All facilities were amazing. Clean, amazing tidy grounds, fun for young children although pool a little cold in winter, but still well kept. Cabin facility had everything we needed. Even when we had a couple of small maintenance issues, the maintenance team were on top of the requests in a very timely manner.

Range hood didn't work too well in a small area when cooking with a sizzling frypan which set the smoke detector off - had to open up all doors and windows, however this was very minor. At least the smoke detectors did their job.

Great holiday villiage.. such a fun place to stay .. the place is kept in such a high standard ..the lawns etc were kept in the highest standard.. staff in reception were awesome/helpful/polite/friendly

The restaurant/food area by pool .. The worst customer service i have ever come across..so rude.. would not speak to you except for a grunt if you were lucky .. after speaking to quite a few other guests during our 5 day stay , they also had the same experience Food is very expensive however that doesn't bother me if the service was friendly (even a hi would of been nice) Definitely do not recommend the restaurant/take away ..save your money and go up the street to the little green grocer shop and get a burger and chips or whatever you want in that little shops or a little further up to the Westfield's

The grounds were tidy and clean with lots of friendly guests. The cabins were spacious and very suitable for families or groups. The amenities were clean and the park had enough activities running to keep kids busy. The school holidays also had something on each day. The location is central and so easy to get around from here.

Nothing much to not like. It would have been good to have a few extra supplies in the cabin like rubbish bag, especially if staying for a long time.

We went in with fairly high expectations because of the price and the location being not that close to the city. But the entire stay far exceeded all expectations. From the first interaction with staff to seeing our accommodation and to the location being brilliant with a shopping centre 5 minutes away. The Air stream vans and yards are incredible. And we are already planning our return trip in the future and planning on staying in the exact same place.

we didn't like anything, we LOVED EVERYTHING, the cosmo cabin we stayed in was just right for my family of 5, everyone had their own little corner to chill in , everything was at our fingertips or a wee walk away and the whole village is central to everywhere else - motorways - took us about 20-35 mins to get to Harbourtown Gold Coast , Mt Gravat Westfield was down 5 mins away, the bus station was 7 mins away, very convenient when we were heading to the Magic Round Games , definitely coming back there for sure!

maybe invest in a heated pool for colder seasons? and also just the weather on the first day LOL it was rainy , but as soon as the sun came out , it was all go

It was exactly what I had hoped for when booking a two bedroom cabin- safe space for the kids to ride their scooters and bikes, swimming pools to suit both my older kids’ and my youngest and very affordable. Super clean and exceptional staff. The restaurant onsite was great for grabbing hot chips and ice cream and the face painting/balloon creation was an added bonus.

I can’t really fault it, I was expecting the cabin to be a lot more dated and not so comfortable. It was great for a short stay. The only thing I’d love to see in the future is the big pool being heated in the colder months. But that would be a bonus if so.

Reception staff were lovely, the beds were comfy and the cabin was clean and was conveniently located.

Our double bed didn’t have a doona cover on it, the doona insert was just in between 2 sheets. Didn't particularly like the restaurant or the restaurant staff. Well one lady was nice. The rump steak looked like a sizzle steak and tasted like cardboard. The pizza was good one day crap the next. The chips were nice. It is clean but dated and not inviting.

Location is excellent and accommodation was very clean and spacious. Very secure and safe.

Lack of washing machine in the property. Yes, there are amenity blocks nearby with washing facilities, but you have to pay to use. WiFi is terrible. Barely reached inside the property although advertised as free. Competing local properties add those perks in at a cheaper price generally

Beautiful grounds and surroundings. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are not many places around that have the benefit of a kitchen in each unit and this was very helpful for our group.

The restaurant food was very average. I am sure more people would use the restaurant if the food was better. It's a shame because it is so great to have an onsite option for meals.

Excellent location and facilities. Loved the fact that we could easily access the path adjacent to the creek to go for walks/ jogs and that it was so close to the shopping center

No great criticism - but I thought the food at the restaurant could have been better, maybe just personal taste
