Unfortunately their portal via booking.com were hacked and stuffed around bookings BUT still those staff at property went length to accommodate us, they didn’t turn us away! This I was grateful and understood it’s wasn’t their fault! I’ll return regardless.

We didn’t get triple bedroom I literally booked for but it turns out their website was hacked and stuffed up all bookings. Still they went length to provide us the best they can to accommodate us!

Pet friendly and large garden areas to walk dogs. Close to the shopping area and ramps to motorways. Was everything as described. Office had good communication

Very clean and cosy little spot, walking distance from food and a shopping centre. Good parking, very green yard area. Amazing aircons, comfortable beds, really nice bathroom and showers. Definitely visiting again!

Unfortunately no train stations in walking distance but plenty of bus stops around.

I liked the location and how it is set back from the main road, making my stay nice & quiet. Free parking is available near my room, although a little tight. The room had everything I needed and was clean & tidy.

The room was old & dated and had a bit of a smell, but good value for the price. There were no windows to open or see out of, or any fans. But the air con worked & there were louvres in the bathroom.

Pet friendly and great areas to walk them. Plenty of garden space. Beds were comfy.

Didn't have breakfast. The queen bed was awesome. Nice big bathroom. Place was spotless. Well done.

The door opened into the room and only just missed the bedside table. Made it a tad hard to get in quickly, & couldn't put a mat down to help stop wet feet dragging in dirt. Not much you can do about the layout. Everything else was awesome.Relaxing & private & extremely

Absolutely brilliant place to stay, easy access to the motorway and close to shops and the city/southbank etc. Room was well appointed with a little kitchenette. Lovely grounds, well looked after and the two ladies I met were so lovely. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Double bed, would have loved a Queen. But not deal breaker, will stay again.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. They were also very helpful when I needed anything Water pressure was great and I liked how the toilet was separate in the bathroom The bed was like a toasty marshmellow Location was a plus You were able to interact with other guests if you wanted too esp. since the motel was animal friendly and there were alot of seated areas outside

The location was excellent as it was only a few doors down to the family and also closed to Garden City! Transportation is even better, the bus stops are right outside on the main road! We also found it good as it was close to food (KFC, Yahoo Restaurant and Garden City's loads of food options!)

Nothing I can think of.. everything was excellent. Check out was even more quick and easy! It was hard to check out because we wanted to stay longer but other than that.. we had too much fun!!

It was clean and comfortable and had a nice kitchen area in the room, TV and wifi. Although the bathroom was slightly dated, it was clean and spacious and the shower had excellent pressure and hot water. The staff were wonderful and clearly take pride in the place!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, out of all the motels we’ve ever stayed in (30+) this is actually one of my favourites.
