The room was spacious and exceptionally clean upon arrival. The pool was solar heated and very enjoyable (it was hot days), BBQ area clean and the grounds were lush and well kept. Restaurant on grounds was good, and games room with free games. Laundry $4 per wash, pay by pay wave. Cold filtered water to fill drink bottles at reception. Shopping centre close by but need to be fit to walk there (25 minutes walk) and no direct bus that I found, walking worked for me though!

Room serviced once in a week (very well serviced at that one time), but, bins overflowed after 3 days and only 1 bath towel each and no hand towel,reception weren't overly accomodating when I requested more frequent housekeeping. There is a main road near the property and noisy during the weekdays, weekend was quiet enough. Gym was offsite so didn't get to go :-/

Everything was perfect. Only on thing they need to indicate is about bond payments or deposits,because when I book I thought I will only pay the room only .but when I arrived one receptionist told me I mush pay the deposit of 200$ which I was not aware about it.The staff in restaurants by name MARIA was so good,welcoming helpful ,I ask her “how i can get to city !and she directed me very well, how to get the bus and which number i should take! and I was so happy.She is very professional on her job ,and I was feeling much overwhelmed by the way she was welcoming us in the restaurant at breakfast time every morning .the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb.🙏🙏

Great 2 bedroom quiet from traffic unit in a very convenient place for us. The unit was spacious and was great for 4 people.

The second bedroom that did not have a reverse cycle air conditioner needed a blanket as both people in that room were cold throughout the night. The rooms were not all that soundproof as throughout the night you could hear the people in the unit above using the toilet and then flushing on our second night. This could be heard from both of our bedrooms.

It was close to the hospital where we were visiting a family member. We needed the 24 hour reception with a late arrival so it was very helpful. We have had 3 visits and staff have always been helpful and friendly!

The shower curtain didn’t stop the water going all through the bathroom and I wS worried my mother would slip however housekeeping were amazing and provided us with additional towels to assist with this. Also the bed in this room was very high for 2 short women! It was nit a problem in other rooms we stayed in for our other 2 visits.

Pool was great being salt water. Room service was perfect after a late arrival. Room was a decent size.

Shower floor was a drop down and slippery. I nearly slipped over and forgot to tell my 9 year old. She did slip over and hurt her elbow. When I mentioned it to staff, they didn't seem that concerned which was disappointing. We were there for a cheerleading comp and had she been injured it would have really affected this. Also the bed was super hard. Didn't get much sleep

Good price for a good silent location. Room was large and clean. Kitchenette and utensils were sufficient. Parking was not a problem. Garden, pool, sport areas and BBQ area were very large and in good conidtion.

For accomadations longer than a week, the cleaning is once a week. That's OK, but they might leave some spare trash bags instead of waiting guests to ask for them.

If the hotel could have a courtesy bus to drop.ppl off to the QSAC venue because we've travelled far with no car .. n some ppl can't afford taxi n ubers.especially those on low income ..just remember we are doing this for out children they are our future ..

The waiting when we got there because our rooms weren't ready n we just travelled long way to get there.and all we wanted was to rest ..no tea or coffee was offered we were stuck in the gaming room for ages ..the courtesy thing to do was to offer tea coffee juice for the kids n biscuits ..its not everyday you would do it... and then you wouldnt lose ood customers ... that was annoying..

The bed was a bit hard for us. I am a light sleeper, so the noice from Kessels road was full on. I wore ear plugs. We were not expecting the $200 bond. Is that written in your T & C's.

The motel was in a convenient location for our one-night stay; however, access approaching from the west requires directions. We were greeted cheerfully upon arrival. The room was quiet and comfortably presented and was clean. Besides the usual inclusions, the placement of a microwave in the room was appreciated. The bed was comfortable. There is free onsite parking.

The hotel was fit for my purpose, which was to attend a family funeral at the cemetery within walking distance of this hotel. The staff at arrival and in the dining room were welcoming and friendly.

I wouldn't stay here for a pleasure holiday as it's isolated from any local attractions, particularly if you are travelling without a car. There are no easily accessible nearby shops that can be reached on foot. So you're captive to using their dining facilities unless you use expensive taxis. There was a fridge and microwave, but no convenient way of stocking them. One tiny milk container for tea and coffee was inadequate for even my first day. But of course I wasn't there for pleasure but family bereavement. One light fitting over the bed wasn't working.
