Very clean. Temperature control of apartment was good. Kitchen stocked with basic equipment so we were able to cook a meal. Location is walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants

There was no iron supplied in the room, but there was an ironing board. The parking for hotel guests was located in hard to reach spaces and was limited. Perhaps some more equipment for cooking meals

Location was excellent for our requirements. Proximity to all engagements was helpful. Apartment was clean.

Light globes could be matched in ceiling lighting, not a mixture of cool, white and warm white. Desk lamp bulb needed replacing as it didn’t work. If servicing two bedroom apartment , making up both beds is desirable, doing only one seemed odd.

the property was conveniently located 5 mins away from the karate dojo we needed to get to for a weekend course. the cafe we popped into for breakfast was just a short walk to a park as well. the apartment we booked was spacious for a 2br which also had two bathrooms - an added bonus. facilities were basic but dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all good of needing to stay longer. the restaurant on the ground floor was also good to have - although not needed for our stay. there is a taxi booking service located at reception as well. staff were super knowledgable and friendly.

the fact that the fire alarm systems were too sensitive to have hot showers without keeping bathroom door open and bedrooms shut. we were also warned to keep cooking to a minimum and have doors closed to prevent it from going off. for those wanting to cook instead of eating take away - it might cause inconvenience. realistically, common sense should prevail! our room faced a car yard - their floodlights combined with the surrounding highway lights lit up the room too much until block out blinds drawn a bit more of the lights.

The beds were hard and all the pillows were lumpy. On the first day I made my bed leaving the blanket from the wardrobe on top when I came back it had been remade, next day I left it unmade and it had not been made when I got back after 5pm. The unit overall was quite a warm temperature inside which is good for winter and whilst it has an air conditioner unit in the lounge this would not be enough for the bedrooms through the warmer months.

Apartment had a kitchen where meals could be prepared. The apartments were roomy and comfortable. Only a short walk to the Springwood Bus Station with good bus routes into Eight Mile Plains and the Brisbane CBD.

No overhead fans, No socket in one room to plug in standup fan, although fan was in the cupboard. Smoking on balcony below came into room

Room layout was good with plenty of space. access to balcony from each room. carpeted rooms. bath in each bathroom.

one aircon for the whole apartment. Fan in each room would be great. we were told that the rooms are serviced each day but the floor was never cleaned. the couch was flaking and there were black bits on the floor which we couldn’t clean up without a vacuum cleaner.

It was in a good location..our room was spacious

The only two thing that were wrong was a noisy fan in our main bathroom and our bed was not very comfortable but other than that the room was perfect

Location for where we were going was great. Check was easy. Other than that didn’t see staff.

We only got our room cleaned every second day. That was our choice however one day came in and bathroom had been done but bedroom still unmade. A little disappointing.

Practical and spacious

I was sad that we were so busy attending sport which we travelled to Brisbane for that we didn’t get to relax and enjoy our accommodation more.
