The king suite was very roomy and comfortable. Good location with shopping and restaurants walking distance. Great city views.

The lighting in the room was very dulll and one light fitting flickered above our bed randomly at night. I would have preferred a walkin shower although the shower over bath was very nice. I just personally think baths with showers can be easy to slip in and therefore a bit outdated and dangerous for older guests.

Good location with very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived early (just after lunch time), the staff were VERY helpful allowing me to check in early (and lucky the room was available) The room was pretty big compared to others which were priced higher and very clean. Convenient location for shopping centres/restaurants/bars/fast food. The hotel has a bar and restaurant which isn’t open some nights (hence other restaurants/pubs/fast food). Good access to public transport, not much of a view from the balcony but I wasn't staying there for the views 😊 Easily suited my purpose 😊. This hotel gets 4 x gold stars 😊

Great size room with a king bed and a desk for work. They clean the rooms every day, making your bed and doing the dishes. Excellent housekeeping. A balcony for fresh air and lounge chairs. So good I extended my stay. I will definitely be returning for my many business trips. Very Highly Recommended!

Shower in the bath.

The balcony on our room was a nice bonus, the furniture and fittings were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The friendly Receptionist, Michelle, showed extra concern for our welfare and assisted my wife with some difficulties with the key card. We were not able to take advantage of all the facilities, but we knew they were there.

Shower/bath was a bit slippery and dangerous for us. Dodgy electronic key cards - they really need to redo them.

location was excellent, in a quiet street. Lot of easy parking on the street off the Hotel. Parking inside the hotel was very good. Room was clean, spacious, aircon was comfy, kettle and basic kitchen things provided. Desk, chairs. Bathroom was clean, well-equipped, towels etc generous. Staff at reception courteous and helpful.

Convenient location as I was visiting friends nearby. Free and secure underground parking was great. Apartment was clean and bed was comfortable and the reception was very responsive.

The wifi is very weak. I couldn't get more than 2MB down so could not do any work or streaming during my stay. The wifi on the Qantas flight up to Brisbane was offering better speeds. Awkward shower handle over the accessibility bar. It was manageable but seemed like an odd design choice.

The location was excellent in a quiet street off the main highway. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a lovely breakaway, especially after attending a funeral in the vicinity. I enjoyed swimming with the pool all to myself and afterwards, a lovely soak and pamper in the luxurious bathtub. My tub at home is teeny tiny so this lovely tub was appreciated.

Nothing! A delightful accommodation in the suburb of Springwood. I would stay again without hesitation. It is an easy commute to Gold Coast or back in the city, Brisbane.

Loved my stay at Hotel Gloria. The staff were awesome - so friendly and helpful! Location was good with some shopping about a 10 minute walk away. My room was roomy, comfortable and quiet-was able to get good rest. I will definitely be back!

Really friendly and professional check in. Thank you. Rooms were beyond my expectation. High quality linen and everything was in good condition and very clean. Great selection of channels on the TV. Quiet and safe. Close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

The location was the main reason for picking Hotel Gloria. It was walking distance to Springwood Mall and within short driving distance to work. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was a little noisy. I could hear other people and the fridge in the room made continual noises which was a bit annoying.
