walks along the river on this side. Apartment is well presented, clean/tidy and the use of the 30m swimming pool for exercise is a nice bonus. Host was immediately responsive when we had an issue with not being able to access the key lock box on arrival.

Not a big issue but TV was not working. Was quickly replaced with a basic TV but in this modern age I suggest host considers putting in a modern smart TV which would be welcomed by families so they can use their own media applications (Netflix etc) through the WIFI connectivity. We stay in a lot of apartments in Brisbane and most hosts now provide smart TV's.

The view from my apartment was gorgeous (was in #57) and I worked from the dining table overlooking the view the whole time. I am also a member of Club Lime gyms, and the on-site gym is a Club Lime property, so that was a massive bonus. The location right on the river is perfect for brisk riverside walks or strolls. There are restaurants and bars everywhere. There's a small Woolworths Metro about 3 minutes walk away and a full Woolworths and shopping centre with restaurants and bars just 2 minutes drive or around 8 minutes walk away. The appliances in the kitchen and laundy worked perfectly. Furnishing were tasteful. Bed was nice and firm the way I like it. I actually extended my stay by an extra two nights because I enjoyed it so much.

The lack of useable WIFI at the property is a bit slack in 2025. But phone reception was excellent and I was able to use my hotspots to work.

Kitchen facilities could be upgraded to match the location. Cookware ordinary, need a coffee plunger or macine, better knife's and forks etc. No microwave safe containers. Need dishwashing brush, a few chux cloths etc. (Stayed at Kingscliff a few weeks ago in another self-contained apartment and they had amazing stuff in the kitchen including paper towel and Canola spray) On the PLUS side...value for money for the location! Location! Location!. Beautiful views of the Brisbane river. So close to the City Cat terminal - interstate family loved the day out on the River Cats. Very close to good restaurants and shopping centres (e.g. Woolies at the gasworks) Great location- would highly recommend!

Needed a towel rail holder in the extra toilet in the 3 bedroom apartment. Could have had some handwash attached on the wall as well. Also needed a rubbish bin in there. Better facilities nedded in the kitchen. Would have been good to have had TWO undercover secure parks for the 3 bedroom apartment. Was a bit stressful making sure I had one of the visitors spots each night considering I had made the booking and had asked about parking beforehand . I would assume with a 3 bedroom apartment there would be at least 2 car spaces?

Newly refurbished apartment was located a few yards from the ferry terminal and bus to the city. We loved the walkway along the beautiful Brisbane River, lovely restaurants across the road and shops within easy walking distance. Teneriffe is an ideal location to explore Brisbane City. Highly recommend.

Our apartment in Block C did not have a lift, which we were aware of, so it would not suit people with mobility issues. Our bedroom was situated on the main road which could be noisy in the early morning. Our other family members, however, were located in the main complex and had no noise issues.

Great location, easy to get about with a nearby ferry terminal and nice walks along the boardwalk. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Nice view of the river and a spacious, comfortable apartment.

A couple of irritating issues with the apartment that management said would be addressed when I notified them after we left, one being a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain. It was a bit noisy during the night before the Brisbane Marathon but presumably that is once a year.

The location was absolutely what we were looking for in a short stay. Our unit overlooked the Brisbane River which was just perfect. We parked the car on Friday afternoon and didn't use it again until we were leaving to come home on Sunday. The Receptionist was friendly and very helpful with her instructions on how to access the unit and other facilities. There was a Woolworths Metro grocery store only about 2 minutes' walk away and there were numerous locations where you could dine right on your doorstep.

Location excellent. View from balcony fantastic. Accessibility to upper floor room great - lift appreciated. Promenade below very accessible. Kitchen and banthroom spacious. Close to Ferry terminal and buses.

QR code not working so no information available re surrounding area. Received error message each time I tried...even with wifi. Only electric frypan in kitchen. Would have liked a small one for the stove. Second bedroom somewhat cramped.

The apartment we stayed in was in A building from the underground car park all of the buildings have their own entrance and the car space is the number of the apartment which is fabulous such easy access. There aren’t any lifts in A building not sure about the others. We checked in on the weekend the office is not open but the instructions for the lock box were very clear. There is every kind of restaurant food right across the road, taverns, hairdressers, supermarket up the road easy walking to all. The boardwalk along the river is right out the front of the buildings, so beautiful to have a walk. The walkway is lit up so it’s easy to walk at night and the river and river life is great to watch. The apartment we stayed in was a one bedroom and on the bottom floor. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay, a really comfy bed, washing machine and dryer, a/c and ceiling fans. The front porch had a table and chairs lovely place to sit in the afternoon with a platter and beverage and watch life go by. The apartment even though it is close to the road you can’t hear anything a big plus. We will be back and recommend these apartments.

A little bit of bleach around the bottom of the shower recess when cleaning, there was a bit of mould coming through. Apart from that all good.

Great location in Teneriffe, right on the river, with a pool and parking. The sunrises from the balcony were awesome. Apartment #38, was a good size and conveniently located to a local grocery store, bar and an easy walk to the ferry ( 15-20 minutes to the central city) , cafes, and Gasworks. Friendly and helpful reception.

The apartment had been partially updated, with a nice kitchen and lounge area. The bathroom was showing its age and would benefit from some maintenance. The bedroom was smallish, but ok. The key detractor from our 7 day stay was the bed - it's was very hard and uncomfortable (unfortunately, the mattress topper on the mattress didn't help).
