Perfect location, many amenities near by. The staff and other guests were very friendly! Decent amount of parking, and it was quiet in the room (especially considering it’s on a main road).

Foxtel channels didn’t work, but that wasn’t an issue for us

Nice big room, beds were pretty comfortable. Easy to find and right across the road from mt Gravatt shopping centre.

The pool was great but they had fake grass around it which was mouldy and slippery. They would be better off getting rid of the fake grass to make the area might nicer and honestly safer to use

The room was spotless, very spacious, bed was very comfortable, linen clean, grateful for the fridge & tea making facilities & the provided tea & coffee. We throughly enjoyed our stay & would happily stay there again.

Reception wasn't manned all the time but were very helpful when contacted.

Closeness to Garden City and public transport and within easy driving distance of where I had to go.

It’s looking tired. Small maintenance things needed to be attended to such as broken hook behind bathroom door. The inside of the microwave door was rusty and the door of the refrigerator had rust spots on the outside.

Location was great and despite being on a main road it was surprisingly quiet with very little traffic noise. The room was very spacious and well maintained.

The shower head constantly dripped when left in the overhead position. Eliminated the noise by hanging the shower head down near the base of the shower. One bed light wouldnt switch on.

The staff were friendly and efficient- the rooms were spacious and very clean. Location was amazing with garden city shopping just across the road.

No fault of owner of the motel owner, but there was a bit to noise from the other occupants above us.

Clean facilities, Quiet location.

Had minor issue with the A/C and the previous occupant changing the settings on the TV. Couldn't watch Netflix as not listed on TV Breakfast was not available even though it was still advertised in the Room Brochure.

Clean, well-appointed. Two mini packs of cookies. Hairdryer. Milk pods in fridge. Toaster. Everything I needed in a motel room. Quiet even though pretty full. Close to food places.

Office carpet and windows need a clean to make a good first impression. I was worried, but luckily the rooms were well-presented.

I enjoyed my stay the staff were freindly very clean room perfect location as mall is walking distance will stay again if needed could not ask for more and great value 👍
