The room was sufficient room, the kitchen was well sized and the washing machine came in handy.

Room location, we were there for 10 days a little further back in the facility would have been nice, we were disturbed many times by overnight guests, even partying which woke our baby. We never saw a cleaner in that time, we had to go to reception and ask for toilet paper or rubbish bags, ideally a cleaner could have come to the door and asked if we needed anything. It took 4 weeks to get our $100 key deposit back, that is a bit much.

The lady at the check in was lovely and very informative. Great undercover parking for large vehicles. The bed was very comfortable. Room and grounds were very clean. Very quiet considering it was next to main road and traffic lights. Shops across the road were sufficient enough to buy groceries, ATM in IGA, takeaway food.

Location. Simple property. Close to QSAC stadium which we were competing at. Basic amenities with small kitchen. Staff were excellent and helpful!!

There was some cyclone damage and wifi was down but staff were working hard to repair and gave us wine and chocolate for the inconvenience.

beds were comfortable, Mon-Sat room service and pool was great. The location of the property was in the middle of where we were mostly visiting such as our families. Close to IGA and bakery.

I just had an issue with one of the driers that it wasn’t drying properly and I informed the front desk and they said they’ll get back to me because I wanted a refund for one of the loads so I could use the other dryer was then I learnt that dryers and washers are owned by another company or individual and had to wait. I didn’t get a call back and I was completely busy and forgot to follow up on it. I just ended up hanging my clothes on the cloth line and had to delay our plans for the day until our clothes are dried. And the front desk person tagged the wrong dryer. That was my only issue other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Property was clean, bed was comfortable. Location was close to Springwood where I was working. Motel was quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Property was priced high compared to other accommodation and for the basic motel studio room it was.

Good facilities in the hotel area, with pool, bbq, microwave (guest laundry area) - rooms had enough space for two people to open out their luggage and move around freely. Location was close to the BTP conference centre (15 mins walk) and there's good local shops across the road

Housekeeping only came around on the first day and we could have done with more toilet paper

The location was central to all the activities we attended. The landscape around the area was beautiful to see. The hotel/motel itself was secure and safe for travellers and although it appeared open space the rooms still gave good privacy for us.

One teaspoon was dirty, but was easily rectified. There other teaspoons and they were clean and ready for use so I feel it was a one off.

Location was near where we wanted to visit relations & shops across the road were handy to get food etc.

That the attached restaurant was now closed. We went there last stay we had and the food was great.

The location was great, close to everything we needed even the car mechanic across the road. Was nice and quiet.

The bathroom was a little small and the tap in the bathroom sink was leaking water over the sink & down onto the floor. Sometimes there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

The room was comfortable and quiet. We were surprised at how spacious it was with a nice little ensuite. The location was central to our stay as we were mainly spending our time in the underwood shopping precinct.

No attached restaurant was a bit of a down as we wanted to stay in and not have to venture out as we had done a lot of traveling during the day.
