Great modern hotel, very comfortable and had all the amenities. Its very clean. Has its own guest laundry. Plenty of carparking however Friday night with the restaurant I did struggle to find a carpark. I didnt eat at the restaurant but read positive reviews. Loved the coffee and the donuts was a delicious treat. The location was very handy to the local Shopping mall and transport links. Will definitely be coming back.

The only downfall with my room was the noise, traffic was loud into the early hours. I would be woken at 5am because my neighbour would turn on his TV news, felt like the TV was on in my room. The reception was happy to move me into a different room but I had unpacked and didnt feel like packing up again, so I beared the noise.

Great facilities and staff, and food is amazing.

This is not the Hotels fault. But unfortunately there seems to be more and more issues with rowdy and out of control lippy children from bad parenting. These spoilt entitled brats are left to run around at all hours impacting everyone's sleep. Additionally our first room was not cleaned very well. Probably due to some other previous discusting guests from the looks of it...But the very accommodating and helpful staff especially Jacob sorted out another room for us. Rooms starting to show age.

Great location, plenty of food options which was great. Your reception staff were some of the best I’ve come across recently, both very polite and welcoming.

Rooms were well appointed but could use a deep clean of carpets- particularly towards the wall skirting boards, but rooms themselves were okay, just think the floors need a deep clean or update. The staff at reception were both excellent and very professional, the service they provided would have us coming back for that alone.

Same as the last review - The rooms were super comfy and spacious - We're a pretty big fam and there was plenty of space in the room - my friends also loved the space!! The bathroom wasn't cramp and had room to move!! We discovered the Ice box in the Laundry room.. awesome!! My friends tried the coffee and tea in the little room across the reception.. they were happy campers!! Thank you so much for having us!!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Access to attractions, restaurants, venues, very central without being in the BRISBANE CBD. I have no complaint other than I couldn't stay longer! In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger...I'll Be Back, Lol

I can honestly say that I didn't have any complaint what so ever! Thank-you Glen Hotel, I had a lovely stay! Only one thing you could have done to make it better and that's if I didn't have to pay! Lovely Stay...

Lovely welcoming Italian guy at check in. The on site restaurants and drive through bottle shop were just perfect, we utilised a lot. Atmosphere of the hotel was awesome, music was great, very family friendly, choice of places to eat, great coffee. Hubbie would have liked to watch a game or two on the tv screens in the restaurant.

I know it was Easter, but our room was not serviced adequately, no replenishment of tea bags or toilet paper.

The staff member was so helpful and lovely. Couldn’t fault her. The bed was so comfy and we are super fussy with beds so we’re very impressed by the bed. The food was delivered to the room as well and was pretty good for a pub feed.

Next to a pub so a little traffic and people coming and going which was fine and the other people staying (it was a Saturday night) were quite noisy throughout the night arriving to their accommodation but that’s life. Can’t control all factors.

The hotel room has been exceptional. There was everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciate the free parking available to us. There was a variety of drinks and some snacks available which we did not use but were happy to see in the room. There is a pub next door and a shopping centre just around the corner. The hairdryer did not work. This was no issue as we had our own. We did inform the reception and believe it had been taken care of for the following guests.

We did not like our neighbours talking very loudly and slamming their door while going out for cigarettes after midnight several times. This is the disadvantage of using a hotel overall but we wanted to put this out here too. As we were on the first floor and this noise clearly would have to be heard by the receptionist too, we would have appreciated it if the staff would had spoken to the noisy guests rather than us who had to ask the intoxicated neighbours to turn it down.

Location is perfect, close to the mall and eateries. Modern & clean amenities that we have enjoyed - nice room, comfy bed with option to add on baby cot, pillows with options, pool, gym Staff named Shaun/Sean (sorry if spelling is incorrect) was really helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We’re also thankful for the late checkout (12pm)
