the room was perfect for my partner and I to relax, the kitchen was supplied with cooking utensils which was again perfect. And the room was located at the end of the hall where we were weren't bothered by noise overall just a perfect stay.

the sheets on the bed had a little stain on them but I could confirm what the stain was the sheets were washed but just had that old stain on it. ass well as the WIFI not being able to be connected as the booking last name must of been spelled differently so T.V was not usable Again not a massive issue as hotspot from our phones were used so not a massive issue These issues could've been solve if I rang the reception but I really dont like talking to people.

We were a group of 4 adults staying for one night. On arrival at Quest 8 Mile Plains, we were greeted by 2 lovely ladies at Reception. They explained all about Quest and we then went to our apartment. We were very impressed with the decor, cleanliness, and amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much thank you to all. The 4 bottles of water and 4 Tim Tams were very greatly received. What a lovely touch.

The air conditioner in bedroom one with ensuite went off a few times during the night. We think it must have been on some sort of timer. The Lounge and second bedroom air conditioner worked all night.

Clean, comfortable and handy to Nissan arena which is what I needed for this trip.

The TV set up. Relies on your own device to chromecast to…. The WIFI was slow due to the number of guests and I had to keep scanning QR codes and found it hard to watch a movie due to drop outs etc. I much prefer to have access to streaming apps that I just log into with my own account. Faster and simple. If I wanted to be super picky it is a pity it doesn’t have a pool. Being close to Nissan arena, to capture more sporting teams, a pool is a bonus for athletes as part of their after game routines.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable.

It was very hot in the hallway. We parked in the disabled car park and in the morning a car was parked next to us in the crossed lines so luckily my husband was not with me when I went out, because there was not easy access for him. When I returned an hour later, the car was still parked there and I parked as close to the door for easier access for my husband. On check out I told reception and they were going to look into it. I can understand if there were no car parks available when they arrived but they did not have to park in the crossed area. Maybe bigger signage in a few languages may help.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff, we had the option to leave our vehicle at the front or park it anywhere in the secure parking area. We were able to pay cash for the deposit and it was such a fast and easy process . This accomdation was the cheapest and closet to where we were going. It was definitly worth the money. Bed was a king bed that was super comfy & spacious. The room was clean and tidy. We were able to ring up and ask for late check out with a little extra charge but we were so greatful that we could. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitly be back 😊

There was a litte stain on the bed that was covered by the throw blanket

I loved how clean everything was, from our bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette to the lifts, foyers and car park. Exceptional! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was well supplied in the kitchenette and the bathroom. Lots of pillow options and a very comfortable sofa and chairs.

Our only disappointment from our 3 night stay was the beds. It was not comfortable and also the king was 2 not very comfortable single beds joined.

1. Loved the quiet area it's situated. 2. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. 3. Great emanates all throughout the building. 4. Amazing gym is one of the best I've used at a stay. 5. The cleanliness of the building and all the rooms are kept perfect. 6. Front desk staff are accommodating to any requste.

Honeslty nothing was bad about the place uber eats drivers and uber drivers do find it hard to find the front car park tho.

Friendly staff, very tidy and clean premises. The room smelt clean. Great location for what we were wanting. Large size room. Comfortable beds. Secure and free car parking. Modern and clean facilities.

Although the room was very clean, there were a few tiny things e.g toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival, found a floss stick on bathroom bench and clump of hair in shower drain. Besides this the property was very clean compared to most motels these days. E.g there were no grubby marks on the wall, no finger prints on door handles, room smelt clean & not musty etc.

One bedroom apartment clean and well-equipped, including pillow menu, washer and dryer, full size fridge and great air conditioning. Secure lock up car parking.

No restaurant, although nearby cafes were suggested and "room service" menu from participating restaurants with a surcharge. Chromecast TV was sometimes problematic. Unfortunately, no coffee machine in room, but one in the foyer. When I asked prior to arriving I believed there was a Nespresso machine in the room.

The rooms were fully self contained. They were very spacious. It was very quiet. Shops were in close proximity. Plenty of undercover car spaces. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Access to hotel was easy.

Breakfast wasn't available, however we were able to prepare breakfast in the kitchenette. The cafe's adjacent to the complex were closed during our weekend stay. There was no room service or restaurants in the complex for dinner. Not being familiar with the area made it difficult to find a restaurant for dinner.
