Where it was situated and also the pool in the hotel

The cleaning staff were quite rude I had two towels for 3 nights and 4 days the day before I was due to check out I asked for two towels and she rudely said no why when U are leaving tomorrow and also she was very rude to one of my son's who forgot his towel so when he was leaving the pool to come grab it she told him off he apologised and said I'm going to grab it now she said next time remember there's elderly people here realy mean to him think it was rude and think they should be alot more polite and speak alot nicer and try to smile because even when U say hi they just look at you and look down so yeah that was about it

The hotel accommodated me despite not getting paid by Priceline or booking.com for my accommodations before I arrived, in the hope that everything will be straightened out between myself and priceline/booking.com.

When Priceline was paid by me initially for the reservation package, they didn't automatically pay lodging. My bank account has itemized charges instead of the lump sum that was expected to be withdrawn, which allowed other factors to interfere with the total process.

Absolutely stunning location. Right across the road from the beautiful Raby Bay canal meant I could go for lovely walks in the morning. Only two minutes walk to Coles, coffee and other food. The bed was super comfortable and the room a very generous size. It was very quiet and comfortable. Yes, it may be a little older and run down but it was clean and comfortable and very good value for a motel especially given its fantastic location.

Booked for an overnight stay for New Year. The room was large and well presented. The bed was comfortable and the room, even though near the main road was very quiet

We left early morning to get home and the reception wasn't manned and the main building closed with no key drop box that we could see. Luckily one of the hotel staff was waiting outside and took the key

Room was spacious clean and easy assessable from carpark. Carpark had undercover as well as open carparking. Friendly and helpful staff. I found the single bed more comfortable than the double bed.

Double bed was not as comfortable as i would have liked.

Booked this motel as we were attending a wedding that afternoon. Requested an earlier checkin, arrived even earlier and both our rooms were available. Bed and pillows soooooo comfortable and a large shower, which was great. Girl at reception was lovely, so friendly and accommodating.

We attended a wedding, arrived back at approximately midnight. There were a number of other guests outside of motel and then also running through the halls yelling etc. A number of rooms had 'Do Not Disturb' signs on them, but they were obviously ignored. People were sitting in their doorways of their rooms talking loudly. We went to our rooms, could still hear the running and yelling. At approximately 1am, there was loud banding on what seemed like next door to us, guest yelling out 'open the door, let me in' for about 5 minutes. Then the running and yelling started again at 6am in the morning. We spoke to another guest in the carpark when we check out early, not impressed with the disrespect and loudness of the guests.

Close to restaurants and shopping centres.

Seems to be in middle of some construction or remodeling. They had charged my credit card before arrival. When we were advised to pay at the motel.

Had no choice. Everything else was booked out for the Lions game. Was still satisfied and happy with choice. Receptionist was very good and helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel close to facilities and shopping. Easy to get to.

Although close to several cafes it would have been nice not to have had to go out for breakfast. Being able to access a simple continental breakfast at the hotel would have been a bonus.

The reception lady was so friendly and welcoming.

The villa has seen better days. Broken doors that have been “fixed” mattresses are as old as the villa (it felt) on short the villa needs some TLC
