Nice sized apartment, fairly new, spacious and good quality appliances.

In need of some basic maintenance and felt quite stingy on the provision of basic consumables - no laundry detergent, rubbish bags or tea towel, very limited tea/coffee, dishwasher tabs, no oil etc. Poorly equipped kitchen (utensils and pots/pans, glasses). Manager did not resolve the missing items when raised/requested. Maintenance required - tightening of hinges, shampoo/replacing of bedroom carpet, better mopping in bathrooms, mould management in bathrooms. Condensation/mould in second bedroom.

Breakfast was not included but the location was perfect for what we required. The place was clean and modern. The showers were great and also clean.

We were given keys from a friend who had collected them from us. As we arrived late at the property, we were unsure of how to enter the apartment. We had realised that after hours entry into the reception area required the tag to be moved within proximity of the sensor on the door pad. This wasn't obvious but we're unsure if this was communicated to our friend who had checked in.

unfortunately there was alot of foreign hair around :( place definitely needed a dusting and just another vacuuming but im not too picky! this was only the living room. not in the bedrooms.

Microwave broken. Asked for it to be replaced but didn't get a reply. Dirty oven glove with old food on it plus had a big burn mark on it. Most plates and bowls are cracked. Needs more cutlery.

Only 15-20 minute drive to Acacia Ridge TAFE being the purpose of my stay. Westfield Shoppjng Centre 3 minute drive and Coles close by for supplies.

The lounge wasn’t overly comfortable and the kitchen cutlery/crockery lacked a little. I had bought my own microwave cookware and little pieces that do tend to lack in apartment stays when you try to cater for yourselves given it states all facilities.

Great location for attending the basketball at Nissan Arena. Just a short walk to Nissan Arena and Westfield in the other direction. Easy to find. John, the host, was friendly, great at communicating and helpful. The apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable. Definitely not as much traffic noise as I expected being so close to a busy main road and the motorway.

Make sure you take all your own toiletries and tea/coffee/milk. There is a very small supply of basic toiletries and a couple of sachets of coffee and sugar, however, you will definitely need your own supplies.

We had traveled from Toowoomba and instead of driving home to the GC and back up to Mount Gravatt for a funeral at the cemetery the next day, we decided to book an accommodation nearby for the night. The accommodation was perfect location being only 2 minutes away from the cemetery.

The only disappointment was that the beds were too hard.

Great clean comfortable apartment. Shame some had not taken care of it with doors missing in the kitchen and handles on saucepans broken. A few more pieces of cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery would have been good. Travelling from interstate with just my son for a swimming competition I would have appreciated a few more rolls of toilet paper, a couple of extra bars of mini soaps, a sachet of clothes washing powder and an extra bin bag. (Just being picky but these are things you don’t tend to bring with you when travelling as most places provide enough for your booked stay.) Easy management to deal with helpful friendly responsive. Overall a good place to place and would stay again and recommend it.

Needs more cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment

Large private space. Large spacious kitchen.

The apartment was not clean. I wiped down the bathroom tiles and the kitchen tiles. The toaster was full of breadcrumbs and the stove top was dirty. There were only 2 bread & butter plates, & 2 dinner plates both different sizes. Only 2 breakfast sppones all for an apartment that could have 4 guests.

Great location, close Westfield shops and bouncie world. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I love a firm bed, but these beds are little too firm for me. And a bigger lounge to fit the 4 guests staying there would have made it more comfortable.
